The hostess wasn’t pleased when my husband and I asked to be seated in the main dining room when she tried to put us in the bar. She proceeded to seat us in an area without a waitress. Fifteen minutes later a waitress told us we shouldn’t be sitting there, but then decided to be nice and take our order. The food was fine, and the waitress was good, but we won’t be back.

You’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all. I hadn’t been to an Uno’s in a year or two, but remembered that I enjoyed an appetizer sampler that they used to have — I say used to because it has been taken off the menu. I did enjoy my chicken pesto sandwich and apple crumb desert. The service was average. It took quite some time to be seated because the hostess was also handling to go orders. In her defense, she was busy, but she probably needed to get some help. There was a line of 6 parties waiting to be seated all of whom were confused because they weren’t greeted and there was no way to sign in or get called /tracked. Otherwise, totally run of the mill Uno’s experience.

Worst curbside ever. Also had to repeat my pick up order about 10x because the person taking my order got it wrong several times. Been waiting at curbside for about 15 mins now, would go inside but I have a child in the car seat. Never again UNOs

Dirty… they took forever to clean dirty tables around you as you ate your meal. The bartender worked the bar, cleaned the tables and also was our waiter and brought us our food. How can one person do it all I really felt bad for him?

I am not a big fan of Uno, but I must give their pizza skins pizza 4-stars. It is the reason why I leave Disney World to come here to eat. I just LOVETHIS! Frank and the girls do love their pepperoni deep dish pizza. I was there last Monday and was pleasantly surprised with the service. It was the best we had ever had of all the times we’ve dined here. If you go, ORDERTHATPIZZASKINPIZZA w/EXTRA SOURCREAMPLEASE! :)

5 stars for service. 4 stars for food. I was in a last minute bind to find a place that would take reservations for a large group of 11 that was not only kid friendly but budget friendly. And all for a busy Friday evening. Even thought I am not a big fan of pizza(hey, don’t shoot me!) it seemed like the logical choice. I called 2 locations of a certain pizza chain but both told me they didn’t take reservations and could only tell me they would be slammed due to a volleyball convention. I decided to call UNO on a whim and was pleasantly surprised that they were willing to accommodate my request on such short notice! Upon arrival to the restaurant, I checked in at the hostess stand and within minutes we were seated. I was so impressed to see that the table for 11 had already been set up for us and it wasn’t the usual scene of frantic servers pushing tables together. From that moment on, our entire experience was fantastic. Our server was patient — you have to be with a large party with some taking a little longer to give their entrée selections. The menu is a bit overwhelming so I recommend looking at it ahead of time if you are able. And they do have non pizza options so don’t be alarmed. Their signature crust is the Chicago deep dish style but UNO also offers flatbreads and an artisan crust option. I ordered the individual personal pan pizza in the Chicken Spinach which is one of the newer deep dish creations. It’s the perfect size for one person and I still only ate ½ the pan. On a side note, against my better judgment I ordered a side Caesar salad to go with my meal. I expected a small little plate of greens. Their«side salads» are huuuge! I think it contributed to why I felt so full so quickly. So I would skip that additional charge and go straight for the main meal. That way you have room for dessert… more specifically the UNO deep dish sundae! You can’t go wrong with cookies, ice cream, whipped cream and chocolate syrup! Yum! There were a few hiccups with the bill but that’s to be expected when splitting checks across a large group. The restaurant is rather lively and was very busy the majority of the time we were there. There were several people working the restaurant offering to make balloon animals for the children(for a tip of course). Overall I was very impressed with service from the time I called to make a reservation up until the end of our dinner. The employees really made our experience! Kudos to the staff!

Children’s pizza order was screwed up. Manager at the front did adjust the bill which was nice. Didn’t appreciate having this person come around making balloon animals as we’re eating as she does this for tips. You’re already paying for a meal and you’ve got this person walking around looking to take more of your money. Not sure if I’d go back.

Third visit here! Servers are always great, and pizza has the best taste of any. We had arrived the night before, had a light breakfast, and were now having lupper – late for lunch and early for supper. Fortunately the lunch specials were still on tap, as well as the Blue Moons, so we started with those and then had the lunch special, which was a salad of choice and individual pizza of choice. We both ordered the special with Uno pizzas(our favorite supreme!) and Caesar salads. Yum! Just missing the fresh ground black pepper and fresh Parmesan Reggiano, but that’s what we do at home. A very pleasant ad delicious beginning to a much-needed vacation, and glad we came back here.

Our group of 11 was left scrambling for a place to eat last Saturday night after a nearby restaurant bungled our reservation. Uno was very accommodating with our large party and took great care of us. Great customer service is always huge, but especially so when you are located so close to an area such as Disney. We all enjoyed our food and couldn’t have been happier with the level of service. This is a great choice after a long day visiting the parks on vacation!

