Maybe the person from the old reviews is gone because I had great customer service here. Best I’ve had at a UPS. Quick service with a smile. I’d come back because of the convenience. They have a small selection of packing supplies as well.

I think Sarah L is talking about the same person i’m about to rip apart. Customer service was horrific. This lady has no interpersonal skills. If you’ve ever seen the movie Drag Me to Hell, she’s like the old gypsy lady (SYLVIA GANUSH). Stay away, it’s a scary place!

Customer service skills are very lacking here. Cris needs a different job. She was incredibly rude to us.
That said, the UPS Store was very responsive. When I mentioned the service problems on Twitter, headquarters quickly messaged me. I sent them details, and they followed up with the store owner who apologized and said he would look into the issue and take appropriate action. I don’t know what came of that, but I appreciate that they responded. Not all companies will do that.
Hopefully others will be able to have a better experience at this store
