Pathetic customer service and the lady at the women’s section has a serious attitude problem.

Definitely my new favorite place to shop! I recently bought a suitcase and a couple pairs of sandals at this store for some upcoming trips and they’re both very stylish. Service was also good too.
Will be coming back again soon!

Just like the post from February 2014 the staff, cashier, seem to be the same… they could be nicer.

EXTREMELY disappointed in the customer service. I went shopping with my friend and he was going to get a cardigan, a pair of shoes, and a tie. When Angelica scanned the polo it was significantly more expensive than the sign said so he decided not to get it. After she scanned his 15% coupon he decided he might as well get the cardigan because of the discount but Angelica told him «no» because he already said he didn’t want it and she already scanned the coupon and «it WOULDN’T BE FAIR for her to honor the coupon since he CHANGED HIS MIND about getting it.» What??? Wouldn’t be fair??? So, 1) a store misprints a cost on something and doesn’t honor the posted price, and 2) when he decides he actually will pay the non posted price he can’t because it’s not FAIR to CHANGE HIS MIND? I was blown away. I had to get involved because my friend can be a push over. I immediately asked for the manager and when Veronica got to the desk I angrily explained the situation and she instantly told Angelica to ring up the cardigan separate but by then we were so frustrated we just walked out of the store. Didn’t even try to stop us. That’s a $ 100 sale they lost right there, not to mention the sale they would have got from me.
I had planned to get a cardigan, a duffle bag, and a toiletries bag but already put it back because Angelica was taking forever. We were looking at the watches and socks while she was helping THE ONLY other people in the store and she stops and looks at us and says «Uhm, the line actually starts over there.» This girl has a serious attitude problem, and is just plain too lazy.

Great merchandise at great prices. The staff could be nicer but the quality and styling of the clothes more than makes up for it.
