My sister bought her wedding rings here less than 2 years ago, the unprofessional sales lady named Lucia, sold her $ 200 worth in «insurance» stating that if anything happens to the rings including if they’re lost or stolen they would be replaced. However, when her ring was lost, she was denied a replacement stating, the insurance is only for the diamonds on the ring, not the actual ring. And because she paid cash, her purchase was not on file in an account. Only financed purchases are recorded on accounts. But what bothered me the most is that Lucia was there when we asked about the insurance and she stepped back almost hiding when we confronted the sales lady about why Lucia said the insurance coveted lost rings, what a coward! Needless to say be very careful when purchasing jewelry and «insurance» from any jeweler, but we will NOT BE RETURNING HERE FOR SURE! If I could give NEGATIVE stars, it would be 5 negative stars from me Lucia!
