If I could I would rate at negatives! Worst place, seriously if I say I want extra ketchup I mean at least give me at least 1 – 3 instead of none, I went because of the coupon they recently sent and got the two for ten deal and the dumb girl at the drive thru charged me for both meals uuuh hello didn’t I give you a coupon? I had to ask for my drinks too as the girl who was giving me the food was forgetting and moving on to the next order and she says do you want straws lol seriously? I remember when I had my first job at 18 at a credit union and really I had way more common sense then these people!!! Need corporate to take a look at this franchise and have it closed down or Reviewed. Also in the past I ordered a chicken sandwich the hot and spicy from the dollar menu, the picture on the menu had lettuce and tomato and it looked like a deal right so I ordered and when I drove away to the parking lot I checked my food and found no freaking LETTUCE, BEING PREGNANT AND CRAVING THIS I was so mad I went inside and asked, «what does the chicken sandwich come with?“the first word they said to describe was lettuce, WTF really so I let them hear it!!! Ugh so pissed at this McDonald’s

Pretty poorly operated McDonalds. The dinning room is never getting cleaned. The drink station is covered in ketchup and the drink signs are filthy and sticky. I come here often and rarely eat food. I normally just get a water. I come here on consecutive days and the same mess is still not cleaned. They do the bare minimum here.

Ordered three items. They didn’t get one right. With the amount of time I spent in their drive thru I could have just went to a sit down place. McDonald’s should just close this embarrassment.

This McDonald’s is the worst of any McDonald’s I have ever been too. Avoid this place at all cost. There fries are always cold, under cook, and their service is super slow. They have a full staff but take their time with getting you your food and sad thing is that they don’t care either. I have complained about there fries being under cook and they still have not listen. They are going to get someone really sick here.

I must admit this is my usual spot for shameless drunken munchies but if you come later at night the service is super slow. Sometimes their soft machine doesn’t work which is always disappointing. What can I say you can’t expect much it’s McDonald’s.

Ok so when my brother came out of karate class we went to a McDonald’s near by. We ordered
1 M strawberry banana smoothie
1 M Mango Pineapple smoothie
1 L fries
2 apple pies
3 cookies
Then it took the 1 or 2 cars in front of us FOREVER to pass and now we understand THEY KEEP GETTING THE ORDERS WRONG! This is what he said

Then it took them FOREVER AGAIN for the next car to just move! Then it took them FOREVER JUST TO MAKE OUR ORDER!
Then she said they don’t have Apple pies it took them forever after 2 or 3 minutes THEY HADNT MADE ANYTHING!

Ok I have held off from writing a review for this McDonalds for too long. But this McDonalds is a perfect representation of why McDonalds has been going down hill the past few years and losing to more competition. This review is not for just one visit but for many visits which have proven that this place has very low standards when it comes to customer service and quality.
Here is a list of what I have experienced in the past
* Whether I order in the drive through or inside the restaurant they always assume that because I am Hispanic that I only speak Spanish. Even if I order through the drive thru windows in English as soon as I get to the windows I get greeted in Spanish. Yes I understand you are in the middle of a large Spanish only speaking community but have the decency and respect to give people the benefit of a doubt that they are bilingual. I find it offensive and amazed that I get more respect from Caucasian McDonalds workers in Westlake Village, Thousand oaks, Agoura Hills and so on then I do from employees in my own community. Please first speak to people in English and if they reply in Spanish then speak to them in Spanish.
* Employees in the drive thru who sometimes stand outside to take orders are on their phone, or listening to music with a radio hanging from there necks. All this while I’m ordering my food! I used to work at McDonalds in the early 2000’s and this kind of behavior would have never been accepted and we were expected to be clean with our hair combed and shaved. But in this politically correct modern world were we have to be «tolerant» to everyone has gone to far that it seems Managers are afraid to lay down rules even when it comes to places where food is served.
* This is not exaggerating but 3 out of 5 visits something in my order is missing. These people are demanding $ 15 an hour for this?
* Half the employees there are either all tattooed and showing it like its okay or have their ears pierced with those giant ugly holes in their ears. When I worked in McDonalds I couldn’t even have a beard! I wonder if they believe they will one day be able to work looking like this at a real job. Well the way things are going I wouldn’t be surprised.
* Every time I order ice scream or something cold and I’m waiting in line for 20 minutes I get to the window and its obvious my order has been standing there the entire time because it looks half melted. One time inside I ordered some food and it took them 30 minutes to deliver it and while they were waiting for one item my order was left in the counter getting cold. I told the girl I wanted my food to be remade because I was not going to eat something that’s been sitting there for half an hour. She looked at me shocked like what I was saying was crazy.
She went and told her manager and her manager got upset with an attitude and went and had everything remade and brought it back and just tossed it on the tray in the counter and did not apologize smile or even make eye contact with me. This manager was seriously mad and rude because I didn’t want cold food? I guess they are so used to people in that area just accepting things for what they are that when someone finally speaks up they are shocked and don’t know how to properly react and make things right. But even if the food did not get cold the fact that is was exposed for half an hour to others who were ordering food that alone is wrong because who knows if something fell on the food or some kid went by and touched my food.

