RTG is a staple of Florida. My family’s first set of furniture was purchased there, they always have promotions going on but the styles are a bit dated nowadays. I did not purchase anything at the store and the customer service representatives were a bit more concerned to talk amongst themselves.

If I could give«0» stars, I would for the store’s and reps’ horrible customer service. I ordered a sleeper couch and the deliverers were only able to give me a 4-hour window when the couch would be delivered. When asked if I could receive a call an hour before the delivery, they told me that was not an option. As such, I needed to take a half day from work to wait for the delivery. When the couch came, the deliverers not only dropped the couch on my brand new hardwood, but also noted that they«forgot» the couch legs and I would need to coordinate that install(within another 4 hour window). After speaking with the RTG Call Center, they told me the legs could not be installed until nearly 3 weeks later(and until then, the couch is not functional). The store manager at this location would not return calls for nearly a week; when I was able to finally get ahold of him, he nonchalantly said he wouldn’t be able to credit my account for this inconvenience and dissatisfaction. I will not shop here for future furniture needs, nor will I recommend shopping here to others.

Walked into this room to go just to check on the sofas since it was on the way home and no one even bothered to greet me. Yet every person who walked in was quickly greeted with their shopper and when I asked a simple question it seemed as if no one wanted to help me. I was the youngest person that walked in but that really shouldnt make a difference. A purchase is a purchase regardless of appearance. Such rude service! Definitely not recommending this location to anyone! By the way I made a purchase last night at my local store and wanted to add a sofa to the purchase and just wanted to look since this was on the way. Definitely wrong store to enter.

Moved from Florida from Michigan and bought my bed and bedroom stuff at this location. I made sure to say 3 or 4 times that I work in the evenings so I need the stuff delivered before 2:30pm. The sales person Ray reassured me once he put it in the notes they would make sure it would be there early enough for me. They are also supposed to call you 48 – 24 hours in advance to let you know your four hour window which that call never happened. So this morning when it was supposed to be delivered I called promptly at 9am to ask if it was still coming. I found out it was but was scheduled from 1−5pm which is the exact opposite time frame I needed it delivered. After calling customer care she tells me on the terms and conditions it tells you that’s a courtesy window and they don’t guarantee a time. Only after I read the terms and conditions to her verbatim did she finally put me on hold because there is nothing about the delivery at all. She got back on the line and said in the pamphlet they give you with the terms and conditions it mentions it. It says it is a courtesy window but nothing about how you’ll be expected to stay at your home from 7am to 10pm. Also sorry to say a pamphlet is not a legally binding contract, the terms and conditions is. I am currently waiting to speak with the Sales Manager about refunding my delivery fee as I now had to call off work to wait for the furniture to arrive. Update: after speaking with Alfredo their sales manager he showed me he cared and took care of me, turning me from an unsatisfied customer to a potential repeat customer

We haven’t purchased anything from this particular store, we’ve just been in a few times to have a look around when we’ve been in the market for particular items. Each time we came in we were promptly greeted by a sales person and each time the person was friendly and helpful. Twice we just wanted to look around on our own and we weren’t pressured in any way. We were given a business card and were told to them them know if we had needed assistance. The other time we were specifically looking for a dining room table and there was a specific style I was looking for. The salesman escorted us through the selection of tables and pointed out the ones he thought we may be interested in. Again, no pressure. While I have been able to find the same item or similar items at other furniture stores at lower prices, I would definitely return here in the future to shop for furniture needs. You just never known when the price here may be the lower one.

Bought a table at the store in Orlando by The Florida Mall on 5÷28÷12. Was expecting delivery with in a few days. It has been a nightmare! I have called customer service 3 times and have been told that they will look into it and call me back, they have not called me back once! I still don’t have the table or any idea when I will get the table. It is in stock and sitting in a warehouse paid for and this company can’t get it to me! Very dis-satisfied and recommend that if you are looking for furniture that you go someplace else!
