Holy cow. The Unilocal reviewer that said this was for grown & sexy should have been more honest. More like old & desperate. County workers by day. Hoochies by night. I guess even grannies need to be hoes sometimes. I was the youngest here by at LEAST 10 years and more appropriately dressed than anyone. I wouldn’t mind the older crowd so much, but it’s just the fact that they are so trashy it’s pathetic. Literally some lady was wearing a sheer dress with only bikini bottoms under. And she was about 75 pounds overweight and my moms age. Ladies, you don’t need to look like you’re DTF in the bathroom at ANY age. Especially 55+.
This place is seriously overpriced. $ 15 cover? Wtf. This is ontario. $ 15 to look at desperate Cougars and then get crappy service by some waitress with an attitude. It’s a club. It’s loud. So I motioned for another round she says: I don’t read sign language. Another round is waitressing 101. If you don’t understand, I cannot help you. Cadillac Margaritas were $ 11 each and nothing but margarita mix. Seriously, I rarely even drink so two should have had me seeing past the 38 Longs and secretary asses. Epic fail here.

The place is nice but the asian lady letting people in had money in her eyes. Charge 10 for cover not 15. The place is hard to het drinks from. Hire more people you cheapskates.

I’ve been here several times. If you’re looking for a mature crowd (35+) where people are secure and not going out to be seen, then this is the spot to go in the Inland Empire. The bands play music from the 1980s — 2000 and some are a lot better than others. The DJ is okay. Food is decent and the drinks are usually strong.

I’m wondering why so many ‘reviews’ seem to be complaining about all the cougars. This is one of the only places for the ‘older’ crowd to dance and enjoy the bands. Some of us still love to dance even though we’re over 50. What are we supposed to do, sit in rocking chairs with our shawls on? Don’t come to a place that attracts an older crowd and then complain about it! This place always has awesome bands, the dance floor could be bigger and the bartender needs an attitude adjustment big time.

I am rating them 1 star based on exceptionally rude staff where it was completely uncalled for. On the night of 1÷14÷16, I walked in and ordered an old fashioned at the bar and the bartender laughed and responded, «Old fashioned?!» in an irritated manner as though it were a complicated order, and then proceeded to produce the worst cocktail that I’ve ever had the misfortune of consuming — he literally placed an orange peel in a glass, emptied a packet of Sweet & Low over it, and then filled the glass with bitters, whiskey, and ice, without muddling.
I continued on to pull up a seat at the table where the rest of my party was seated, and was met by a waitress who stopped to groan something about using napkins so our drinks wouldn’t spill on the floor (?), and literally threw napkins down on the table where we were sitting and drinking calmly, nowhere on the verge of spilling. We decided against ordering food or more than 1 drink.

I have included 2 screenshots of the exchange for all to enjoy, though I have redacted the nastiest word as well as his real name, as I am only assuming it is him (I found his name on the receipt).***

Had the most awful experience last night. I mean not to say I haven’t had one before. I Usually come here with friends Thursday’s and Saturdays. Thursday’s are free and the crowd is less Saturdays Are $ 15 and allot busier. I came last night and sat in the back was sitting there with friends for about 10 minutes and was wondering where a drink server was at I wanted a drink and a food menu. My friend told me she seen a male waiter come around a few times where she was sitting and he never once asked if she needed assistance with food or drink. So she got up to the group of servers hanging by the bar and asked for assistance. He finally came over with and attitude and what we wanted. We ordered and said he needed a card to secure the account okay no problem. As I was looking over the food the prices were high which isn’t a problem but I wanted to know the potion sizes when I tried to ask he said well it’s a hotel of course it’s gonna be expensive and walked away. Okay I never asked why it was expensive I asked what kind of wings they were and how many I get. I was upset and wanted to speak with a manager I went to the front desk and asked the gentlemen up there was very nice. It took her 15 minutes to come out and what do you know she was one of the ones hanging by the bar with the servers. She had no remorse on the situation. I came to drink and spend money as I do every Thursday and Saturday and every time I try and give the the benefit of the doubt last night was the last straw I will take my business elsewhere to where people will appreciate it. This is not Beverly Hills you are a hotel in a bad part on Ontario don’t stick your nose up at people you may never know who walks through that door. Keep that in mind.

