My girlfriend and I got food poisoning after eating boneless wings here. Will never eat here again.

Horrible BWW location. I placed an order for takeout and went by to pick it up around 11:00pm on a Saturday night– I know this is late but the restaurant is open until 2am so I assumed this would be no problem and not during their typical dinner rush hour. On the phone they assured us our order would be ready in 15 – 20 minutes. When we arrived 30 minutes later to pick up our order there was one person ahead of us waiting on their food. The hostess made a comment that they were «running an hour behind on orders, but weren’t telling people that on the phone». After trying to get the take-​out person’s attention for over 15 minutes, I was told they were running behind and I would have to wait. They then proceeded to offer people waiting free sodas to lighten the mood. 20 minutes later I asked the take-​out person AGAIN where our food was (it had been over an hour since our order was placed) and she apologized and said she was super busy but our food had been ready and was just sitting in the heater. That was completely unacceptable! She was taking the time to offer people free sodas but didn’t have the time to get our food out of the heater? For the 35 minutes I was waiting there my food had been ready!
By the time we got the food back to our hotel, the fries were soggy and almost inedible. Thankfully, with a little help from the microwave, the wings tasted fine.
I guess this is what happens when most of your business is from tourists or business people staying in the local hotels, no loyal/​repeat customers and poor service.

One of the best BWW venues in the Orlando area.
My wife and I are huge BWW fans. However, while the options have gotten better as we have ventured out and new locations have popped up, most BWW venues near us are fairly average to subpar. Despite being about a 20 – 25 minute drive, we often drive down to this BWW location due to its great service, large menu selection, and proximity to Disney and other shopping areas.
Once you arrive at this location (while there are many parking spaces, it is often hard to find an open spot because this places gets so busy), you walk into a very tiny lobby area and meet with a hostess to take you to a table. This restaurant is very large, so there is a wide range of areas in terms of seating. I would recommend sitting at a table by the bar to watch games since you would have televisions on both sides. If the restaurant feels too packed or you can’t get your game up on a screen, head to the outside bar and watch on one of their outside tvs. This bar is usually fairly empty, so the bartender will get you drinks and food fairly quickly and put your specific game on the tv.
The beer and wings here are great. What this means is that the wings are well-​cooked, the spice level of the spicy wings is usually very high (a huge plus for my wife), and the drink menu is quite expansive. I have often been able to find drinks here that other BWW venues don’t carry, which is great when I’m here and infuriating at the other locations.
Overall, this BWW location is one of the best ones in Orlando. It is definitely worth the drive if you are looking for a great BWW experience south of 408.

Went there during a slow period and the service was pretty bad. We waited over 30 mins for a simple sampler plate and had to ask the bartender to check on it. Also asked for sauce twice and was ignored both times. Friendly but they need to work on their service

I like Buffalo Wild Wings and go to catch up with friends and/​or watch a game at home often. But would never come back to this one.
Walked in on a Sunday night. Beautiful evening and the location has an outdoor bar… which was closed. The main bar wasn’t crowded, but there were several spots where empty glasses and food leftovers were present. Pushed some aside to make room for myself (took them about 15 minutes before they cleaned the bar).
There were three bartenders but none of them seemed interested in taking my order. Almost walked about after 10 minutes before one asked if I wanted anything. Ordered a beer (and had a menu in front of me), but after she set it down, she turned quickly and that was the last interaction I had until I waved for the check.
Seemed like the three were mad to be working on a Sunday.

