McDonald’s

So we just got there. Seemed like a normal McDonalds. But the bathroom stall was always under maintenance. The play place is kinda always dirty. They serve their ice cream huge! And their cheeseburgers are cheap and delicious! But when I was younger, I ordered a quarter pounder. BUT IT WAS MOLDY AND GREEN! What is this?! Do you even care about customers! It got me sick and I vomited! I wasted couple bucks for this?! COULD YOU NOT SEE THE GREEN PATCH?! It’s NASTY. I feel bad for you. Manager was like 17 years old. Workers were like 36 years old. I have too many complaints. Btw, you might see me get some ice cream here later.

This place is absolutely horrible. I stopped going there but stopped by today out of convenience. Food wasn’t fresh and took long. I went up to get my food and visibly looked old and had discoloration on it. I pointed it out and they offered to replace it? Why would they give me that in the first place? Last time I went, I never got my order, they forgot. Restrooms are filthy as well. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT! TO THE EMPLOYEES, TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR WORK!

I ordered a 4 McNuggets kids meal for a boy.
I got a cheeseburger and a toy for a girl.

This shout out is for the two rude-​ass girls that are working at this current moment. It’s 4:45am, Tuesday. So I chose to this McDonald’s after a 10 hour shift to just get some burgers to munch on, late night snack. I pull up into the 2^nd lane (there’s 2 lanes to order.) When all off a sudden I get someone say the 2^nd lane is closed, and that was it. So as I’m struggling to back out to the first lane, more cars come and block me in. So I’m like wtf do I. Then some lady comes out and says just pull forward and goes and finally puts a cone to block that entrance. So I now move forward to the window an the employee ask me «it’s going to be 6.75.» And I’m like I haven’t ordered anything you guys told me to move forward then this person has the audacity to be like what do you want then? Like seriously just rude. I’m like well I don’t even know what you have available. Then she just rolls her eyes and goes she’s going to take your order. I was like seriously dude, what the hell. So they take my order I go home and they left out a sausage mcmuffin I ordered. I would have got their names but they didn’t have badges.

Worse mc donalds ever first I was getting my Order and the guy did not get my order right I ask not to add ranch on one of my chicken sandwich and he got confused he thought I say extra like for reals and then I got nuggets and I say one of each sauce and they give me sweet n sour barbecue and habanero and told to another guy that I say one of each sauce because I was missing the ranch hot mustard and spicy buffalo and he say I just have ranch and I even told him that it was in back of him and the guy was oh okay I’m sorry I think every one here are doing drugs or something else

If I could give zero stars I would. This location consistently messes up my orders where I have to always check before I leave the drive through. The final straw was from a hot fudge sundae that I ordered that was only filled one-​third of the way. When I went in to talk to the shift manager, she said that she made it herself and that the ice cream melted. Hah! That was so insulting and I have a pic to show that the sundae was not even close to being melted. Then she gave me a replacement that was only filled half way. At that point I just left and did not want to make a scene. She did not even offer an apology.

Can’t really say much to McDonalds; this places always manages to screw up my order every single time. How hard is it to put: 20 piece chicken nuggets, 2 large fries in a bag, and 3 large drinks in a cup holder. Yeah figure that one out. However, as of late they have gotten a little better, but there are other McDonalds that I’ve been through that have gotten my orders correct. Go figure.

There is 1 worker I look forward to seeing. His name is Anthony and he does it all. Hope he is manager one day. He always has a smile on his face and greets everyone. I enjoy the other staff also but Anthony always makes the wait time okay.

Why be open 24 hours and not post a Damm ice cream machine schedule letting the world know when you chose to run the Damm machine and when not, before getting in line??? And John at the drive thru looked high!!!

First off you should know that this McDonalds has a long reputation of shorting orders. I have lived new this store for 10 years and this has happened at least 25 times. If i hadn’t stopped to check my order I would have missed that it was short 1 quarter pounder. The manager was the actual person who assembled this order. Embarrassing. She was slow to replace the missing burger. When I got home I discovered that the bun on one of the Quarter Pounders was stale. This McDonalds is terrible. Watery shakes, Cold apple pies and constant missing items. I’m pretty much done with this place. The trust just isn’t there anymore. Whats next ptomaine. Beware. The bigger the order. The more mistakes they make

This is the one McDonalds I come to the most and on occasion yes there are some mistakes. Most recently i placed an order in drive thru and was asked to pull forward to wait. Ok no problem. I waited 10 mins then someone walked out my order. I assume (sadly) that my order is correct because I have waited 10 mins, as it should have been. Of course when I get home my meal is completely wrong. I understand mistakes are made but when employees have 10 whole minutes there shouldn’t be an excuse. So I called and spoke to the manager who was there at the time when I ordered, he offered my next meal was free and supposedly wrote my name on a customer list. Unfortunately being bad with names of course I forgot this managers name. So today I drop in to get my free meal. I spoke with «Juan» who said my name was not on a list at all… Wow, ridiculous. But he was kind enough to take my word and granted me the wrap only (not the meal as the previous manager said) to go. I don’t mind, at least I was able to receive the main part of my meal. Thank you Juan for the customer service next time I will recall the other managers name.

I’ve been making it a point to write positive reviews for services that have exceeded my expectations. Today I was feenin’ for some McDonald’s fries, I don’t eat here on a reg, but on my cheat days I always submit to them McD’s fries. Darren, the dude at the drive thru n register was on point with his customer service skills. He spoke clearly and confident. He greeted and took my order as if it was the most important issue at the moment. Two thumbs up and 5 stars to this place bc of Darren.

Typical McDonald’s food. The worst part about this place was the parking – so terrible! There is an indoor play area I think, and the seating is decent inside. The furniture was pretty beat up looking, so they may want to re-​upholster a few areas. I came in for a Breakfast and everything was as it was supposed to be.

Good sized kids play area.
Mickey D’s is universal around the world so nothing to complain about the food or compliment. I guess that is a compliment in it self since the goal of Micky D’s is to get universal acceptance for their food no matter where you are…
This location is a bit out of the way, but as I said this location has a good sized play area with a pretty tall slide that the boys enjoyed…

If I could give this place less than one star I would. We went to there at 10pm on a Friday night. The drive thru line had one person in front of us. We ordered a happy meal, small fries, a cheeseburger, and an iced tea.
10 minutes later… We got to the window. Iced tea had no ice, cheeseburger was so laden with ketchup that it spilled on my lap when I opened it up.
GROSS!
If you can pass on this place. So not worth it!

Went at breakfast time to receive an order from the «recovery book» that they had previously messed up in drive thru. Experience in the dining room was fine — no complaints.
