Jamba Juice

Smoothies are always made nicely at this location. The employees are generally nice. The store sometimes gets a little backed up, but this is as expected for a mall. The freshly squeezed juices take a little bit longer than most of the other drinks but are well worth the wait.

Inside the Palm Desert Mall food court is this Jamba Juice. They pride themselves in fresh fruit and the ability to add protein powder to give your smoothie a boost. My go to smoothie is the peach mango. It is smooth and had the hint of both the fruits, not one stronger than the other. Hubs favorite drink is the orange juice smoothie with mango and peach and pineapple. That one tasted kind of powdery to me so –1.
Jamba Juice is a chain so they must be doing something right. Also if you check in Jamba Juice here you get a free baked good with a purchase of a smoothie (haven’t used it yet) so I wouldn’t comment on the baked goods. I would definitely return to a Jamba Juice and this one if I am shopping in the mall and need to quench my fruit cravings.

Best place at the mall to get a snack! Their smoothies are always made to perfection and their bowls are super yummy. Even when we went during a busy time with only one worker behind the counter, we still received exceptional service. My peach perfection smoothie was a smooth consistency and well blended while my husbands acai bowl was well blended with plenty of fresh fruit on top. My husband has tried various acai bowls in the desert and this is by far the best place to get it! The workers pay close attention to the details in the bowl and he is never disappointed. Props to them for keeping my husband satisfied during my shopping sprees!
I would definitely recommend this place! Great service and great healthy snacks!

First off, this Jamba Juice is located in the mall at the food court! I’ve been here a few times and always leave satisfied. There always seems to be a line when I show up though.
They have great customer service and always try to help you choose an item. I have tried the wheat shot, which tasted like wet grass haha I’m glad they give you an orange slice to help you with the after taste though. I usually try to stick with smoothies when I come in here, but every now and then get ballsy and choose something weird. The smoothies can be way too sweet at times, so I recommend getting a small or regular drink size.
Overall 4 stars for the service and cleanliness, but had to take a star for the smoothies being way too sweet. I’d recommend coming here though.

Love Jamba, but the staff wasn’t that friendly. Located in the food court of the Westfield shopping mall.

Horrible experience. I took my daughters for a treat on Fri @ 4pm and a young girl with brunette hair ‘helped’ us. If you are standing too far away from her register she walks away. If you have a coupon, she will judge you and walk around the corner to say something to a coworker. It had to do with her not knowing how to ring a coupon correctly, but it was coupled with a snide remark.
The Manager was helpful, but kept telling me that she’s sorry it’s taking so long. The line kept growing and our smoothies just sat there behind the counter. We didn’t know they were ours.
I asked after several minutes and she shrugged ‘yeah’
Instead of throwing my smoothie at her, I smiled and told my kids to go to college. We left feeling like it was a complete waste. We never go to the mall. I feel abused every time I leave. I feel like I’m being watched and hunted down. At anytime during our shopping experience we could be speared or clubbed to death by the crazies that lurk about… ah! Last time in this mall… I will give my coupons and gift cards away next time.

We went in right when this place opened. They got SLAMMED! And apparently the manager was the only one working, the other person didnt show up. But Linda was very friendly, and did her best to make everyone happy and get the smoothies out as fast as she can. If this is the service you get with just ONE person, imagine the service you’d get with other employees there as well. Kudos to you linda!

typical jamba and the only one in the coachella valley which makes no sense! also ITS INSIDE THE MALL BY THE FOOD COURT. i wouldnt doubt tourists have a hard time finding it since they dont know the area. jamba juice seriously needs to put more locations out here DESPERATELY! PLEEEEAAASSSEEE!!! :(

After an intense day at Coachella, I needed some fruits and veggies stat. The only place in town I could find was Jamba Juice.
I ordered the green drink — which isn’t really a green drink. It is full of mostly fruit with some type of «green drink» powder with 3 servings of veggies. I got that, a carrot juice and a 2 oz wheat grass. That combination did the trick.
The service was friendly and quick. Standard Jamba Juice. Don’t open until 11 which kind of sucks. In the food court in Westfield mall.