We visited this location on an overnight stay in Orlando. This Buffalo Wild Wings is easy to find and locations right off of the interstate. My friend was in town visiting and just had to see the UFC Match. The dining room is filled with televisions so this was a perfect choice. We arrived very early because he anticipated a large crowd at the restaurant for the match. When we arrived however they were not yet very busy. Things quickly changed and we were glad we came when we did.
Our server, Ivan, was amazing. Since we were there such a long time, he made sure he checked on us periodically throughout the night without being too bothersome. He literally accommodated all of our needs with a huge smile on his face! He was the most pleasant server I have had in a long time. I feel horrible that I do not remember his name because I believe he deserved recognition for his hospitality and efficiency during our visit.
We ordered our food in waves since we knew we would be there for a while. The wait times were a bit long but the restaurant was busy later on in the night and we were not in a rush so we were not bothered by the delay.
We started off with the Tablegating Sampler which included 2 pretzels, fried mushrooms, spinach and artichoke dip and 5 wings. This platter had more than enough for the two of us to share. I was so glad there were two pretzels because we each had our own. I liked the pretzel and it was paired nicely with a beer cheese sauce. The pretzels were topped with course salt which with the cheese sauce was a bit too salty for me so I preferred to just eat the pretzel without the sauce. The spinach and artichoke dip was a bit bland and watery to me. It could have used the flavor and texture of some more cheese in the dip. The wings were cooked and sauced perfectly on this platter. We chose the garlic parmesan which is my favorite. The mushrooms were the least favored item because they did not have enough seasoning in the batter. I dipped mine in the cheese sauce to make them more flavorful.
Later on we ordered more wings. We had 5 garlic parm and 5 thai curry. This batch of wings was not sauced very well and was dry unlike the first batch we had. We ate them but if the restaurant was not so busy and if we had been hungrier, we probably would have sent them back to have more sauce added at the least. Overall though they were ok and we ate them.
I also ordered the Knockout Punch which was tasty. I enjoyed that beverage very well.
The environment is lively and perfect for a night out watching sports. You cannot have a bad view of the tv with the number of screens positioned all around the room in this place. So it was a great place for us to enjoy a night out watching the fights and hanging out.

Buffalo Wild Wings is one of my favorite chain restaurants. Food is tasty and inexpensive.
This location is located right outside of the Disney Springs resort area and conveniently off I-​4 exit 68. It’s perfect for tourists, kids, or even locals.
We went here last night after a night at Disney Springs. We walked in at about 9:00 pm, and it wasn’t busy at all. There were plenty of tables and we were seated immediately.
We ordered our wings and an appetizer as soon as we sat down, as we frequent BWW pretty often and already know what we like.
Everything tasted great, however, our meals came out before our appetizer, which was a little off to me. It was totally fine though because wings and appetizers don’t go bad together. If you need an appetizer suggestion, get the pretzels with the queso cheese. Oh my gosh.
Overall, this was an ok location. I would return if I had to.

Po boy ‚. Simply amazing for a chain restaurant. Endless Guinness on tap? Check. Great experience wish I could give more stars but our order was screwed up a couple of times. But hey not to bad for quick dining.

I am deaf. We are here from Louisiana on vacation. This place is not accommodating. I’m here for the Super Bowl and they’re not able to turn the captions on. Extremely disappointed.

Yeah, I’ll throw this BWW a 5 star. On my way home from Disney springs (downtown Disney) I was starving and saw a familiar restaurant, BWW. Stopped in and placed an order of wings and fries to go. Order arrived quickly and wings tasted great! Only problem is I was eating these in my hotel and noticed there were no fries and I had paid for them. A little frustrated, I called bww and Kristal answered, she immediately apologized and remembered taking my order. Last second I asked for extra sauce and maybe that caused the screw up. anyways, she offered to bring fries over to my hotel on her way home from work! I gladly accepted and they were here within 30 minutes, hot and with two drinks she had offered as a courtesy. I can’t say I’ve ever received better service. It’s people like this that make the world go round. I felt bad not tipping because it was not really the time but I’ll share a tip with all you readers to go to this BWW for great service. Great way to end the night

I’m giving this bww a 4 because the manager was hot and worked with us getting a good table. The waitress was good too. Beer options were ok. Wings as usual.

The server was inattentive, treated us like a burden for being there because we were a two top, took my girlfriend’s food that still had half a plate of food. Yes, we said no to a box, probably because we weren’t finished eating it. The «captain» was interested until we filled out our cards and never came back to talk to us again and the manager… well I guess Karen is used to getting complaints because I doubt she really cared. We’re locals, we come for trivia, this experience was terrible and for some reason more than half of the beer menu was crossed out.

So not only did the server visit the table only when we made eye contact but the «captain» who was going to let us try some beers before picking one never ever came back. I have never felt like more of a burden, totally terrible experience

I really like the Buffalo Wild Wings franchise. If you also are a fan, you will enjoy this location. They have a really solid selection of beers on tap (Hello, SeaDog Blueberry!) and there’s often some decent happy hour specials. They also have the tablets with the poker games and other fun activities.
I came here with my husband during one of the NBA Finals games and we were promptly seated in a booth. Our server was nice, didn’t harass us about staying a long time, and the whole place was actively involved in the game. It was pretty fun.
Our food, as always, was great. I got the boneless wings with a side of carrots with ranch. My husband got boneless wings and fries. He usually gets the Honey BBQ sauce (which is really good) and I almost always get the crazy spicy Blazin sauce. It’s amazing.
Overall, I really like this location and we’ll definitely be back.