First, we walk in to eat and the place really isn’t all that busy(I can see plenty of open tables that were completely clean) yet, they still made us wait 10 minutes for our table because they claimed they didn’t have any tables(which they obviously did, because as the hostess brought us to our table we passed by at least 10+ tables which were clean and unoccupied by customers). Then, our server, who was training another girl was very rude and kept rushing us to order food. I hadn’t even been sitting down for one minute and hadn’t even opened the menu yet before she came over and started asking us what we wanted. We said we didn’t know yet, She came back again literally one minute later and we still didn’t know what we wanted. I felt EXTREMELY rushed, so I hurried and made a decision. She seemed to be belittling the woman she was training as well and I felt bad for the girl. The deep dish pizza is disgusting and has no flavor whatsoever. If you want really good deep dish pizza in the area, go to Giordano’s. SOMUCHBETTERTHANTHISPLACE!

The service was awesome at this restaurant, Amena was an amazing waitress! The wedge salad was fantastic, as was the Chicago style deep dish pizza. I recommend both. I was very impressed with this place. I will definitely be returning!

In town for a convention and some of my coworkers were craving pizza, I had never been to this chain nor had it really ever interested me since my style of pizza is a thin crust while in Chicago I have been told they enjoy a deep dish style pizza. Never scared to try a new place, we decided to go and try it out after all, worst case scenerio I was sure they would serve thin crust as well. We ordered the Spicy Queso Dip, which had a nice kick to it and was devoured within minutes. We then ordered the Regular Deep Dish, número uno and a flat-bread fig goat cheese and asked for no broccoli. The Deep dish was not bad at all, I was glad I tried it, but without a doubt I prefer my thin crust; I guess there’s something about ordering a pizza and getting a tomato sauce soup within a crust cut in slices that just doesn’t factor well with me. For desert we ordered 3 minis the cookie sunday, peanut butter cup and the banana foster… all were delicious. The place was good overall and we all enjoyed our meals.

This place is located in a pretty sketchy looking plaza. I love deep dish pizza! We ordered a build your own deep dish, which consisted of mushrooms and pepperoni. We also got mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. While we were waiting for everything to be made, our server informs us that they recently added an electronic gadget to all their tables. She told us that we could play games, order dessert, or anything else we wanted, and even pay the bill using it. We toyed around with it for awhile, but realized that you have to pay for most of the games, which was lame. Finally, after a few minutes, the food is brought to our table. The pizza was delicious, and so were the mozzarella sticks. After we finished, I paid for the check using the device on the table. I thought this was pretty neat, considering that it was able to print out my receipt as well. Cool experience, and overall good food.

Love Pizza Uno! Been to this location a lot of times. What I like best is although I’m not a huge fan of pizza, I can always find something else on the menu that is equally delicious. Love the black bean burger, it’s got the perfect blend of veggies and is cooked just right. I do this open faced(remove top bun) and add the side of salsa and roasted veggies on top for about 500 calories and it’s fantastic. Also love the grilled veggie wrap with goat cheese. Next time I go back though I’m going to finally try deep dish kid’s size which is pretty low cal as well. During happy hour(4 — 7) and(10 — 2) every damn night that thing is only 2.99. Giving it 4 stars because the drink specials aren’t great and I wish they carried Three Olives. Regardless this location is great and pretty much always a safe bet.

Uno’s is a classic favorite. They’ve upgraded their tables and(I don’t remember what the system is called) but you have interactive ordering capabilities at your table. Need a refill? No problem. Want dessert? You got it. Need something to entertain the kids while you wait for food? Pick your poison. During my most recent venture to play with my mouse friends, we stopped at Uno for dinner on our way out of town. My husband and I split the avocado egg rolls and a small pizza. It was all quite tasty and definitely filling. Splitting stuff is definitely the way to go. It’s way too much food for one person. If you can get there before the dinner rush, you’ll get right in. It’s a big restaurant, but being so close to the parks and hotels they can get quite busy and you may have to wait.

Recent Inspection Report shows 2 Critical violations. One for thermometers provided and another for toilet & hand washinf facilities. Cleanliness-No problem at all. Everything was clean from top to bottom. Service-A+ I wish I remembered my server’s name. She was extremely attentive and seemed to be there at all the right times. Food-It has been maybe 10 years since I’ve been at an Uno. I loved their deep deep dish pizza and couldn’t wait for more. I ordered as a starter the“small plate” of Sauteed Shrimp and White Beans. When it came, in was in a surrunded by spinach, tomatoes and ws in a white wine sauce. It came w/3 shrimp. This was such a unique combination. For a «small plate» it was a great beginning for my dinner. Soon I am going to make this combination at home for friends. It was fantastic! For an entrée I ordered the small size Deep Dish of Farmer’s Market. When it came, I was in shock. It was 6″ round! For $ 11? Four slices of pizza. After the shock wore off, I began to eat a slice and it certainly wasn’t the deep dish that I had 10 years ago. It was maybe ¾″ thick. I was good, and exactly what I ordered, but not filling at all. And with all the toppings that came on it, it was so small, there was maybe 2 pieces of each topping on the entire pizza. I was sure glad I had that starter, because I would of left starving!

