I just left here today 3÷17÷16 and the customer service is horrible!!! We only seen our waitress 2 times when she brought our drinks and then food. NO refills, had to send 2 drinks back due to dirty cups, she never checked on us, had to ask somebody else for the bill and then they just left the receipt and left. We waited another 10 minutes just for someone to pick it back up. I won’t be spending my money there anymore it was an complete joke…

I love to frequent Chili’s but I will not be returning to this location. I visited Sunday and as I waited on my food, I watched one of the servers use her bare hands to rearrange food on a plate 4 times. The Manager observed her doing this and did not say a word. The manager is a brown-​haired female, possibly in her late 20s or early 30s.

We don’t go here often but stopped by for dinner on the way to a movie. Food was good especially the smoked chicken wings. Don’t mask the smokey flavor with the BBQ sauce though (it comes on the side). Servers were at our table immediately when we sat down, almost too quickly for us to decide on a drink choice. We had 2 servers and they were very attentive during the meal. One of the things I loved best was the kiosk located on the table. We could look up special menu items, order drink refills, order desert and pay our bill. When we finished eating we selected pay your bill. We were able to pull up a detailed bill, select the tip using a sliding scale for the percent, swipe our credit card and sign for the charge. It even allowed us to do a quick survey if desired. No interaction with the server so paying was extremely fast. Every restaurant should use this technology.

Service for to go was longer than dining in. I saw how they were all touching the food in the back and it was repulsive. They dripped a tray on the floor and then used it, didn’t wipe or clean it in any way. I understand that they (servers) finish preparing the food but they weren’t washing their hands. One server even ate then began touching cash registers and the food. Won’t be going back ever again. Don’t waste your money.

The food is great here, but the service, although the servers are very nice, is pretty slow – especially at lunch. The lunch specials are fantastic though. This Chilis is on par with most chili’s I’ve visited.

I don’t know if you have seen the new items on the menu, but some of them are really good. I good the steak with avocado plate, and it was surprisingly flavorful. Should have gone with the 10 oz., instead of the 6 oz., but everything else was awesome. The new Fresco Salad (you have to use a Latin accent when you say this name) was very light and quite tasty. The honey-​lime dressing went well with the rest of the dish. Overall, I would recommend this to my friends to try out. I’m curious to get their reactions.

This location is going downhill… and FAST. Used to come here all the time. Haven’t been in a while, well now I understand why:
Few cars in parking lot, after church, right before noon. There used to be a line outside for this place. No more. Hostess didn’t have a headset on and told me to wait until she had it on when we walked in the front door. They didn’t even look like they were open. They have these stupid iPad looking things with games u can pay for (to keep the bad children busy, I guess). No on explained this contraption to us, not that it needed an explanation, but still.
Waitress was a nightmare; obviously her first job ever, and she looked like she was 40. Inattentive; moved like she was trolling thru Walmart at midnight; never said Please, Thank You or Your Welcome, just Mmm Hmm.
No Manager seemed visible anywhere. Food was good. Portions sizes are ridiculously oversized and of course that makes the value $$$$ poor.
We will never return.

Most of the time, we get really good service with good quality food, but we just had an awful experience today. Our waiter Dennis took 20 minutes to get us drinks and take our order, and when our food came to us, my mother did not get her food. Dennis told us that the item she ordered was not available today and that she would have to pick something else, as my friend and I got our food. After the manager came, he walked away without saying a word. The manager told us her food would be on the house, and our new waiter, Sarah, got her food out very quickly. Great restaurant, terrible service today.

You elitists might call me crazy for rating a Chili’s 4 stars. I went here on President’s Day and the server was ‘high’. When he sat us down at a table and before he left to seat others he told us that we were going to have a ‘presidential meal’, gave us a Wiz Khalifa chuckle and left. Honestly this is amusing and that is the sole reason that I enjoyed the experience at this chili’s. Forgot his name but he was lanky, young looking and of the African American descent.

Only restaurant open after convention. Had a margarita chicken diner which was fair. Chicken was fine but the rice and beans were both soupy. Was blown away when I got my bill and it was over $ 25 for just me. $ 5.75 is a bit too much to pay for a draft beer!
