knowledgeable and hard working maintenance crew.
Friendly staff. Constant turnover in the offices though.
Watch out for hidden fees. Make sure you ask about all fees while living on premises and when you decide to move out.
On site manager needs more training on dealing with people.
Problems:
Speeding
Security lights not being replaced.
Dog poop not being picked up 7 days a week and rules not enforced.
Only picked up 3 days a week.
Non smoking facility not enforced.
You can hear your upstairs neighbors easily.
Landscaping only done in the front and not much done further in.
Parking is always hard to find.
Lots of bugs in the storage units.
Pest control was provided, but stopped for some reason.
