Quality Furniture Discounts

Great find from Craig’s List ad! Fashionable furniture and mattresses at great prices. Seem to have best prices on Tempurpedic around. Wonder if those beds are really that comfortable? Idk, I haven’t decided on a brand of mattress to buy yet.
This place ships all across the country. In fact, they said they do more business via the Internet than they do at the warehouse.
It’s very hard to find. Beware of that. In an office park.

Avoid this place. Customer service is horrible. Purchased a living room set, 9 months later I am having a problem with the recliner. Was told a month a go to send pictures… they then scheduled an appointment to come see it… no show… then another appointment… this time they called and were at the wrong place (I moved and provided a new address when I asked for them to look at the furniture). I was told they cannot come out becasue its too far away… a week later still nothing so I left an unsatisifactory review on Google. I was called almost immediately and they scheduled the appointment. Then I was called back and was told by Alex that I must remove the review BEFORE they will come out. He also said that since I moved, I voided all warranty with them, and I told them up front that I would be moving in about a month. I asked that they come look at the furniture and they refused. I made a mistake by going to this company and I will never look their way again. It’s too bad, I am going to be in the market for more furniture in the near future, I will not be purchasing it here.
I would not recommend them-​I am stuck with broken furniture… All I am asking for is NORMAL customer service like we would recieve from any reputable company, is that too much to ask?

We got our new bedroom set and night stands much sooner than expected. Delivery was fast and the guys were nice. We couldn’t be happier with our new furniture, the service Alex provided, and the timeliness of it all arriving. Everyone who works there was so very friendly and nice. A+ service here. I will be referring my parents to Alex as they need new couches soon. Thank you guys for everything!
