I have lived here two months. I have been to Taco Bell 5 times. They gave me the wrong food 4 of those times even though I went inside and pointed out what I want today… Still wrong. No apologies and don’t seem to care to fix their own mistakes. Worst service in Ottumwa. Won’t be back any time soon. Too bad as I like the food when it’s correct.
