If I could give ZERO I would. I brought in my coat that had a belt to be dry cleaned. After picking up my jacket through the drive through and getting home I realized the belt was missing. I went back and let them know that my belt was missing. They then told me that they couldn’t find it and took down my number and told me they would call as soon as they found it. Days went by, I never got a call. I had to call them and still no belt. Spoke to the manager who gave a long explanation as to what could potentially have happened. She said she would call me after continuing to search for the belt, weeks went by. Still nothing. I had to contact THEM once again to ask what was going on… I spoke to the manager who told me no belt was ever found and that a customer remembered seeing a belt flying around in the parking lot(wow) but it was never collected. Long story short, the manager then indirectly accused me of never bringing in the belt in the first place, saying that«if» the belt had come in with the jacket, it would have been logged. Overall, it was never resolved, no compensation was offered for the belt and jacket, NOTHING. I’m most disappointed with their handling of my situation. TERRIBLEMANAGER, TERRIBLESERVICE. Just STAYAWAY. I’m ok with mistakes happening, hey no one is perfect but own up to that mistake and do something to keep your customers happy. NEVERBRINGINGTHEMMYBUSINESSAGAIN and I recommend that you don’t either. STAYAWAY!

HORRIBLE! If you care about your clothes do not come here. They lost my pants and gave me a hard time about paying for it. They put a hole in my Hugo Boss suit. Extremely unprofessional.

i have had many difficulties with broken clasp, lost buttons and the removal of cuffs through the dry cleaning experience. In addition, white items are returned so dingy and discolored that you may be ashamed to wear them again. Unfortunately, this cleaner takes no ownership of such difficulties and seemingly have always blamed me, the customer.