$ 15 cover??? Not worth it!!! You can spend $ 40 plus on a subpar meal next door because getting a $ 10 bowl of soup and a $ 15 appetizer just isn’t good enough to get in with paying $ 15.

I came early enough to get a table. As I was sitting there I was so excited to see the band Soto playing here, which I’ve seen several times before, but this time the songs they chose wasn’t worth me dancing, not one time. I am giving it four stars because the DJ’s good, the food and drinks was great and the atmosphere is fantastic.

Love this place and the bands that play there, I like going Sunday to Thurs. and although there are a lot of dancers, there are not as many, The people are nice, the service is great and its always really clean, the food is great, so if you get a chance to go you will be glad you did.

NO HAPPY HOUR ON SATURDAYS! THUMBS DOWN! It’s a 3 star between 6pm and 8pm because they took away the happy hour on Saturdays. We would get here super early to enjoy it, but now I will just show up at 9pm when the band does. It’s a fun place once the band starts. We always have a good time but thumbs down for the no happy hour decision.

I didn’t care for Mistys at all it is for older people… no dj at all… a good live band if you care for oldies but goodie from a live band

Wow. This place was rocking. I was looking for a quiet place to work on my computer & do office e-​mails. Came to the bar on Sunday evening expecting to be alone. Within 30 minutes a band started to warm up and the place started to get packed. The folks came out of the wood work to dance, party and have fun. Never in my business travels have I seen a bar that was a real dance place. By the time I finally left (I stuck around longer just to people watch), it was every chair taken and the dance floor packed corner to corner. The band was good and it was a serious local hang out. I had a ginormous nacho and some pretty solid drinks. I only wish I had a date and no work!

So first time here. Came to watch Soto play and of course they are always fabulous!
We went in early to make sure we had a place to sit. Good thing because the place was packed! We had an excellent waitress. I wish I knew her name because she was awesome! We had the nachos, calamari and wings. Everything was excellent and I was actually pretty impressed. The drinks are on point too nothing weak came out not once and I had a lot of them! We spent about $ 122 for what they called appetizers but it was more like dinner for us. It was a lot of food and it fed 4 of us plus I had around 6 drinks, my hubby had 4 beers and 2 shots. Pretty good bang for our buck.
Now for the crowd. No drama and yes the cougs were out but over all nice place to come to. The crowd is definitely grown folks and at my age I think it was great! Early 30’s and up. Which makes for a good time without the drama. The staff is also very courteous and friendly.
All in all if you want a good time this is the place for us grown folks 5 big stars

Bartender service was horrible! Female bartender was very judgmental! Hopefully the band is great. I guess she thought I wasn’t a good tipper. Prejudging me! That’s not a good way to earn a tip. Lol

In Ontario for a meeting and staying at this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this place to eat. I ordered what was a promising salad: It was saturated to where the leaves were wilting. It’s a $ 16 salad, the only way to ruin it is with a bug, hair, or to much dressing. This one was swimming in the sauce. The service here was also slow. I know it’s tempting to eat here since it’s at the hotel, but either get back in your car and drive somewhere else, or order a pizza.

Had to come by again.

This is one of the restaurants in the doubletree hotel. The atmosphere is very nice. I ordered an Iced Tea and the Mac n cheese. The Mac n cheese was very good, but their iced tea tastes of bad water, yuk!

Very fun place if you’re into live bands. The Band Smooth Touch is HOT! The crowd is older, tons of cougs if you’re into that! If you’re looking for a hipster crowd, this is not the place for you! Late 20’s and up! Come I you love to dance!

How do I really write a fair review for Misty’s? Couple things about me first. For starters, I don’t drink too often, I don’t hit the club scene, and I don’t dance with random strangers. If that’s your thing, that you’ll have a great time at Misty’s. Located inside the Doubletree Hotel, I was actually shocked that this place was packed each night I was staying at this hotel. A handful of my co-​workers wanted to stop by and check it out. I didn’t want to be the killjoy or party pooper, so I joined in with them. They had a great time drinking and socializing. I spoke to some of the employees and other guests about this play. All have said that Misty’s is a popular place to party for hotel guest, business guest, and even some of the locals. Who would have thought? Really, at a Doubletree? I didn’t stay long, but if you you’re looking for lounge in the area that’s more like a crazy club inside a tamed hotel, Misty’s is the place for you.
