The employees were very nice but that’s where the food experience stopped. Ordered a club of some sort and the bacon tastes like burnt flesh, meats are very very average. For the money I’m super disappointed. If it was half the price I could see this quality, but Jesus if you can’t make bacon taste good you shouldn’t be selling food!!! Horrible

The sandwiches are amazing! Service is always great, especially the big toothless guy. He always hooks it up and is friendly and always making me laugh. The sandwiches are filling and flavorful. Make sure to get it mike’s way!

Horrible customer service and the store was not clean! Nobody greeted or had any urgency. Seemed understaffed due to slow business and the vibe felt dull/depressing. I feel like the sandwiches are nothing different than your local grocery store deli.

Great place! The food is good, it’s close to my home, and the workers are really nice. What’s not to like?

My kids and I love Jersey Mike’s! The experience has always been positive, they seem to hire very well. A lot of friendly, easy-going staff that make great sandwiches, Mike’s Way or Your Way! They can get busy at lunch time, but that is kind of part of the experience unless you are in a hurry, then order ahead!

I have tried Jersey Mike’s several times, several locations. Just not impressed — had the Club and it was short on meat, lacked flavor — disappointed. Expected more for the money.

I’m a huge Jersey Mike’s fan, my family eats at various different Jersey Mike’s through out OC. This particular location serves the worst sandwiches around. Im a big fan of the #8 Club Sub, every location I have been to serves the sandwich almost the same with a harty consistent amount of ham and Turkey. This location holds back on the deli meat and consistently serves these sad almost meatless sandwichs. If you order the #8 trust me you will be disappointed. I try as hard as I can to avoid this location because I know I am not going to get the same quality harty sandwich that I get from«EVERY» other location I go to and you should avoid this location as well. Unfortunately this location is 2 blocks from my daughter’s school which makes it convenient when I need to drop off lunch for her. Every time I go in I hope to see a difference in their subs but time after time I keep getting disappointed. It’s sad, I never write reviews on Unilocal but felt compelled to warn people in hopes that things change at this location.

I love these guys’ sandwiches, don’t get me wrong. But my experience recently made me really hate this location. The manager of the place was no joke, YELLING at one of her what looked to be new employees. That really doesn’t sit right with me. I want to come get a sandwich that is tasty, not hear some jerk manager(it’s a she by the way you may see her she is short and YELLS) yell at her poor employees about how they can’t flick the bag right. This is absolutely ridiculous, and overall turned me off from this location. From now on, I’m going to the Katella location even though it is a little farther. If you want to hear a mean manager yell at her employees do come here. If not, just hope you get a sandwich when the witch lady isn’t there.

Being born and raised in New Jersey, finding a sandwich as good as a Jersey deli is hard in California. This place is pretty darn close! I think the only thing they are missing is carrying Wise brand potato chips! My only complaint is that ordering online isn’t perfect. 2 of the 3 times I’ve ordered online they didn’t have my sandwiches ready for the pickup time specified. Not a big deal but if I wanted to wait I wouldn’t have ordered online. They remedied this with coupons however.

Right when I walk in it’s a bit dirty in dinning area. No one said hello. Service not great but my chipotle steak sandwich is pretty good. I will give it another try. It’s just like any other sandwich shop nothing special. Customers have to clean there own tables.

Good food, but when you phone order check your stuff. I went today for lunch and called in a #9 mikes way. I asked the girl«that’s the one with bacon and mayo right»? She said yes, I told her last time they forgot it, she said she would personally make sure it gets done this time. Well I’m back at work with no bacon or mayo :-(don’t think I’ll be going back…

Although it’s further, I like the one on Katella a lot better. No one ever greets us(even though it’s always dead), they’re not as friendly at this one, and the tables are always dirty. The employees look like they hate life. The subs are good though.

The guy at the counter was very friendly and helpful. I felt the sub was overpriced and too much bread and not enough meat. It was my first visit and I won’t be back.

I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak from Jersey Mike’s, and I gotta say I wasn’t impressed. I stood in line for about 5 minutes before being able to place my order, which I would be fine with if there wasn’t only 3 people in line. But hey, what can you do. Once I do finally get my sandwich it was hardly cooked. The meat looked like it was pulled of the grill 10 minutes too early. It was almost inedible! And on top of that, they wanted me to shell out $ 10 for this thing like it’s a respectable sandwich or something. I definitely will not be going back to Jersey Mike’s.

Lose 10 lbs in 3 days ! ” Definitely visit for a delicious meal… if you’ve got a weekend free to spend praying to the porcelain gods and sitting on ‘the Throne’ afterward. As long as you can survive running a 100 degree fever and not eating for four days straight you’ll also reap the benefit of an unplanned 10lb miracle diet.“ My wife just had a bite of my sandwich and lost 2 pounds herself on day one. I really should have gone to the hospital, but I was alone and didn’t see driving anywhere. Can’t really see any point of going to the manager, not like I am ever going to eat there again. I don’t know if anyone else had this experience. Let me know.

I went to Jersey Mike’s for the first time tonight. I almost walked out when I saw that it’s $ 8.00 for a turkey sandwich… but I gave it a try. Pros: you watch them cut the cheese and meat right in front of you — so you know it’s super fresh. The size of the regular looked small but was actually perfect to satisfy my appetite Cons: $ 10 bucks for a regular sandwich and chips seems expensive. I got my sandwich«Mike’s way» but there was way too much oil and vinegar. Overall, I’d return

Quality food with proud prices. They do kick Subways but all day long, but at twice the price. My son loves it, but he doesnt pay the bills. Clean location, easy access.

Jersey Mike’s Subs 4.25 Stars Overall Gold Medal — Fresh cut meat and cheese Silver Medal — Get it your way Bronze Medal — Quick and easy The question here is, which is better Subway or Jersey Mike’s??? Hmmm. Well, honestly there is not much hmmmm(thinking) involved. For me personally, I would say it is Jersey Mike’s ALLTHEWAY! The meat and cheese here is freshly cut as you order your sandwich, unlike Subway which is pre-cut. You can add anything you want to your sandwich. Get it exacty to your liking! Quick and easy. You can have a fast lunch or dinner here. HAPPYSANDWICHING!

I don’t even really like sandwiches. To me, they are boring like grilled chicken sandwiches or chicken caesar salads. Subway was a necessary evil when you needed something quick but still somewhat healthy. Often, take out sandwiches are mediocre bread, processed fake meat and a few anemic veggies. Enter Jersey Mike’s. I happened in there with my son and they had me at fresh sliced meat. For every sandwich. Sliced to order. They have an extensive wall menu that is easy to navigate with hot options such as Philly Cheesesteak and meatball marinara to standards like turkey, ham and roast beef. There are also wraps and you can have any sub«in a tub,» the bread free option. Bread choices are white or wheat. Toppings are simple but fresh. Have it Mike’s Way, copious mounds of fresh shredded lettuce, tomato, onions and their magical mix of red vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and a spice mix. I add pepperoncinis and their addictive red pepper spread. Because I can. The cheese is fresh sliced Provolone though they have Swiss, too. The ham and turkey taste fresh. The oil and vinegar bring me back to me East Coast roots. Happy to say I am a fan.
