He fixed my Oakley Timebomb watch when Oakley said it was un-repairable!!! That’s right, the manufacture couldn’t, wouldn’t fix their own watch, but he could. I had taken this watch to numerous watch shops after Oakley told me it was either a expensive paper weight or a $ 300 credit towards another $ 1500 watch… needless to say I would never buy an Oakley anything. The Time Maker fixed it in a couple of days and backed it with a 1 year warranty,

I’ve never been so frustrated at a business before. Bought a battery from them for my Nixon watch & it wasn’t the same size as my previous battery. Called them & he was very angry I was telling him that he gave me the wrong size. I had bought a right size battery from a different watch shop & had it installed. The watch man still had the nerve to tell me that it was the right size battery he sold me with me holding the different sizes in my hand. Told me over the phone that I couldn’t get a refund & I would have to come back & apologize to him if I was proven wrong. I would never deal with him or his business again. I would recommend watch repair for all watch needs. They installed & sold me a battery for the same price I got the battery from the watch man. Good luck!

I brought a dead leather Fossil watch here yesterday. I was greeted by the repairer & he replaced the battery in 2 minutes! Yes, I timed him. It was only $ 10.99& I was in & out of there in less than 5 minutes! Definitely coming back here for all my watch repair needs.

This guy is awesome. Friendly greeting as I came in the store. He’s very knowledgeable when it comes to watches. Got a Nixon watch as a present with dead batteries so had to get them replace. Overall, I highly recommend this place

I had my custom clock repaired here because they were local. The clock was simple to repair and they charged $ 30 which was fine with me. Picked up several days later and brought it home. It is still working. The ma and pa watch repair shop did a good job. I am glad to support small business.

Friendly Japanese man with a cool pony tail. They have a range of watches to buy too. Seems better than the place in the middle of the Orange Mall. Only been here once to get a pedometer’s battery replaced. Was about 12 bucks and took 10 mins.

I have been bringing my watches here for repair and maintenance for over a year and I find the owner here one of the best and most honest business person whom I’ve dealt with. I first came here over a year ago with a Seiko watch which I had accidentally dropped on a concrete floor. After examining it for a few minutes, he told me that the estimate is about $ 150 but it’s not worth it to fix it. This is honesty. Integrity. Most people will think of a dozen reasons and talk you into fixing it. But no, he gave me the best advice — if you spend $ 150 fixing this you may as well buy a brand new watch. I then asked him how much it cost for his troubles as he had spent at least 5 minutes opening up the watch and examining it. He said no charge. He was such a nice and honest person that I knew I would be bringing all my watches to him. The second time I went there I brought in a classic Gucci. He changed the battery, cleaned it up, replaced the old glass(scratchable) with a new crystal(non-scratchable). It looked like brand new! This is a classic Gucci no longer in production and it is actually one of the most stylish ones. I was really grateful that he did such a wonderful job at very reasonable prices. He earned my trust so the next time I brought in another watch which had stopped. Upon examining it he replaced the battery and that was all that’s needed. No attempts were made to sell me services that I did not need. A month or so ago I brought in a Longines that needed servicing. He did a tune-up with deep cleaning at a very reasonable price of only $ 70. This is a classic Longines which I hope would last a long time. He said after the tune-up it should last many more years. Great! I have been very happy about his services and I will continue to bring all my watch to him whenever they need servicing.

I was surprised to find that some people had a negative experiences here. I will admit that the owners are friends of mine and I personally think that they are two of the nicest, most honorable people around. I recently bought a Skagen watch online from Amazon and took it to their store to be resized. To my shock, the watch band was defective. Fortunately they had the same watch in their store, so I returned the defective online watch and came back and bought the good one they had. I’ve always had good experiences here and it’s my go to place for watch batteries.

Preecha the owner did a phenomenal job. He fixed my broken movado band in 10 minutes for 10 bucks. I let the thing sit for 4 months at another watch repair shop waiting for a link that never showed. So happy with this guy and his work. Great place, small town business!

While I was out of town my dad did me a favor and had the movements on my watch repaired. When I put the watch on, the second hand fell off and remained loose inside. I returned to the shop and explained what happened. The shop keeper takes the watch and says that he’ll take care of it but next time it happens that he’ll charge me. He claims I probably dropped it and that’s why it came off. I explain that I didn’t drop it but he refuses to listen. I then mention to him that I’ve had this watch for nearly ten years and although it has been dropped a number of times the hands have never fallen off. He returns the watch to me and as I’m walking out the door he says that I do not understand. Oh, I understand plenty. I refuse to be criticized on how I care for my watch; especially when I’m a paying customer. I won’t be returning to this shop again.

I have brought many of my watches here for repair and battery replacement and they do a good job while I wait. Ok, I’m waiting next door at the bar, but the repairs are good and cheap. I hope he gets enough foot traffic in here, cuz at $ 10 a pop he’d better replace a bunch of batteries in order to make the rent. I dunno what happened to Bubba L., but my experience doesn’t match.

This is a great little store to get a new battery for your watch. They can do it while you wait most of the time, they use the proper tools to remove the caseback and the price is very fair and includes a 1 year guarantee. They even date code the new battery so you know when it was last changed. They will also do repairs on most watches including mechanical. I’ve found the couple who own this store to be very fair and friendly and highly recommend this place to all my friends.

I would like to warn anyone going to this watch repair shop… They are very dishonest. I took my watch in to have the crystal repaired and was told it was a very expensive crystal and had to be ordered. and it would be 200.00 dollars to repair my watch. I took my watch to another watch repair shop in the Main Place Mall and was charged $ 40.00 dollars to replace the crystal. So be forewarned if you choose to use this particular watch repair shop.
