I’ve ordered from this location multiple times and it’s a hit or miss with this location. When it’s a hit, the delivery time of 39 minutes is spot on, the food is hot and fresh and I have no complaint. When it’s a miss, instead of the guaranteed 39 minutes it’s 1 hr at minimum. The food is cold and the quality is poor. Attached pics from my most recent order. Half an Italian Hoagie and a Mini Pizza. The sandwich was quite crispy ok the ends and some of the meat fried to a crisp. The pizza looks good and it was good… after I re heated it.
Also the receipt had an expired offer…

Went to mazzios buffet today. The store was dirty. The pizza was like eating cardboard with cheese. By the way cold cardboard with cheese. The whole 30 minutes I was there they never put fresh pizza out. I ate two pieces of pizza and decided to leave. Was almost 18 dollars for me and my child. Would have been better off picking up box pizza from store. Awful experience never go back again.

This place stinks… literally. We were greeted with a wet, moldy aroma upon entering the store. I got the salad bar and some wings… some of the tomato’s had spoiled and two of the wings were more like tiny chunks of meat on a bone. I normally am not a harsh one star person and I understand water leaks and things can happen but serving spoiled veggies and half wings to customers is a reflection of poor management. Displeased!

We had a party at this Mazzio’s on Sunday. This place was great! The gentleman that we dealt with was very professional. I Would recommend this Mazzio’s for your next party. They were very friendly and efficient.

It would literally have to be a work of God for Mazzio’s to get my delivery correct. Jimmy, the store manager was very helpful in giving me his and the owners number to ensure that this doesn’t happen again. Hopefully, I won’t have to waste gas returning a delivery EVER again.
