I’ve been going to this place for a while and when they began they were amazing. The nails lasted for a long time and the art was amazing. After a while of being a regular they started being very short with us and the quality started declining really rapidly. Now the quality is horrible. I got a backfill about a week ago and I was switching from orange to a pale pink. You can see orange on every nail and the gel is peeling off. We will be looking for a new salon and I recommend you do the same.

Have come here before and had pretty good experiences. Came today and they were only slightly busy. And I was rushed from the very moment I walked in the door. Received a mani/pedi– the mani was done while I was still getting my pedi so the girl was standing. It was subpar, not very impressed. Not the best experience. I understand if you’re busy, but you should still deliver quality service.

My girlfriend got me a gift certificate to get my nails done and recommended Connie! She is amazing! She takes her time and my shellac could have lasted probably longer than 3 weeks with no peeling but my nails grow super fast! Go see Connie for fantastic shellac!

They get it right every time, and they really go above and beyond to make me happy. I really enjoy working with everyone at this salon and haven’t bothered going anywhere since I found them, back in September 2014.

I have been going here for a few years now, but I don’t think I will be returning. They always bumped up the price on pedicures a ton and I cannot even figure out what they are doing now worth the money. I just got a pedi about 2 hours ago and my heels are still super rough and look just like they did before I went in. I got the very basic pedi and had her do the cheese grater on my heels and that was $ 34…

Terrible job painting my toes and charged me $ 11 then talked shit about me to other workers in their language when I asked them to fix it… Racist, rude, ripoff artists… Not the place to go… They said $ 10 to paint toes when $ 5 is the going rate EVERYWHERE else! When asked why so much she told me because they also file and trim nails. Then after sitting I find out it’s another $ 1 for the file they barely touched my toes with. And no trim was done… My five year old could’ve done a way better job! Plus she wouldn’t have dug her sharp dirty fingernails into my cuticles… These women are NASTY!!!

Pretty good nails. I feel that their prices are a bit heavy tho. I almost had a heart attack about the bill I had last pedicure here. Do not ask to bump up for the deluxe. It is not the average $ 5 – 10 extra. Not even $ 15 extra. The deluxe pedicure is $ 23 dollars more!!! Omg. I couldn’t believe it I was so confused and I felt cheated. A little extreme. It was a good pedicure, but for that price I could have at least got a shellac pedi, not just regular polish. Maybe I am blind, but the deluxe no thank you!

I love this place. The atmosphere is calming. The salon is light and bright. The employees and nice and very good. They don’t talk too much amongst themselves, which allows for me to relax while being there. It’s just a wonderful place for pedicures.

The people here are very nice and it’s clean. I’ve been several times. And I will probably go again for my nails… probably. That being said, the last time I went, I got my legs waxed and it was a disaster. My legs had chunks of skin stripped off of them. It was terrible. Now I’m not sure if this is because I had just had a pedicure before the waxing or what but I was shocked when I got home and realized how bad my legs were«stripped» and disappointed that she didn’t say anything during the process and frankly if I were the manager(which she was) I wouldn’t have charged for it either. Clearly it was the wrong wax or technique.

This was absolutely the worst place I have ever been to get my nails done. With that being said. Positive: This place is clean. Negatives: Poor customer service. I came in for a quick manicure. The technician cut my cuticles so short they hurt. When I told her, she said it would be fine. The polish was put on so haphazard and thick that it began to glob and roll off my nail. When I asked if she could take some off, she said it would be fine. After I was done drying, the technician came over to check and when she pressed on my nail she left a perfect fingerprint in the polish. I guess it was not dry. When I asked if she could change it, she said it would be fine. After I paid and got into my car my cuticles started to bleed and I had to pull the polish off my hands because it was burning my cuticles. I went to a different salon and they took care of the mistakes and made the botched job presentable. Not the best.

I’m definitely a fan. Nails Unlimited has a good clean location and plenty of parking. They offer mani, pedi, waxing and eyebrow extensions possibly other services too. They definitely speak in their own native language between each other but it’s really not uncomfortable. They all do a great job of engaging their clients first. Some of the ladies are a bit hard to understand but they really try to converse and make pleasantries. I’ve also never had an issue just walking in and getting a mani/pedi and wax. I would suggest making an appointment for larger groups to make sure they have enough people working.
