This is a first: A Fully Decidicated Drive-Thru Starbucks! I’ve visited this location numerous of times via drive-thru, and up until a few days ago I decided to get out the car and check oit the storefront of this particular location and was surprised to see a walk-up order window and patio seating. I ordered an iced tea and it took painstakingly long and the girl at the window had a really dry personality. Maybe that’s what happens when baristas are just stuck in a box, communicating with customers via microphone? Who knows. My experience as far as drive-thru service has been pretty good on the otherhand. They do tend to rush you when taking your order at the box, but drinks are whipped out quickly by the time you get to the window. Overall this is a convenient location being on Chapman and just west of the 55fwy. Good Drive-thru customer service and mediocre walk-up window service kind of cancel each other oth, so I’d say this location is only OK. If you’re in a rush & dont want to get out of your car and need a caffeine fix, definitely make a stop here. (3÷100, 2016)

There is a guy here that always takes my order in the drive thru. He makes THEBEST conversations and just makes my day. I feel like he is my best friend for life and I don’t even know his name. I guess the coffee is ok.

I use the Starbucks App to order my drinks here weekly. It is usually a great experience! Today I pulled up & the girl handed me the drinks. None of them had stickers or writing on the cups? I asked how I know what is in each cup? She said«I don’t know… I have no control over that». She was rude & no help… I guess I will have to sample all the drinks to tell?

This is an OK Starbucks. Went here on New Year’s Eve morning(is that a thing?) It’s pretty nice because they have a drive thru and is not as crowded as most of those drive thru locations. It’s located just East of Carls Jr on Chapman, and the same side of the street(directly opposite from Villa Park Stadium). However, since the parking lot is quite small, if it ever does get backed up, it becomes a bit of a headache. I’d describe the service as medium fast(or medium slow, depending how you look at the cup). Still faster than the Irvine Center Drive /Sand Canyon one, which is the slowest I’ve ever seen. On a bad side, they have zero trash cans outside this coffee establishment. I asked the lady if she could help me by throwing away my clear(and therefore obviously empty) Starbucks cup from the day before that was still in my cup holder and she refused. Hello, it’s an EMPTY … STARBUCKS … cup! The drink tasted fine and was relatively hot, but I’d much rather go inside a different Starbucks where they care and and do whatever they can to help make the customer happy, like the Tustin — Jamboree or Marketplace seem to. But alas I was driving and had no time. Next time I’ll just chuck it at them(kidding). But for drive thrus this one gets a «passing» grade… when I’m not close enough hit up n my usual, local places. Or I’m needing fast ‘road’ coffee. 2.99999999954321 happy new year!

This is definitely a unique Starbucks as its set up mostly for drive thru. They do have a walk up window but the drive thru line usually backs up so much if you parked in their lot, you very well may never get out of the spot. That being said, I still really like this location. They’re fast and always super friendly. They’ve only messed up an order(by totally losing it altogether) once but shizz happens. It’s really conveniently located for me too and because it’s mostly drive thru they really have the routine down so even if the line is long, it usually goes pretty quickly. If you’re headed to the 55 and have a hankering for an iced green tea, this location is right on the way too.

The staff here is great! And the service is fairly quick could it be due to being ALMOST drive thru only??:0 They do have a walk up window and an outside patio but no walk-IN service. Love to come hang out here at the outside patio when my car is stuck in service next door at Selman.

RUDE! I was about to order a beverage… Nobody would knowledge me when I tapped on the walk up window… 3 times. Finally, I yelled. «I know you are busy so I will use the restroom first and come right back». To that, a very rude Voice said, through the glass, «The restrooms are out of order. Go to Walgreens!» I said, «Are you serious?» Then in a. Very condescending voice he said, «Ya I’m serious!»(Still he never opened the window) Instead, he could have said how sorry he was and been a little bit more sympathetic to the situation and actually opened the window. He did none of the above. He just talked really pissy at me through the window and was very condescending. A boy with short blond hair and black rimmed glasses. Very rude.
