Waffle heaven. The chocolate raspberry one was perfection. My boyfriend had the Monte cristo and said the same.

Waffle-icious is absolutely incredible. 100% authentic liege waffles. I love the Monte Cristo sandwich. When I was kid — I had a monte cristo sandwich at a high end restaurant that was incredible enough to make a life long impact. Waffle-icious is the closest thing I have found in comparison. You can get the monte cristo with ham like it is made classically or substitute turkey. The meats are high quality to match the authentic waffles. I cannot wait to get me some waffle-icious again. The crew is very friend and makes great recommendations. I would absolutely recommend them for any event at any time. It makes sense for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and dessert. Waffle-icious restores my faith in humanity. Down to the very core of my soul… I love waffles.

These waffles were Devine treats. My daughter had the Strawberries and Nutella waffle. Out of this world. I had the Fluffernutter, and that was the topping to my day. The amount looks a slight deceiving, because when all was said and done, we couldn’t finish them. Best of all, they came to our apartment complex, so no driving around for dinner.

I’m not a big waffle person, but this place really blew me away. Basically a trailer attached to a pickup, but packs some heat! Hubby and I shared two waffle dishes — one savory, one sweet. I think one was the full monte cristo(or something like that) — ham, cheese, and cranberry sauce. The other had banana and nutella. Both were really great. The waffles are really the big deal here, way better than other permanent waffle shops nearby. Worth a taste and hopefully can catch the truck again!

I am NOT a breakfast person but I am now! I’ve had every single waffle on the menu and each one is more delicious than the next. This is the only food truck that I stalk on Twitter. And for good reason! Also the owners and staff are lovely.

These waffles are truly the best waffles I’ve EVER had. They are the perfect combination of sweet and salty and the sugar crystals inside add a nice little crunch! I visit the Waffle-icious truck about once a week and always get my usual– Nutella and strawberries without whip cream. The Waffle-icious guys are fantastic and sometimes add new fruits to my waffle for me to try. I can’t say enough good things about Waffle-icious and recommend it to anyone who loves yummy waffles!

Had Waffle-icious for an event this past weekend and they were amazing! Easy to book, arrived on time, fantastic waffle sandwiches(I got the bacon cheddar, yum!), and the setup was flawless! Great food truck to have if you’re looking to have a breakfast food truck event, I highly recommend Waffle-icious. We’re already planning another event and we are definitely going to ask them to participate again!

These waffles are amazing!!! I always scarf one down when they stop by my apartments. I would recommend their turkey one, the full Cuban, monte cristo and any of them with Nutella! What sets these«Liege» waffles apart are the little sugar crystals that form on the waffle. They add a little crunch and richness to it. Love em!!!

Keeping it sweet and simple. Just like the waffles I ordered. The waffle itself had a good taste, and it’s light enough for a sweet breakfast and having the sandwich waffle idea is awesome too. Great flavors, quick, and bang for the buck. They tell you where they are and from what times and dates. Everything is thought out perfectly. Great job.

I used to work on a food truck and at one of the festivals we were at, a worker from Waffle-icious came over and gave us a Monte Cristco waffle because they had made an extra one. He also brought over a sweet waffle(I don’t remember which one it was). But oh man the Monte Cristco was SO surprisingly GOOD! I’m not a fan of deli ham, but somehow it worked in this waffle sandwich! Sweet and savory and perfect!

Two of my gal pals tried this truck out when we were at the OC fairgrounds when Burnt Truck was there. So as most of you guys probably know, my food truck adventure started when my gal pals and I discovered the Burnt Truck. We(or at least I) follow them so I know where their next location is. So we followed them to the OC fairgrounds and a whole slew of other trucks were there as well including this one. We got one or two waffles and split it between the three of us since we were already pretty full. My friend got one with strawberries, chocolate, whip cream etc. and I got their Nutella waffle. The only thing is they take a while to make these Belgian style waffles. We waited about 10 – 15 minutes or so to get ours, but it was well worth the wait. It definitely stifled our sweet tooth craving and the outer layer of the waffle was crispy and the inside very fluffy and well cooked. If I find the pictures of these waffles I will definitely post them up. :) Go fulfill your sweet tooth craving! Really yummy!

