Went in to exchange some sterling silverware. The office was nice and clean, Susana helped me with my exchange. She explained the process as she went through it and also maintained a very friendly conversation about my day and the upcoming Valentines weekend. I’d say she was the best part, but she came in second to nice check to take to the bank! Overall very pleasant experience.
