Wendy’s has stepped their game up in Orlando. I like the new additions to the menu since last I ate here. We took advantage of the outdoor seating since the weather has been nice. It’s fun to feed the birds who come by looking for scraps. If they keep up the quality service, I’ll be sure to come back again.

Must be new management. Courteous service. Service was normal, not too bad if a wait. Dustin the manager was great.

Can’t comment on the dining room experience, just the drive-thru. I’ve visited this specific location multiple times because I prefer Wendy’s burgers to other fast food chains and wanted to keep giving them another chance but they have many recurring problems. 1. Poor service. I’m not expecting a full blown conversation but even a simple«thank you’ would be appreciated. Instead I get the bare essentials in a «I don’t care about any of this shit» attitude: «size? what else? second window». At the window the cashier is laughing and messing around with the other employees, leaving me to wait at least 5 minutes for a burger and fries. I ask for ketchup when handed my food and he walked away with my food and came back a minute later, handing me my bag, presumably with the ketchup added. Get home and no ketchup is in the bag. 2. Poor food quality. Multiple visits result in fries that are cold, stale, and withered. Burgers include stale buns you can poke a hole clean through and the patties are dry and cold. 3. Tea. I ask for unsweet tea(sometimes I even say«regular iced tea with no sugar» to clarify even further), I get sweet tea. I hand back the sweet tea asking for unsweet and it’s still sweet tea. If that doesn’t happen, tea isn’t even available.
