The food had no flavor… Soy sauce and red chili sauce saved the day. The chicken fried rice looked like steamed rice with chicken and it had absolutely no flavor! The pad Thai had no broccoli or vegetable too plain and barely any flavor. The Tum yum goong was ok in flavor but they used the regular white mushrooms… Nothing authentic about this place. Would not recommend it to anyone. Service sucks too. Waited about 10 – 15 minutes to get our water refilled. Overall a Disappointment!

Food– 3 Atmosphere– 5 Service– 2 Waitresses really need to speak English better, to understand not just the order, but which orders will be to go after dinner. Good service in the beginning. attentive with water and drink order. Service was weird. They served one person, then the other two about ten minutes later. Food could use more flavor. Not spice. Flavor. I think they are using cheap coconut milk. Did not offer us chopsticks. Perhaps because we were clearly not Asian? Lol. Had to hunt them down to ask for those. Really cheap chopsticks you would get from a cheap takeout place. Surprising in such a nice restaurant. Also, did not offer more than one spoon for desert we clearly stated we wanted to share between the three of us. Had to hunt a service person down for the other two spoons, as they are not really available. Took three plates of our leftovers to the back to be boxed up, and came back with two. ??? Weird. I think the waitress misunderstood how many to box, though we were specific. With all of that being said, it was not a bad dining experience, because of the atmosphere, and decent cuisine. Manager was very nice and accomodating. We will return, and hope to Unilocal much higher in stars!

I’m very disappointed in the quality of food here compared to the location in San Dimas. The pad see ew wasn’t as flavorful and lacked eggs, on the positive note they used real Chinese broccoli!!! I also didn’t realize that the curry dishes came alone and not with rice or noodles as an option so yes an extra fee for rice!

First time here and service could have honestly been better. We weren’t done eating and the waitress started removing all the plates, including the ones we were still eating from! Rude. If it wasn’t because the food(especially the coconut soup) was good, this review wouldn’t be getting three stars.

Great service and the food is amazing! I love their pad thai and pad kee mao! The pork is so flavorful and not dry at all like other restaurants and their pad kee mao is actually spicy! This my to go to thai place

First off I have told them twice that I can’t have any butter or eggs or milk because I’m vegan. My sister had ordered the chicken curry and I ordered the tofu curry. They most likely cooked both in the same pot because I found pieces of chicken in my food!

We ordered the elephant platter, which had crab Rangoon, fried wontons, egg rolls, fried shrimp, and chicken satay. My favorite were the crab Rangoon and the wontons, which were both delicious. My bf’s favorites were the egg rolls and fried shrimp. We would definitely order again. We also got the won ton soup and pad see ewe. Both were very, very good. My go to restaurant used to be Sanam Luong, but this is so much better. The staff are nice, the atmosphere is lovely, and the food tastes way better.

My boyfriend and I had met up for a casual dinner after work. The interior was beautiful, and the staff was super attentive. We were seated immediately on a Monday night, and I was happily surprised to find most of the menu items priced under, or around $ 10. We got the #6 soup and the pork pad see eww to share. The soup was delicious, the pad see eww was ok(I’ve had better). Overall, this place is great for the price. Good Service Clean Affordable Good Food Beautiful Décor

This is my favorite Thai restaurant around. It is so beautiful inside and I enjoy looking at all the cute elephant decorations. The food is so delicious. I always get the red curry with tofu and veggies. My boyfriend gets the curry or chicken plate. Always so delicious. The service is great and prices a reasonable. If you want a wonderful Thai experience, come here :)

Geez. Well my experience was not good. At all. From poor customer service to a hair in my main dish and cold egg rolls, I wouldn’t return.

The food is alright. To-go order takes over 30 min, while the restaurant wasn’t busy. There was only about 10 people there at that time. You should call ahead to avoid the wait.

I live near this place and came here about 6 or 7 times. This place is hit or miss but with mostly hits. Location…is great. Conveniently located next to a nice Edwards Cinema and a Cold Stone’s. The interior is absolutely stunning and I find myself getting lost in décor of hand carved wood, purple silks and elephants everywhere. Service…is nice. The accents are hard to understand at times but they are constantly looking over at the tables to see if you need anything. The food… is very good for the most part. Tastes like what I imagine authentic food in Thailand would taste like. My boyfriend and I have gotten our plates with the food barely warm and sometimes it’s hard to know exactly what the meal entails. So I have ordered expecting one thing, and have gotten another. A new dish I’d rather not have again and 2 that I love ordering now. Trial and error and it’s all part of the adventure
