Subway

The only reason I go here is that it is reasonable food close to me. And I like Subway far better than Jimmy Johns. But the staff at this one is horrible. Oh they *think* they’re hot snot, and they’re happy to tell you about their wonderfulness. Yippy. The only time they smile is when they’re talking about themselves or think something they’ve said is fabulous. And none of that includes smiling at the customer for the sake of customer service or any kind of caring. I have not been back since some crazy dude came in preaching incoherently about some kind of end of the world stuff… and the staff behind the counter thought it was funny that I was concerned for my safety. Nothing was done, some other person came out, scowled at us, and proceeded to swab the floor under our table while i lifted my feet to avoid having my shoes also swabbed. That was several months ago.
Tonight my companion went there to buy me a sandwich because I was not feeling well. I filled out a survey tonight, and for taking my time I get a free cookie next time I go in, provided I go retrieve it in the next 30 days. Big deal. Pizza Hut surveys get you $ 10 off a purchase of your next $ 20 or more purchase. I order $ 20 worth of stuff and enjoy my $ 10 gift. Much better than one cookie. …so there you have it; my Subway story and I’m sticking to it. ;)

Fresh soft bread, yum!!! staff was hustling big time filling orders for a lunch line.

Usually very satisfied with the service and quality in most Subways. This location is in dire need of some retraining or a culture makeover. When a customer orders a sand which at 845pm and decides to eat inside the restaurant, please don’t hound them every 5 mins with warnings that you are about to close. Also if you see a customer finishing don’t proceed to demand they leave at 9, especially when you will be cleaning for the next half an hour and easily could allow them to finish. Working in the service industry this attitude amongst staff can hurt in the long run.