I came here the other night because I had some time to kill waiting for my husband to get off work, and it was late at night and McDonald’s was still open. I wanted to sit quietly and read a book for a half hour, so I came in and ordered a soda and a yogurt parfait. The staff was very friendly and nice, and my parfait was tasty as usual. The downside was that because it was late at night and this part of Oxnard is sort of industrial, some of the other patrons were a bit scruffy looking. I try not to judge on appearance, but when one of said gentlemen sat down across from me at my table and started asking me questions and hitting on me, it was really awkward and I wanted to leave!
I tried to politely rebuff him and told him I have a husband which seemed to help, but I think he still thought I was antisocial and impolite for wanting to just read my book and eat my parfait and be left the fuck alone in the middle of the night in a out-​of-​the-​way McDonald’s.
Food’s good but I probably won’t spend time here alone after dark. :(
Oh, last note, the women’s restroom needed some serious attention. The first stall (of two) had no seat covers and was aaaaalmost out of toilet paper. The second stall was very dim and had TP and seat covers but the waste bin was overflowing and the toilet needed a good flush.

What a poor operation at this location. Here at 9:30 to make order for inside. Spent most of visit listening to the timers going off. Timers got my attention butt not manager attention. She has been on her phone and bullshitting with coworkers. Now the food, with such a slow night at this moment their is no excuse for cold frys. No wonder why McDonald’s is in a scramble to regain its standing in the industry. good luck Ronald McDonald with a crew like this you’ll be out begging for handouts at you own restaurants.

I love McDonald’s but this one always takes soooooooo long!!! Ridiculous no matter what time!

Never again, worst service and food I have ever experienced at a McDonald’s establishment. They put an exaggerated amount of salt and pepper in my burger, too much to be un noticed unless it was done purposely and to top it off, a female by the name of Alicia answered the phone when I called to let them know what happened and was bothered by me calling, she has no customer experience skills nor people skills. I received no apologie, just asked me to take the burger back. I will never step into that establishment again.

Worst service ever! They hire kids from high school who are clearly unexperienced and immature. I stopped going to Mcdonalds for over a year now because the food is terrible.

Terrible place

when you guys hit the drive thru make sure to double check your order. This is the second time my order is incomplete. They stack everything in one bag so its very hard to see everything inside. When i got home 3 missing bugers the second time 2 missing fries.

There are two occasions that I would end up at McDonald’s. One being breakfast. Two being after a long night out. I came to this location because of number two. Some McDonald’s are better than others. This one is not one of the best. It may be because of the location, that it doesn’t get as much traffic as others, so the fries sit longer. The fries didn’t have that wonderful saltiness to them that I expect. So after a long night, and eating here, I had a long next day of regretting it.

UPDATE! THEY DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING ANYMORE!
Why would I want a medium sized drink for a KIDS MEAL?! They upgraded me & charged me for an upgrade for no reason & forgot three cookies.
Wtf how hard is it to remember A hamburger happy meal with tea & 3 cookies?
I used to love this location! So annoyed

Always at this location because its near my workplace. I even come here on weekends for breakfast even though I live closer to the Saviers loc. The quality is always good (for McDonalds) & they know how to correctly fold the sausage n egg burritos so when you open them to add the hot sauce the tortilla doesnt end up pulverized. Also whatever item you order you can be sure it will be put together & packaged/​wrapped correctly-​its fast food afterall. I discovered the new chicken Mcnugget dip sauce: Hot Mustard. OMG I’m still imagining the taste in my mouth. Its not actually «hot» its more tangy & mustardy. Kinda like if regular mustard had a nonchalant hipster cousin who wears dark clothing, sighing all the time. Thats this mustard. Try it with mcnuggets & dip for fries also!

I’m giving this 5 stars because I grew up at this mcdonald’s. I literally used to go about 4 – 5 times a week regularly!!! Yea I was a chubby kid growing up. Although I don’t like mcdonald’s too much anymore or go to any mcdonald’s often at all anymore. This place is special. Right across the street from my house. I used to ride my bike here. One time I had an cone in my hand while crossing the street on my bike and dropped it. Saddest moment of my life. boo!!! =*(5 stars because I grew up on micky d’s at this location.
