I ordered a Murphy Bed at a Home & Garden Show in Palm Springs, CA from a booth that Comfort Zone Sleep Gallery had. It was ordered on 11÷22÷15 and I was told it would be the end of January before it would be delivered. I accepted. The sales order also states 8 – 10 weeks delivery. When February arrived and no contact from Comfort Zone, I called to find out where my Murphy Bed was. I was told the bed was arriving on Friday and they would call me on Monday to set a delivery. Tuesday came and I called to find out why I wasn’t called. I was informed the bed wasn’t completely there and it will be an additional 2 weeks before it can be delivered. March comes and I called them again to find out the status. Still no bed. In mid March I called again and they told me they would be able to deliver it and we scheduled the delivery date. When they arrived, they started installing the Murphy bed only to find one of the 3 pieces was not what was ordered. They agreed and said they would correct it. As they continued with the installation, another box was opened to find it was a completely opposite color to the bed. They told me they would have to return with the right parts and Monday they would get a delivery from the manufacturer so they can complete it. Tuesday(yes, again I am calling them after the promised day) to find out they hadn’t been able to get an answer from the Manufacturer. I called around the first week of April to find out the status to find they told me it would be the first week in May before they can get the rest of the bed and install. It is now week 2 of May and still no contact. This company has continuously promised phone calls and delivery dates and has not kept their promises. For a simple Murphy bed that was only supposed to take 8 – 10 weeks because of the holiday backup is now into it’s 24th week and still no call from them as promised or bed being completely delivered. I have a room that is unusable. I have asked for the owner to call numerous times, but he refused to call me back.

I hired them to move a wall bed from Ventura to Santa Clarita. Overall, I have to say they did a Very Good Job and I Recommend Them Highly! The reason for a less than 5 star review is due to a last minute rescheduling dance that was performed(keep in mind I had scheduled and paid for the work 2 weeks in advance). I want to give BIG Kudos to Pam(the sales rep who handled the transaction and saved the day for me). ALSO, BIG Kudos to Dave and Pat(the Super Great installers who did the work). Thumbs down have to go to Oscar who did the last minute rescheduling dance that was very frustrating and left me feeling very disappointed(which I will describe here). I received a call The Day Before the move from Pam who wanted to know if I could move the install date back a day. I had a conflict and said no. An hour or so later I got a call from Oscar who told me the crew that he wants to do the work is not available on the scheduled day(Red Flag — I paid for and scheduled this 2 weeks before — he waited until the day before to try and fix the scheduling mistake). I told him about my conflict and he told me they can still do it but he’ll have to send the 2nd crew(clearly from the way he spoke this was not the crew he preferred do the work — he said they weren’t as experienced at this type of work). I told him I wanted and paid for the best and I couldn’t change the date. He back-peddled at that point telling me the 2nd crew would do a great job(they just weren’t as experienced… hmmm). I then asked him if I were to wait for the preferred crew how long would it be. He told me it would have to be the next week, and I told him I couldn’t wait that long. Next, I had to call Pam(my hero) who went to bat for me and got the preferred crew set up for one day after the original date and scheduled the work around the conflict I had. I have explained the phone call details so the company will know how I felt as their customer(frustrated and very disappointed) and what they can do to avoid this type of situation in the future(better scheduling and better customer service skills when there are mistakes made). Finally, I will say I think the price paid for the work was fair and reasonable. If you ever need a wall bed moved I recommend them for the job.

Ive driven by this place so many times and didn’t go here until a friend recommended it. Glad that she did! My husband and I were in search for a new mattress and hadn’t been happy with purchases and the service at a particular big box store, so it was refreshing to get awesome customer service here. Kris and Rosie were great and left us to lay on mattresses as long as we wanted. Never once did I feel that we were getting a sales pitch. We had never heard of some of the brands that they carried, but many were excellent and well priced, including the mattress we ended up buying. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you are in the market for some new furniture.

I created a Unilocal account just to give this place a rating. BESTSERVICE I HAVEEVERHADWHILEFURNITURESHOPPING. Kris was the sweetest most helpful person. Took her time with me and helped me get the financing I needed since I am newly divorced and having credit issues. I highly recommend her to anyone!

A fantastic selections if bed frames. We’ve been searching for new beds for both our selves and our 2 ½ year old. We found the perfect twin size bed for our son and it included a trundle for when he has sleep overs. We found a perfect bed as well including draws and a convertible end table. All at excellent prices. A great selection with great prices. I highly recommended.
