Excellent customer service! Yogurt tasted great and there were many flavors to choose from. Wish there was more fruit to choose from but I guess I can’t have it all! Girl working the register was courteous and answered my questions about sugar free options. I will definitely come back.

I have to say up front that the frozen yogurt is not bad. It is run of the mill commercial frozen yogurt. They have plenty of toppings to go around. They have a TV that was playing Scooby Doo at the time and plenty of tables. It takes very bad customer service for me to drop a review to one star though I would put the yogurt at three stars. I have to have a very bad experience for me to allow myself to let customer service influence my review to such a degree. Decent yogurt or not, I will never return to the Yogurt Shack due to the offensive employee on staff that night. I am sure that several other patrons there tonight feel the same way. This young lady was rude to every single customer, not just myself. I am a very friendly person, especially to employees in the food service industry. This young lady left me speechless with her mean spirited attitude. She scolded the customers under her breath, ignored them, and even went to far as to scowl openly at the well behaved children there. She moaned and slapped the chairs around displaying her irritation with the people in the establishment, none of whom I observed was rude to her in the least. Most of the people, like myself looked as though they felt bad for even being there. She made me feel bad for being there. She was down right hostile. I am not sure I have ever met such an unhappy and openly rude employee. I will not go back and will discourage my acquaintances from going as well. Just sometimes, customer service can be so bad as to make you never want to return again. This is that sometime.

I had been a fan of this place for sooo long! I’ve frequented since the day it opened and always been really happy. However, last week when I went in, nearly all the machines were down and the girl working couldn’t care less. Really disinterested in any kind of customer service. But, since I’ve not rally had problems before… I let it slide. So… Today, I arrive at 9:00 pm to find the door locked… The sign clearly says 9:30 on Saturdays so I knock and the employee looks up and ignores me! I got so ticked! So, I took out my husband’s phone to take a picture demonstrating the time and the sign to send to the mangers… And THATS when she finally came to the door to tell me that they were closed— even though the sign in the door said I had half an hour. I guess it seems silly, but I really love the frozen yogurt here and hate to see this store take such a nosedive because of careless customer service. Please! If you are the owner reading this, chat with your employees… Fix this!

We love going to the Yogurt Shack. Love the variety of flavors and toppings. They used to have more fresh fruit toppings which we enjoyed. Hoping they bring them back. There is one employee who is less than thrilled to be working there. Every time we go in when she is working we try to be friendly but she even went as far as telling us it was to busy for her liking today, all while not making eye contact. There are a variety of yogurt flavors and is self serve. Love the idea of mixing a few flavors. Best part is you can sample the different flavors to make sure you like them. We go here about once a week for a treat as it can be costly.

I love me some fro yo buuuuttttt… Me and my little sister visited this location last night around 8:45 pm and granted yes it was close to closing time and the lobby was full of customer’s the staff was franticly trying to close the store by putting chairs up on the tables and didn’t greet or say thank you for our business. Once we paid for our frozen yogurt my sister accidently dropped it on the floor and the staff didnt offer to help clean up they just seem very frustrated that there were so many people coming in and out of the building. I will say that I am willing to drive a little further away to have better customer service :(

This makes me sad to write this but I feel I must. The yogurt shack is going downhill. They stopped offering fruit through the winter and when they brought it back in the spring there are only a few choices. The last time I went four of their machines were out of order or didn’t have yogurt in them. I love this place I just really wish they would get back up to the high quality they had when they first opened.

I like the places where you create your own masterpiece and this is one of those. Good selection of flavors and toppings — clean place, friendly and cheerful folks working behind the counter. It’s what you would would hope for in a really good fro yo place.

Great selection of yogurts both low fat and non fat. Sample cups are available and you can sample as many as you’d like. They have a huge buffet of toppings and the prices aren’t to bad either. Definitely a favorite after dinner spot for us. The store is always clean and the staff is friendly.

After what seemed like months of construction, the Yotopit in Oregon City opened a couple weeks ago and I got a chance to check it out. The place is clean and spacious with a good selection of yogurts and a sorbet or two. Yotopit is completely self-serve: just grab a cup, fill it with as much fro-yo as you want, add toppings and pay by the pound. The yogurt is YoCream, so it’s good quality but not unique(they serve the same brand at His Bakery across the parking lot), but not a lot of places have as many flavors to choose from as Yotopit. Unfortunately, the two times I stopped in so far the machine that dispenses the«original tart» flavor was not yet ready for prime time. So I made do with vanilla and topped it with fresh fruit. As the name implies, the toppings are a big part of the game here. I skipped the fruity pebbles and cocoa puffs(and many many other offerings) and went for fresh raspberries and blueberries. The fruit was as good as anything one could hope for in a dessert shop, and probably better than we should expect in October. Speaking of seasons, next time I’m going for the Pumpkin flavor — I have a feeling that one won’t be around for too long.