This waffle truck came back to my work place. After my first review the owner had sent me a private message explaining the delicious sugar that is used, unfortunately too much sugar for me and my body can’t handle it… same with my tummy =( The nice owner had said he would give me the same order for free next time they came around with less sugar and he was true to his word! That is something I admire: Honesty and Truth. I tried the same order again and with less sugar and boy did that make a difference! It was exactly what I had expected from the first time and now I second time around I got it! Very delicious! Just for being truthful I gave this truck 5 stars… the food deserves that many stars too =)

Bruxie’s WHO?! This food truck is a hit ! I found an all new appreciation for waffles thanks to Waffle-icious. I tried them at Serrano apartments in Irvine, and my goodness I’m ready for 10 more visits. I had their breakfast waffle sandwich with egg, cheese, & bacon and it was devine. All of the right flavors of sweet and savory left the best taste in my mouth! They definitely do NOT disappoint. Just be sure to order two of everything when you go, because you’ll love it so much and who wants to wait in line twice?! Do it right the first time !

Waffle-icious truck came by our Woodbury area the other day & I had the pleasure of trying out my very FIRST waffle sandwich ever! Yeh I know I haven’t been to Bruxie yet: P I had the MONTECRISTO. Size wise not bad at all for the price of $ 6.50. The Liege waffle had a wonderful flavor for it was light, airy, crispy, and not super sweet. My sandwich was cooked perfecto! Spreading the raspberry preserves within the Black Forest Ham & meltty Havarti Cheese was heavenly. YUUUUUMMMM!!! One side of the raspberry preserves was more than enough for I don’t like having my sandwich to sweet. Every bite was worth the penny but obviously my hips don’t agree –__– Next time I think I shall try the Full Monte~

This truck came by our complex at Park Viridian tonight and they were parked here from 6 – 7:30pm. They specialize in Belgian Liege waffles! Lucky us! After I cooked dinner, I went downstairs to check out their menu. I picked up the savory and the nutella liege waffles. I’m actually pretty pleased with the food trucks which comes to our apartment complex as our property management office hosts. The savory liege waffle comes with brie cheese, apples, roasted almonds and honey! Super yummy and well, the nutella came with whipped cream, bananas and strawberries. Service is fast and friendly! Prices are reasonable and I didn’t have to wait too long! Awesome!

This truck(actually a trailer) was in the neighborhood so I decided to get a couple of waffle creations — one savory and one sweet. The monte cristo(obviously not a «true» monte cristo) was 2 Belgian waffles stuffed with Black Forest ham and havarti cheese lightly dusted with powdered sugar and served with a side of raspberry preserves. The waffle had a sumptuous vanilla taste and perfect crunch. The preserves were the perfect flavor to dip the sandwich into. Really enjoyed this one and would definitely recommend it. For my sweet tooth I got the s’mores waffle. This was very rich and best if shared with another person — it’s big! The waffle was covered with speculoos, melted chocolate and a huge pile of toasted mini marshmallows on top. It was fantastic though it had a few too many marshmallows for my taste(admittedly it wouldn’t have as spectacular an appearance if it had less though). So I just pulled a few off; not a difficult solution. The family working in the Waffle-icious trailer were very nice and I thought the prices were fair. I really enjoyed getting a bit of waffle-love. Who doesn’t?

Had the opportunity to try out this food truck when I was at the 6th Annual Home For the Holidays Pet Adoption Fair in Irvine. Tried the Fluffernutter to start and it was good! The peanut butter was so smooth, and the waffle was nice and crispy on the outside, but very fluffy on the inside. The chocolate drizzle and the sugar were a perfect mix with the peanut butter. My only complaint would be the sheer amount of peanut butter — it left me scraping some off so that I could enjoy the waffle. Definitely not a huge complaint though, and I’d be willing to come back to try their savory options! Service was quick and friendly too.
