This location isn’t really at fault — it’s Cricket Wireless that is horrible. Their customer service ripped me off to the tune of $ 100! I will not be recommending the company to anyone!!!

I went into the Cricket Wireless on Rose Ave and they gave me the worse service ever they tried to take my $ 87.92 for non service but thank god I didn’t pay cash and my bank credited my account please do not go into that store they do not have any manners the manager Glenn was horrible and told me too bad that even though they couldn’t get my cell phone to work he said that I would get no refunds so I had to go back to AT & T, the employees Juliana doesn’t know how to restore your phone service. I just know that on 8÷15÷2015 cricket wireless on the Rose Ave came up with a lot of cash for all the customers they could not start service, Juliana checks your phone out to see if they can start service take your money and then they say sorry we can’t start service, it’s just not working.

I have been a long time AT&T wireless, when it started as Pac Bell, then Cingular, etc. But the monthly service charges were high especially since the past five or six years, I’ve been off contract and AT&T had not subsidized the cost of my iPhones. (I bought my iPhones unlocked from the Apple website so I can use them internationally). After researching other carriers, I learned that Cricket Wireless is owned by AT&T and uses the same hardware and coverage… at almost half the price.
I went to the nearby office, which is next door to the bank and just across from the pier. I found the agent on duty very knowledgeable, where I left satisfied about the answers to my questions. The experience was a positive one. Note: One thing that I was told was the activation fee. I read the brochure that the in-​store activation fee is $ 25.00, which is standard in the industry. But, during my internet research, on-​line activations are at no charge. I opted to activate my service on-​line.
