I love coming to this location when I am scheduled to work in the area. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond their obligations to make customers feel welcome. Nicole was my cashier today and greeted everyone that walked in with a pleasant attitude. Have yet to be disappointed with service or food here!

I don’t know if I was at a Boston Market or a school cafeteria. We walked in and everyone customers and employees were just kind of sitting around. We stood at the counter and waited for the cashier to finish her side conversation then when she finally came over she informed us they were out of chicken and it would be 15 minutes. My friend decided he wanted to wait even though I would have opted to leave. Those 15 minutes turned into about 30. When we got home the chicken was nice and fresh as it should be although I felt the pieces were runt sized. Also the sides had clearly been sitting all day. They definitely didn’t taste fresh. I like Boston Market but I definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

Now… I love Boston Market. It has always been one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite without me feeling guilty about what I got. The concept of having a home cooked meal that I can pick up after a long day at work, is great! But… unfortunately, with so many restaurants, with narcissistic people working in those restaurants, and the lack of management we have become a culture of «as is». No one takes pride in what they do. They do enough to just get by… and we as consumers have to just deal with it. Not so. Now let me step down off my soap box… but before I do, let’s say RIP to the ladybug that was sautéed with my Garlicky Spinach. She could have had a long life…

Horrible customer service! Food is average! Dirty! I wouldn’t eat here! And ordering online is worthless you still have to wait! Very rude people that work here! I would NEVER go back here again!

I would first like to start out by saying that if this place has changed management within the past few months, I apologize. I haven’t been here in several months, and I’m about to tell you why. First of all, I’m pretty sure the staff tells people they are out of chicken with the hope that the customer will leave and their break will continue. I expect this from Popeye’s and KFC, but for some reason I consider Boston Market to be a little nicer… most of them anyway. I stopped frequenting this Boston Market after my wife and I stopped in here one Sunday afternoon. Our to-go order was taken, so we took a seat to wait for our meals. It was at that point that my wife grabbed my shoulder and shrieked in horror. There was a live maggot crawling on the table. Now don’t get me wrong; I am not saying that I know for a fact that it was due to some health code violation in the restaurant. Perhaps there was simply a nasty customer that sat down and had a live maggot crawl off of them. Either way, between this incident and the lazy help, I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

I really wish they would bring back the tomato sauce for the meatloaf.

Yes, like most hungry fans say Boston Markets food is good food and is the same at all locations but, it does depend when you’ve arrived. I always keep my fingers crossed hoping that when I arrive everything that they offer is fresh. I always check in the window to make sure I get fresh food. My latest visit to this specific location was an example of PERFECTTIMING! It was a little after lunch on a weekday and they were rolling customers in and out the doors! As always Boston Market offers some good food for decent prices to their loyal fans, so, I don’t even have to get into detail. For those unfamiliar they offer fresh made rotisserie chicken(your choice of white/dark and how much you want), beef brisket, turkey and during the holidays they offer honey ham(I pray for it). BM has many different sides to chose from to complete your entrée and you can get two/three sides mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, cinnamon apples, mashed sweet potatoes, red skin potatoes, string beans, spinach, the best sweet corn, and an array of other sides that they have available on that particular time of day. There’s even fresh made salads and sandwiches to chose from! The main thing that caught my eye on my latest visit was that Boston Market is stepping up to the«plate» as a restaurant. I was shocked, surprised and glad to see the changes that they have made. When ordering your food and placing a Eat In order, they now serve your food on imitation glass plates, they make the event slightly more upscale compared to what BM is known for. Then, I could not believe it but the employees actually bring the food to your table instead of calling out your name and you getting your own food. I have never seen BM serving customers at their table and it was crazy! A customer even went up front to ask for BBQ sauce and the worker told him that she would bring it out to his table. It was an amazing experience and made me feel very appreciated as a customer. The worst part was trying to dump trash from the plate into a small circle at the top of the trash container. Finally, you are served a piece of their amazing soft sweet cornbread with your meal! I always order extra, a dozen all for me!
