Dr. Warshawsky and staff are the greatest. They really make you feel comfortable. He has done implants on me dating from 2005 and one in process now. Amazing how gentle he is and how talented he is. Absolutely no pain whatsoever. Gave me prescription for medication in the event I felt anything after the implant. Did not use it. Did not need it. No paid at all. Looking forward to getting my crown on. Entire office and staff very professional Thanks so much

I have had several procedures done by Peter Warshowsky(bone graphs, implants, sinus lift and extractions) and I walked in so terrified after a few painful experiences at dentists. EVERYONE in the office is professional but compassionate and so caring about every detail! Marissa explains everything so well and I felt like I had known her all my life… Above and beyond any service I’ve ever had. Dr Warshowsky was gentle and not once did I experience any anxiety or pain. He’s kind and also very smart and I felt like I couldn’t have been in better hands! Wish he was my dentist as well! Only negative is that Dr Warshowsky is a Michigan fan and I am a Ohio state fan! Go Buckeyes!(did you know they are national college champs?) :)

To say my wife is anxiety-ridden about dentists doesn’t begin to describe the level of apprehension. When an infection eroded bone and undermined a tooth, I recommended Dr. Peter Warshawsky. I had been impressed with the doctor’s obviously efficient and comforting office during each of my visits for routine cleaning. The doctor and staff at Periodontics of the Desert are exceptionally sensitive to the extreme anxiety of some patients and alleviated much of my wife’s worry through careful explanation, patience and true empathy. This sophisticated procedure took only about half an hour as the confident and experienced doctor performed the oral surgery expertly and painlessly. We urge anyone needing periodontal work(or just a routine cleaning) to visit this office. Thanks to Dr. Warshawsky, Marrissa, Rhiannon, Rebecca, Lisa and the rest of the staff for their expertise, caring and perfect outcome!

I would love to write a review that was in favor of this man. He is compassionate and I have never experienced less pain during a dental procedure. I really appreciated that the pain was so minimal. He didn’t talk trash like the periodontist who told me about stuffing cloves of garlic into a roast beef while he cut up my mouth, which must have looked, from his perspective, very much like roast beef and garlic cloves. However, the implant that Pete Warshawshy put in broke in two places. I felt it break. It hurt. I went in to have them look at it. They x-rayed and said it looked great and that I must have gotten a seed caught. The pain of the break eased somewhat and I continued with regular cleanings and then some months later, as I was chewing, the implant came loose and was wobbling in my jaw. This was after paying 4K for the implant and the surgeries. When I went in when the tooth was loose, they made me pay for the surgery to remove the implant and the surgery and bone graft I needed to replace the bone that had been lost due to infection at the sites of the implant breaking. After paying this man almost 7K he has taken me to collection to try to get $ 500 more. He has all the money and I am exactly where I was before I handed him my money — missing a molar. The medical literature says that there are only two reasons for an implant to break. The first reason doesn’t apply because of the improvement in the type of screw used by Dr. Warshawsky. The second reason does apply and that reason is poor judgement by the practitioner about the selection of the size of implant. Poor judgement on his part cost me 7K and he has sent me to collection. In the end he tried to blame it on me by saying that I was relying too heavily on the implant. WTF! Looks like I get to take him to court this summer.
