Service is great. People are friendly. Food taste good but no different than any other fast food Chinese spot.

Standards are slipping here. I don’t know that its an advantage to order online anymore, cause they aren’t going to start on your order unless you pay in advance. And don’t waste your time with special instructions like «Xtra Hot» even though its on the menu, you won’t find a speck of red pepper. and they play dumb if you ask for chili oil. My order of Hot n Spicy beef today had still frozen peas in it and was pretty bad. The worst part was the box was about 60% fried rice that was inedible and the pork tasted burnt, not sure how long that had been laying around. Very disappointed, this seems to be a trend.

I ordered late at night. I ordered their cheese wontons which was alright. I also got dumplings which tasted good the first few bites but then it started tasted weird. The chicken wings was really gross though. I did not like it at all. I think since it was late at night it was undercooked. Even though it was undercooked I did not like how the skin tasted. I might give it another chance but do not try their chicken wings.

Tried them one more time because of a coupon. Avoid this place like the plague, I had half a serving of general tsos and some lo mein. Today I’m violently sick. All signs point to food poisoning. This is the sickest I’ve been in years so thank you so much hot wok for being the absolute most disgusting place in orange park. Seriously this place needs to be shut down

Outstanding. I love ordering from here because the order takers speak English very well. No confusion in understanding what is being said. The store has got it right. I always leave happy!

I don’t know if it’s every Hot Wok or just this one, but every time I get take-​out from them I’m so happy with my order. Everything is always so delicious! They even have Pad Thai, but I haven’t tried that yet.
They have a lunch special entrée for $ 4.95 Monday through Saturday from 11am-​3pm served with Pork Fried Rice (or White Rice upon request) in a white, round, secured plastic container. Great deal! And yes, I will admit. I wash and reuse their containers for leftovers at home.
You can’t go wrong with their General Tso’s Chicken, Beef with Broccoi and the Vegetable Lo Mein. I order this with the white steamed rice and ask for extra veggies. So good and so reasonably priced with the larger single entrees just a few dollars more.
Lunch special menu is usually how I roll and it is the best deal in the area. The food has always been fresh and made to order. And they’re very fast. Really fast.
FYI: You can go on their website and they have their entire menu online. They also offer discount codes and coupons for dollars off a certain amount of food ordered.
Definitely recommend this place. Call and pick-​up or order online and have them deliver. They deliver within a 5 mile radius, but I usually pick-​up. Either way, you can’t go wrong. :)

This was my go to for Chinese takeout for years but, in the last six months or so the quality has declined. I’m not sure if they have had change in management or food supplier but whatever it is, there has been a difference. My wife and I noticed this mainly with breaded chicken entrée items. For instance General Tso or Sesame chicken. Both in the past were white meat with light breading now they are mixed white/​dark meat with some pieces more than 50% breading. Add to this a slow down of the kitchen and a once great takeout has just become another of many mediocre restaurants.

I always order take out Chinese from here. I am never disappointed. Their general Tso’s and sesame chicken is very good.

Hot Wok is great. I haven’t been there in a while, but I love their food. The place itself is small, but the majority if it’s service is delivery and take out. They are always very busy and your order might take a while to get ready, but definitely worth the wait.

Love this place! I lived in Orange park from 2000 to 2008 and now live in Puerto Rico and still the best Chinese food ever! Visited Orange Park 3 times last year and this place is always my first stop! Love the Honey Chicken and Crème cheese wontons! The owner she has known me for a long time since i use to work at a pet shop three stores down from Hot wok and she is very nice! She actually remembered me when i first went in after 4 years. :) 5 Stars! Great Prices! Great staff!
