Marco’s Pizza

pretty good chain pizza. it is not greasy and tastes fresh. the crust is a bit flavorless but has a good chewy consistency.

Ordered delivery from a family member’s house via their online website. We got the meatball bake and the Pepperoni Melt. Both were very good. Loved the meatball bake with meatballs and sausage. Certainly will order again. I also appreciate the option to order the pizza well done as I like my pizza golden brown and delicious. It was a little too well done so consider that if you like your pizza well done. Oh well, my fault. The pizza was still good, however. The delivery took a long time to arrive. More than 40 minutes. Kid said he got lost. Not sure how you get lost in a Leawood subdivision that’s been around for 20 years. Anyway, I realized they deliver to my house so this is now my go to delivery joint. I’ve also tried their subs on a different occasion. The only prob there is we didn’t order enough for everyone as they were so good. I plan to try their meatball sub next! Great delivery pizza place if you are looking for something different the big chains.

Very good pizza but make sure you present the coupon to the delivery guy or you won’t get the discount. The full amount was charged without the coupon discount that I mentioned on the phone while placing the order, which brings me to another complaint. It took literally 20 – 25 minutes to place the order and the guy finally had to have me talk to the manager to get it straight. Sheesh! I bought four large pizzas and paid about $ 12 more than I thought I was paying when I got my credit card statement. That’s irritating!

We have ordered pizza from Marco’s three times and the food has been great. Delivery was as promised. My family loves the pepperoni magnifico. We think this food is so much better than any of the other pizza joints who deliver. The sauce is full of flavor. The pizza is perfectly cooked. Give this place a shot. I bet you will be pleased that you did.

We received a flyer in the mail letting us know this new place was now open so we decided to give it a try.
There is only seating for about 20 people in the eating area, so this definitely is more of a take out, or delivery place. There was a LOT of activity going on when we visited so I can vouch that this place is off to a good start. I had never heard of Marco’s Pizza before, but apparently they are a chain.
They add a FREE sprinkle of your choice to your pizza crust. We chose the parmesan/​romano blend and thought it was excellent.
The crust had a nice crispy edge but rose up a lot which was nice. I love a pizza that has that kind of crust. I want some crisp but also some chewy. They also have a thin crust option if you prefer.
We found they put a decent amount of toppings on the pizza and the price is fair. We did think it was a bit overly «saucy» as the toppings had a tendency to slide off the pizza if you were using a knife and fork.
