The provider did a terrible job cleaning the pool, at one point the guy Chuck sent, just stopped coming. The result was an algae filled pool that needed to be nursed back to health. Every time I confronted him, he hit me up for more money. He said he could probably maintain the pool for more money. Which was, by the way a brand new/​easy to maintain system. After damaging my pool due to negligence, he informed me that a number of parts needed to be replaced. Parts that should not have needed replacement for a number of years due to how new the pool was. I paid, and got on with my life, but recognized the need to cancel my service and move on. I cancelled service after the events discussed above in June 2014. In September 2014 I accidentally sent them a check for $ 190. After three weeks of trying to get them to return my check, they refused to return my calls. Whatever you do, do not get involved with this company. They will damage your pool, overcharge you for the repairs to the damage, and then fail to return money for services that were not even delivered.
