I was a bit disappointed that you didn’t mention Belinda by name in your reply. She was the one who suggested we unsolder the set and put the ring in the middle and solder it all together again. Her idea was perfect and my wife is very happy with how it turned out. Shawn and the rest of his team were great as well, but I would like to say a special thank you to Belinda for her suggestion the ring looks fabulous !

Got my watch sized quick and easy yesterday. Cost was very reasonable $ 20 for two watches. They mentioned because it was a push pin that it runs cheaper. If you have a stretchable watch it might cost more.
Very helpful, courteous and nice people. I will return in the future.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The people that work here are complete idiots. We ordered a ring that they never called to tell us had arrived. They had placed it in their display box completely ignoring the fact that it was already purchased. We had to exchange it for a different size and were told it would take two weeks. A month later, and they still have no idea where it is. The manager was not helpful in resolving the issue and instead just kept telling us to call back. Do NOT buy your jewelry here!

So my girl friend and I have been looking at rings at the mall and have not found anything that jump out at us nor have we felt comfortable in the stores till today. We decided to check one more place so we went to Samuels jewelers and were welcomed in and helped by Nelly and by Belinda which went all out to help us and make sure we were very happy. They were the best and we will make them our first stop next time. Thanks for all your help!

This was my first time looking for an engagement ring. I was so confused on what ring to buy. I had no idea that there was so many different type of diamonds to pick from. Thanks to Shaun, Belinda & Kayla they all listen to what I was looking for and help me pick the perfect ring. I thought I was going to pay an arm and a leg for the ring that they showed me. But the prize was unbelievably cheap. Other places where asking for 3 times the amount that I payed. If I need anything I know where to go for great deals. They also size my ring the same day other places where saying it would take a week or more.
