Bella Nails

I called and made an appointment for 3 pedicures 2 manicures. This was my first time here. I sat down to get a pedicure in their spa massage seat. I’m not sure the staff serving me named Kevin but he did a great job for my pedicure. Cutting my cuticles and filing my toe nails.
I never seen anyone really take their time doing a pedicure. In my past experiences they worked so fast on my cuticles that I’d usually get cut.
I kept dozing off I was so relaxed. Really liked this place; call ahead and they will get you right in! So i was really impressed.

Terrible service. Went there to try out their gel manicures (i was a loyal customer to my previous salon) only to leave with injuries. The woman that helped me cut my cuticles open while carelessly and viciously buffing my nails. The buff bar is not even supposed to hit your skin. My fingers were bleeding and burning. I tried to let it slide even through the pain because I’m not the one to make a scene. But after a few days my cuticles started to look so ugly that I had to go back and complain. So i went back and spoke to the same lady, demanding a refund or a free set on my next visit. All she could offer me was $ 5 off my next visit, after i paid $ 25 and tipped her $ 5 for the manicure. On top of that she tried to convince me that it was due to the weather causing my cuticles to thin out. Thats a bunch of crapola, I’ve been getting gel manicures for a very long time and never has this happened to me. It’s ridiculous thats all she could offer me after such negligent service and considering i still tipped her. Poor customer service & I wont be returning.
