Terrible customer service. I stood at the customer service counter for 5 minutes to do a return because there were 3 Walmart employees standing there. After waiting for 5 minutes, none of them said a word to me and they all walked off. It was then that I realized that the register that these 3 were standing at chatting, was closed. So I had to get in line at a different register after other customers who had waited behind me switched lines. Then I waited in line AGAIN only for them to tell me that I had to return my one item at a super center. I won’t go here again.

Their rotisserie chickens are thoroughly cooked, juicy, and priced under five dollars. A great value!

If you need Walmart priced groceries with none of the typical Walmart chaos, this is the place for you. The deli section isn’t much to speak of, but the rest of the store is just fine. It’s always clean, and the staff are nice. We come here to get pretty good deals on frozen goods and produce. We also stock up on bottled spring water.

This was one of the original Walmart Neighborhood Markets they built in Orlando when they started this concept. I do like this store because they have a full deli as you walk in(something that some of the locations do not have!). It is a smaller store, but it is good for the basics. It’s not the WNM I would go to regularly. But, the best thing about Walmart Neighborhood Market(and all Walmarts — but they aren’t as convenient as this store) is that they will match competitors ads, INCLUDING Publix BOGO’s! What does that mean? Well, if Publix is offering Buy One, Get One Free on an item they are selling for $ 4.99 each, you’d get 2 for $ 4.99. Well, at Walmart, if the everyday price is $ 3.29(which is probably the case), you will get 2 for $ 3.29! The savings here REALLY add up. Use your coupons on top of it, and you’re saving a ton over Publix! Hey, I still have to make the occasional stop at Publix because they do have some items that Walmart doesn’t carry — but I go there less and less because I am someone who likes to SAVEMONEY!

Absolutely the second worst walmart I’ve ever been to. It’s really close to where I live so for the first couple weeks living here I went for what I thought would be convenience but each trip to this horrid place turned into a nightmare. Both the first time and the last time I visited this walmart the customer service desk was closed. Which means not only are you not able to purchase money orders, but at this location customer service is the only place you can buy tobacco products. Each of these trips were several weeks apart and customer service had the same«Closed» sign up. Both times I asked regular cashiers if they could ring up tobacco products and I was told no, only at customer service. This place sucks, lines are always long and never enough cashiers on, but hey I guess that’s most walmarts these days?

The Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market is always my last choice for groceries. Alas, every holiday that Publix is closed I end up here for something. It is awful. This past Sunday(Easter) I had one of the worst shopping trips to date. Rather than just a single ingredient I forgot to buy, I had completely missed the«all other stores are closed today» memo, and was actually stuck doing ALL of my grocery shopping here. OK, in reality I couldn’t find everything, but I did at least buy enough food to get me through a couple days. Most of the items I needed were in the produce section, and that was awful. I cut one of the apples I bought as soon as I got home and it had soft spots that I had missed. Yuck. I didn’t buy strawberries because the ones I looked at were all going bad… So, produce was not good. There were several items I just couldn’t find. Even the live plants they were selling looked like they were on the brink of death. Once I managed to find about half the items on my list I gave up and decided to check out. The registers that were open all had lines that were around six carts deep, but luckily they did open a couple extra registers after I got in line. The cashier I got was a manager(judging by his name tag) and therefore inexperienced with working the cash register. He really struggled with the codes for all of the produce I bought. Also, in the spirit of Earth Day I was upset that he didn’t bag things efficiently at all. He honestly could have used half as many plastic bags. So, I’m happy they are open on the holidays, I just really wish they’d get their act together. If you’re the only grocery store open you should plan ahead and bring in more staff for that day.

When I go shopping here… there’s always some kind of «bad goings on»…do not feel safe here. And the check out people dont even look at you

If you are looking for low prices, then this is the place for you. Except produce, that area is way overpriced. If you are looking for service, then go across the street to Publix.

I usually go to the public across the street from here, but today I decided to go here and save some $. Parking was a problem, and compounded by only one really accessible way in/out of the parking lot. I just had a few things to get so I wanted a basket instead of a cart, no baskets so I went back out and fought to pull out a cart which naturally had a messed up wheel. Of the 6 things I bought, 2 they did not have the brand I wanted and no low sodium alternative of those products. Kids running up and down the aisles and obnoxious adults blocking the aisles. A full store with checkout lines into the main aisle with only 4 registers open. Totally not worth the $ 2 I might save over publix.

If you can find someone working, the customer service isn’t horrible. But I usually go for the dinner they cook in the deli. And it’s usually terribly inconsistent either it’s crap or half decent. And it has nothing to do with the quality of the food. The works usually burn the food or just don’t replace anything so it will be mainly empty half the time.

I love this store, it has all your basic groceries, a fabulous liquor store, and a drive through pharmacy, all at Walmart prices. Just don’t expect to find a fresh fish counter or bakery here, just the frozen or packaged stuff they ship from their central warehouse. **They also have a Red Box DVD rental box at this locale.