Been to many Buffalo Wild Wings before.
This one was my least favorite by far.
The wings were cooked right but the sauce was put over them very sloppily.
Waited at the front to be seated a long time and it was not busy at all.
My beer was FLAT and not very cold.
Mozzarella sticks were good.
The kids burger for my son was not very good.
Had to track them down for service and to get the check.

Great place for appetizers, a couple of beers, watch a game with friends… We had crispy, good size, asian zing wings which tasted sweet yet hot with the chili pepper, some soy sauce and ginger… All that flavor in one bite. We had some mozzarella sticks which surprisingly was stuffed with gooey mozarella!!!

If I could put zero stars I would! So we went here Saturday night around 11pm. I know it is late but this is a late place open till 2am. After the service we got we honestly would never go here again.
We walked in and there was no one in line, good sign since last time we tried to come the line was out the door with a 45 minute wait. The host guy came over pretty quick, he was talking to other employees at the pick up counter. He didn’t say hello or how many, just started getting some silverware. I told him we had two and his response and I quote was, «can you sit at a high top because all the booths are dirty and there is no one to clean them!» Should have been our first clue!
He literally walked us passed about 10 – 15 high tops till he finally gave us one. We sat down and waited and waited. We sat there for about 10 minutes and no one had even come by. We were ready to order and we had not even placed a drink order. I looked around and saw about 10 – 15 employees standing around, talking to each other or helping another table or sweeping the floor. And they literally kept walking right past us. I finally grabbed a waiter and asked if he could get our waiter. He was nice enough, I really don’t know what was going on. He may have been ours because he took our order but I really don’t know. I know that he looked at us a few times but never came over.
The food came out pretty quick, but it was just ok. My husband ordered a salad that was suppose to have all this stuff in it. It literally had lettuce, onions on top and a couple of peppers around the edge. I should have taken a photo! He also asked for a vinaigrette instead of blue cheese. When it came it had blue cheese but the girl literally dropped the food off so fast we couldn’t have asked for it if we tried. Our «supposed» waiter never came back. It took another 5 minutes to pull someone aside and ask for different dressing. When I asked her, she rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth. I honestly didn’t think she would come back. She did and again literally dropped it off.
I was literally done eating my wings before he even started. We finally got the guy helping us to come over and I just immediately asked for the check. I didn’t want to be stuck there anymore. I was so upset and angry at this situation I didn’t even ask for a manager. I really should have but I literally just wanted to get out of there. After he brought our card back and as we were walking out, he was over talking to more employees.
I understand that this a «bar type place» but looking around no one seemed overly excited to be there or receiving great service apart from a couple of people. I do not know what happened to our server but he or she never came over. I honestly had never had service this bad. I know that we went in late but not really because they were open till 2. There was well over 25 people «working» but they were more interested in each other then their customers. I definitely will not be going back when I can go down the road to Ale House and get much better service!

We came here to catch on some NCAA March Madness games with some wings. The service was excellent with Wendoly. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen did take longer than expected. It took about 30 minutes for our orders to come out, which was longer than we expected. I guess it is the LBV factor.
Probably will go to the one closer to Sea World next time.

Great wings! I actually can’t believe they were as big as they were. When the server said that you’d only receive six for a small order I was skeptical, but at four different types for two people, we both actually left full. As a cross between a restaurant and a sports bar we saw plenty of families with kids as well as people pounding back beers. Not bad, not bad.
We were there mid week so it wasn’t terribly busy. I can see how a place like this would be really busy though. My friend ordered a Fosters and I just got a water. Beer came in a can so no complaints there. The food came out reasonably quick. We started with chips and salsa. Nothing terribly special there except the chips were made fresh and the salsa was super tasty. That’s alright. The wings came out shortly after that. We had four kinds and if I remember rightly they were a garlic parmesan, honey mustard, Asian something and Thai something. Sorry, if you look at the menu you’d know for sure. In speaking with the waitress she said that the ones we chose were the most popular. They were all really good although my least favourite was the Thai.
We left full and very content.

I actually liked this place. I went on a day it wasn’t busy, in the evening. We had good customer service.
I’d pick boneless chicken over wings any day. So of course I ordered 12 and had 4 of three different flavors: Thai curry (my absolute favorite. Must try if you’re a curry lover) Parmesan Garlic (my second favorite) and of course I had to get Blazin’ I love spicy food and it definitely was that. I have no complaints I really loved the food and thought the paper crowns were cute lol
