Beach House Yogurt

I have been coming here for years and it never disappoints. I consider myself a bit of a frozen yogurt connoisseur, and I’m very picky on my flavors. This most recent visit they basically had the three best flavors I could hope for — cookie butter, peanut butter and chocolate. The topping options are plentiful and high quality. It is basically a combination of all my other favorite yogurt places in one — it has all the things I love about yogurt places. All the favorite toppings that not all yogurt shops have — raspberries, peanut butter, roasted chopped almonds, etc. To top it off, the décor inside is beautiful and it’s always spotless. I HIGHLY recommend coming here if you’re craving a little sweet, cool treat.

Good tasting yogurt, great selection of toppings and decent customer service. My only complaint is the long time that the yogurt machines go without cleaning. The number on the front of the matching is the hours since its last cleaning. 83 hours is gross!

If I could give zero, I would. I spent 30.00 for 6 of us to eat after a hike and totally regretted it. Serving our yogurt we saw that the raspberries were fuzzy and had mold on them. I politely alerted the employee and continued on. We added kiwi, cherries, blueberries, strawberries and pineapple. Once we started eating the kiwi tasted horrible and were rotten. I again alerted the employee. She never offered a refund or even a yogurt replacement. Very disappointed in the lack of concern and customer service. The raspberries were clearly bad and should have never been put out on the line. I get it and fruit can go bad quickly but to not have any concern for the customer is another story.

What a nice yogurt shop. Ultra clean and roomy with the nicest staff of any yogurt place I have ever been to.

Best Yogurt in the Desert…

Best yogurt in the Coachella valley. So many choices and toppings. And all the fruits was extremely fresh which was very nice change since a lot of other yogurt places I have tried out look like their fruit has been out all day. Their fruit looked and tasted fresh. Great prices and hours! Can’t beat that! The employees working that night were extremely polite and answered all my questions easily and very sweetly. The entire place was pretty much spotless and very tidy. Super clean. Needless to say, I will be coming back and soon! Very very soon! Yum yum yum! 5 stars! Keep up the good work guys. You are doing great!

Found this place via Unilocal.Great flavors and friendly staff. My son loves it! Nice place to go to cool down after a long day in the desert. Tons of flavors and toppings to choose from. You will not be disappointed. Like them on Unilocal to get a free waffle stick with your yogurt

Good selection of frozen yogurt. I had them make a custom drink with just tart and fruits which turned out pretty well albeit a bit runny.
Cool seating area and the prices won’t break the bank compared to other dessert places in the area.
One thing I found that was quite disgusting however was the way they wiped the spout of the frozen yogurt machine. They would pick up the tray that the excess yogurt drains into and use that to scrape the spout. Other frozen yogurt locations use a regular clean cup to capture the excess yogurt. They should definitely review their cleaning practices.

I really like the beach atmosphere. The variety of toppings is extensive. The service is great and the frozen yogurt flavors are good. It’s nice to be able able to hang out in the cold in the heat of Palm Springs. There’s nothing more you can ask for from a frozen yogurt place… except, nope, nothing more. I was happy with the experience.

Are you a clean freak and self serve fro yo grosses you out? Well beach house will change that. Probably the cleanest and most focused on ‘sanitary’ I have ever been to.
The yogurt flavors and topping outstanding. The freshness, presentation, choices, cleanliness etc.
Don’t you love it when «concepts» are done CORRECTLY? This personifies the perfect frozen yogurt shop.
And it is a «beach house,» cutest place ever!

Awesome find on our last trip to the desert. Location is incredibly clean and has a nice beach atmosphere 100 plus miles from the ocean. Yogurt is very flavorful and the toppings are abundant. Give this place a try!

The absolute best frozen yogurt in the valley.
To begin, the place is always impeccable. No matter how many customers they have in here, the space is always kept really clean and it’s something I definitely appreciate. They have an amazing space in the back where the lights are dim and you can enjoy your frozen yogurt while pretending you’re at the beach!
Secondly, the service is top notch. Everybody is so friendly and always wears a heartwarming smile!
Lastly, let’s get to the yogurt. I always get the same thing, but it’s because it’s so delicious! I get a mix of the coconut and peanut butter yogurt and top it with some fresh strawberries and a little coconut on top for extra flavor. if I’m really into it, I’ll add a waffle stick. incredible!

This is one of the most frustrating reviews I have had to write about a food business on Unilocal.
This Yogurt Store is by far one of the most beautiful, largest, most clean, and nicely appointed Yogurt Stores you will find. It is such a welcoming place with pleasant helpful staff, largest selection of toppings, free easy parking, comfortable seating inside and out.
Just one little problem: The Yogurt does not taste good. Most of the flavors were not chilled properly and watery. The flavors did not taste good when we tested them in the little white cups. The couple next to us warned not to use one of the machines because it said the temp was 54 degrees – too warm. I never thought to look at that. So I just got the basic Vanilla and Chocolate. Put a bunch of toppings on it adding up to almost $ 5.00 for the cup, since it is over 40 cents per oz! But in the end – it was not worth it.
When it comes down to it – nice place or not. It’s all about the Yogurt Quality! and Taste.

This place is great! I don’t hand out too many 5-​star reviews, but I’ve been here a handful of times now and every time has been perfect.
It’s kind of hard to mess up self-​serve fro-​yo, but I’ve been to other places that have been messy, had unhelpful employees, etc.
Two things a self-​service style establishment must have are 1/​cleanliness and 2/​excellent customer service. Beach House nails both of these. The yogurt machines are always immaculate, the toppings area is spotless with fresh looking fruit and other bits for your fro-​yo creation. And, the staff there is always happy to help with a smile.
On top of that, you can either enjoy al fresco or in the back with a tropical vibe. Enjoy your fro-​yo, yo.

This is one of the cleanest and friendliest frozen yogurt shops I’ve ever been to. The flavors are great and the store is so refreshing. I’ve been here multiple times and always enjoy my selections.

What I like about this place is the décor — very refreshing and very cute! I love it a lot. Beach House Yogurt might be tough to find. It’s tucked behind some larger buildings so you might not spot it right away from Hwy 111. Parking is ok, not too bad. There are outside seats, good for dogs. Inside seating is plenty — there is also a room in the back with more seats! (by seats I mean pool lounge chairs!)
The yogurt flavors here are ok. I liked peanut butter, dutch chocolate, and strawberry. (They have sample cups available) Other good flavors are coconut and raspberry sorbet. I personally didn’t like the vanilla.
But to make up for that… they have a whole side/​corner dedicated for toppings. You have to be careful with the lever or you’ll get a lot at once. Some of my favorite toppings: fruits, chocolate chips, mochi, granola, cookie dough, etc. They also have plenty of syrups for those that like to drench your yogurt. What’s special about this place is the waffle stick! If you check in on Unilocal,you get a free one :) The waffle stick is super yummy.