DECOR: 3.5÷5 –Uno has this old fashioned family restaurant feel to it SERVICE: 3.5÷5 –both staff were friendly and receptive –I asked for no onions on my deep dish but ended up with onions :( FOOD: 3.5÷5 –AVOCADOEGGROLLS were delicious! Sadly each order consists of only 4 pieces. The tamarind cashew dipping sauce gave it a tangy flavor. –CRISPYCHEESEDIPPERS Mozzarella cheese sticks and all-natural marinara sauce, you’ll get about 10 sticks. These weren’t fried crispy but they were good –CRISPYFRIEDCALAMARI Served with all-natural marinara sauce, the calamari tastes great after squirted with lemon. The app was the second dish to disappear after the avocado egg rolls –NUMEROUNODEEPDISH — This is the«works» style except it wasn’t that great at the Individual size portion. Don’t get this. DESSERT: 2.5÷5 –BREADPUDDINGWITH A SALTYCARAMELSAUCE is for those who don’t want something too sweet. The bread was soft with a mild flavor. –BANANASFOSTER was covered in a sauce of banana, rum and brown sugar. This was okay. –THEGRANNYSMITHALLAMERICAN — Granny Smith apples tossed with sugar and cinnamon, baked with a brown sugar and rolled oat crust. I was expecting this to be the best dessert but it ended up being mediocre. –CHOCOLATEPEANUTBUTTERCUP — one giant sized PB cup and it was just like a Reese’s except the peanut butter was softer. Sad to say but the appetizers were the best part of the dinner.

Being the«deep dish» pizza connoisseur that i am, i’m actually impressed by their deep dish pizzas’. The dough is not soggy at all and the flavors are moderate. The service is a little slow though, so it’s best to go after visiting themeparks and such. I do like that they are open late though, that’s always a plus when you want to feed: overtired and starving civilians. LOL

After two disappointing experiences at Pizzeria Uno in Charlotte, NC, I was glad to be back in Orlando where I’ve always had exceptional Pizzeria Uno dining experiences. Unfortunately, this most recent visit was not one of them, and it begs the question, «Do I have to go to Chicago for a great Uno experience again?» We visited Uno at Crossroads in Lake Buena Vista on Superbowl Sunday night and, fortunately, it was not crazy busy. We were seated right away. I couldn’t wait to order Uno’s Spinoccoli pizza. It’s my favorite and I haven’t had it in years because we haven’t been able to find a decent Uno. I noticed a sign that said that side salads were half-price if you ordered an entrée, so we ordered two small Caesar salads along with the regular-sized deep dish Spinoccoli pizza built for 2 – 3 people. The Caesar salads were delicious, but it was kind of odd that there was a dollop of dressing that I had to mix in myself to cover everything. Usually Caesar salads come pre-mixed. The pizza arrived pretty quick(we were only about halfway through our salads), which first made me a bit suspicious. Usually because they’re so deep, they take 20 – 30 minutes to cook. After biting into the pizza, we realized that this deep dish pizza was very average and not up-to-par with Uno standards and my years of previous experience with them. The dough wasn’t buttery and flaky, which made the Chicago deep dish pizzas special. The crust itself was worthy of eating by itself. Not so with the«new» style. It was basically just plain, dry pizza dough shoved into a deep dish pan. To make matters worse, the check came and we were charged full price($ 4.99 each) for the two salads. Apparently, pizza for 2 – 3 people(the equivalent of two«entrees») isn’t considered an entrée? Whatever. What the hell has happened to Uno to make it spiral downward in quality and pizza standards? At this point, we’re not sure if we’ll ever go to another one outside of Chicago.

This may be a chain, but their pizza rocks! Being tired of everything Disney, and wanting something a little less expensive, we decided to try pizza after reading reviews on Unilocal. We’re certainly glad that we did. The décor was unassuming but the staff were some of the friendliest folks I’ve met in a long time. They have this flatbread pizza which probably could feed two if you had a salad first, but we didn’t know that so my husband and I each ordered one. His was a sausage and cheese and I ordered eggplant, feta cheese and spinach with tomatoes. Needless to say we have some for lunch tomorrow. My only regret is this chain seems to have skipped the pacific northwest so we may never get another chance to eat at one of these places.
