Walmart Supercenter

DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGED HERE! I received my ticket at about 8:40 a.m. with a timeframe of 45 minutes from the service man. I spent my 40 – 45 minutes walking around the store and then came back expecting my oil change to be done since there was only supposed to be 1 car in front of me. The nice girl working at the cash register checked with the service people, came back and told me it would be another 20 – 25 minutes. I waited my next 25 minutes and went back up for my car. She checked again and apologetically stated it would be another 25 minutes. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I spoke to a very nice manager who told me that my car was on the lift with the oil drained so there really isn’t anything that can be done. I got here early because my daughter’s oil change when she dropped her car off at 5:20 p.m. on a Wednesday took until closing at 8:00 p.m. Apparently, it doesn’t matter when you drop off because you are not getting your car back from a simple oil change in less than 2 hours!!! NEVER AGAIN!

I’ve only come here late after work around 2:30am to grocery shop. Never had a problem with bumping into people since it’s so peaceful this time of night. The only drawback is it’s their time to stock items for the shelves and sometimes they’re still in the big boxes.
Cashiers and other employees are pretty nice on the most. I had to get used to being greeted with «Good morning» when I’m about to catch some zzz’s in an hour, lol.

If there is another store near you, go to that one. Like all Walmart, this one was just as chaotic. Had everything I needed for crafting. Don’t go at night or during weekends. I was annoyed how there were so many cashiers yet about five of them were open?! Each had a long line. Wish I went to another store to have saved my time.

Beautiful supermarket always find something I always have good deals hope it just get better and better

My biggest pet peeve of this place is when they have a large crowd of customers but only 4 of their 30 registers are open! So when I am in that dilemma I just suck it up go to publix and spend a little more there. Not waiting in line for 30 minutes is WORTH spending more money in publix.

flew into Orlando Airport… headed to Disney cruise ship terminal in Port Canaveral… this was the most reasonable stop where i could pick up toothpaste, sunscreen and wine! I looked it up on Unilocal .and then the Über driver suggested the same exact location… sweet!
we packed carry on only (to avoid the hefty checked bag fees)…so spent a small amount of cash to get what i needed. they have a huge selection of wines (and pretty decent stuff too!)…wines are priced slightly higher than in California (i guess they are considered imported. ha!)…in and out super quick… barely put a dent in my Über fare…

Service was extremely good. I was satisfied at one of the co workers named (Gem) here at Walmart who went all the way to the back just to check if there was an item I was looking for that was not on the shelf. This is what I call customer service! Thank you so much!

Store is Always HOT, turn the damn AC down and cool this store down. I shop more and longer in a cold comfortable store. Never enough cash registers open and most cashiers are on the rude side. The wide aisles are always full of crappy display items and makes the store look junked up and a pain in the ass to get around in, let along the customers who decide to block the aisles having family reunions

Not one of my favorite locations but we were able to pick up what we needed. It’s not a good sign when your local Walmart has a security guard!
The store had many clearance piles and mobs of folks around it so manage your way around them!
There were many people still shopping at 8p so leave some time for waiting on line and paying!

Honestly, I hate going to Walmart. Most Walmart’s I’ve come across are in complete disarray and this one is no exception. Yes, this Walmart is big but the customer service and product selection is a complete mess. I had to buy a toy for one of my son’s friends and I was shocked at the dismal selection of toys. The shelves were bare, most items were out of stock and there were toys scattered all over the place. I asked one of the employees about something I was looking for and he said very rudely «if you don’t see it, we don’t have it». This is typical Walmart employee attitude, they don’t get treated or paid properly so they take it out on customers.
The checkout was another disaster. It was about 6pm so the store was pretty full and they only had 3 registers open. Really?! Another example of short changing the customer in order to save a buck. If I had a Target or any other toy store close by, I would’ve dropped everything and walked out. Instead, I waited more than 15 minutes to pay for one item. I don’t care how low the prices may seem, I prefer to go anywhere else but Walmart even if I have to pay a little more. Customer service and customer satisfaction are important to me and Walmart will never comprehend those two things.

It’s chaotic, but what do you expect form a Walmart? The larger the Walmart, the crazier it will be. This one has a good selection on just about everything. I like that they have plenty of novelty t-​shirts in my size.
If you only need groceries, but don’t want the chaos, try one of the Neighborhood Walmart locations on Chickasaw or Alafaya. Very peaceful!

This walmart has become one of my favorite walmarts. It has everything. I can go grocery shopping or buy clothes, electronics, what ever it is you name it they have it. This Walmart by far is one of the cleaner walmarts. Parking can be a bit crazy just because they have a gym and other stores near by but it’s definitely a one stop shop kinda place.

This Walmart is amazing and HUGE! Anything you will ever need is located at this store and everything is priced so well! Stopped here while I was in Orlando for a couple days and I bought mascara, lotions, and socks for probably half the cost of what I would spend in NYC. Until next time…

Yes it’s the big bad Walmart. However for being the commercial giant that it is, this one doesn’t completely suck. The self check out lines are the way to go for me and the attendant is usually pretty quick about clearing up any problems. I do try to avoid this place as a whole when I know it’s going to be rush hour. Even so, when I do have to come during a busy time there’s always plenty of lines open. For the area I always choose this location over the others.

Garbage staff. I had ordered shoes that had gotten transferred to that store and sent my mother to pick them up for me as I was working. I added her as an alternative pick-​up and figured that was that. Unfortunately their systems are from the 90’s or something as they couldn’t see it and were very rude to her. The workers there, including the assistant manager, would not reason with her and at one point wouldn’t even talk to me as I was on the phone trying to explain to them how I listed her as someone who might pick them up and had information to verify that I am me but they refused to help her out. They were insanely rude and even threatened to call the cops on her. Fortunately, this Walmart had someone with sense in their head and let her pick up the shoes after she explained the situation but if this is how Walmart lets their employees treat their customers then I want no business with them. Maybe it’s just the night staff that treat their customers like garbage, but that doesn’t excuse it.
Horrible customer service and I will definitely be calling someone higher up if I can to report this kind of behavior!

Started out as a great store and went down hill very quickly. Only shop here if its my only option but, i make it a point to look for other options.

They cut cashiers to meet payroll and the customers suffer.

This has got to be one of the largest super Walmarts I’ve seen. One of the things I like about this Walmart, is that the aisles are wide. No more bumping into someone else’s shopping cart while you’re going down the produce aisle.
Like other super Walmart, he have a grocery on one side and a market on the other. The day I was there I picked up some T-​shirts and some produce all one visit. We were in mid July and they already had back to school stuff out.
The parking lot is very large many many parking spaces. I will definitely be coming back to this Walmart just seems easier to maneuver around the parking lot, find a space, and get in and out of the store. Then once you get inside the store, you have the enormous variety of selection of products choose from.
The only thing missing from this location is a liquor store. See you at Wally World.

I can’t believe I am writing a review about Walmart. ANYWAYS, I’ve been to a few million (JK) Walmart stores in my life and have always preferred Target. However, I’ve grown quite fond of this location and it isn’t just because it’s next to a GameStop and ice cream place.
Here’s what I love about this location:
1) The customer service is actually wonderful. When you think Walmart, you don’t think 5 star customer service, but the employee have always been so helpful
2) The bathrooms are clean! I’d rather bite into my own neck than use most public bathrooms but on a few occasions, when I’ve felt like spontaneously combusting, I’ve gone to the bathroom here and wasn’t mortified.
3) The produce section is neat. I’d still never buy produce from Walmart but at least it is kept tidy!
