DoubleTree By Hilton – Oklahoma City Airport

I stayed one night while in town on business. The property and staff are AMAZING! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will certainly stay here again when I am back in Oklahoma City.
Henry the shuttle driver picked me up and offered city and hotel information. He explained they provide transportation in a 5 mile radius. On my way back to the airport Anita the shuttle driver could not have been sweeter. She also provided restaurant tips for next time and told stories of when she was a storm chaser — in Oklahoma! I felt like I was going for a ride with a friend.
My room was actually a suite. It was spacious, stylish and clean. It was very quiet and comfortable.
I ordered room service. It arrived quickly, correctly and piping hot.
When you spend a lot of time alone and hotel rooms because of work, hotels really are your home away from home. Kind staff and a beautiful room really make a positive difference.

Nice hotel. Feels like home. Clean rooms, friendly service, prompt airport shuttle service available. Within walking distance to several restaurants.

Very nice! Great price! All guests got free drinks and appetizers on Tuesday for happy hour which I thought was pretty cool. The fitness center was very good by hotel standards and the rooms were very big in my opinion. I basically had a living room in addition to my bedroom. Hilton’s double tree is consistently impressing me across the country.

Nice room with half separate living area. New and modern hotel. Full service bar and restaurant. Very nice gym: free weights, universal with pull up, cardio equipment.

NOISE!!! Awesome room and a good little bar but all that is worthless if you can’t get a good nights sleep. I was woken up at 6am by a car in the parking lot «bumping» music way loader then humanly enjoyable. I called the front desk to ask if they could do something about this and they said, «sorry, he is probably just picking someone up and will be gone shortly.» To which I responded, «What amount of time justifies you actually doing something here.» She stated, «technically, he is outside the building so I can’t do anything…» That is BS. I hung up on the front desk and called the police myself. They were out within 15 min and had the noise stopped. I was suppose to be here 3 nights but am finding somewhere else for the other two evenings. Customer service… what a joke.

Nice property, was some other chain before but recently within the past few months became a Doubletree. Friendly staff, nice airport shuttle driver Anita and good location. Will stay here again next time I’m near OKC.
