Called with a coupon that had no expiration date. Simply said «limited time offer». Which for all anybody knew, could be a day. So i called and tried to place the order. Got was met with attitude by not only the employee, but the manager as well. Seems like they’ve never heard of customer service. Weren’t making suggestions or recommendations to appease not having this deal anymore, simply just repeated over and over again «no that’s no longer available»
With many other pizza places in the area, I’m glad to take my money elsewhere and simply not deal with a rude establishment. They don’t want my business? Okay, they win. Can a small business really afford to treat people poorly? Only time will tell.
