Shakey’s Pizza Parlor

The food is great. My problem is the workers that are working there. I love this place and I come her often I just deal with the fucked up attitudes from the workers because I enjoy the food but I think I am going to stop eat here I went as for as getting the number to call the corporate office. It’s to out of control.

I love Shakey’s and my family and I have been a fan of their food for decades. Unfortunately this establishment’s workers are ruining it for their loyal customers. I usually call ahead and pick up my food but the last couple of times it has been a problem. When I picked up my order I smelled something funny on my drive home and when I got home I noticed the beef pieces on my pizza were spoiled. I tasted one to make sure and yup, it was even sour. Threw out the whole pizza that cost over 20 bucks! Fast forward some time and yesterday I called ahead for a family meal and when I got there 15 min later there was no one in the register. I had to flag one of their fresh from HS or HS dropout employees down to get some service but to my surprise they told me their «system crashed» and could not ring me up for anything or sell me anything! WTF!!! Bad bad bad. Oh but these fast food workers want 15 bucks an hour… With this type of service they don’t even deserve what they get paid now.

Love this place. Food is amazing and the one time that my order was wrong, the manager redid 3 pizzas and was very apologetic. I come here all the time

Waiting for almost an hour for my order of large family meal deal. Was offered drinks and just saw went ahead of my order. Funny thing is restaurant isn’t even busy.

I accompanied my special needs students during a community based instructional activity. The shakey’s location in Palmdale, was phenomenal!
The staff especially one of the managers, Mateo, was so welcoming and accommodating! They reserved a section for our group, they made sure we always had clean plates and promptly removed dirty dishes. They constantly checked on our group. They were professional, kind and enthusiastic during our visit. I couldn’t have asked for a better visit. We plan on returning! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

You can never go wrong… everything is good… They have great service and friendly staff…

Pizza great Mojos great and service fast. I like this place except for the number of unsupervised kids running around and sticking their dirty hands in the salad bar. That’s what usually keeps me out.

I been reading other reviews from a while back. Some from june and honestly i dont see a change in food quality and service. dont see what the whole reply about how the restaurant will be contacted and make things better. what a waste of reviews. I guess its just a cover up to shut u up. what a joke. Food quality still bad…

Came here for lunch and ordered the PCM, but I also wanted to try the new Mucha Sriracha pizza. So the cashier (who I think was the manager) hooked me up so I could order it as part of the PCM. he was very nice and helpful and even tried saving me money. His name was Alfonso B.
Keep the friendly staff Shakeys. I come here a few times and it’s nice to be helped by friendly workers.

The pizza here is not the best, even Little Caesers is better. The only thing I liked was their fried chicken which I thought was better than KFC, Popeyes, or Churchs. Not coming here again though I would recommend Chuck E. Cheese if youre going with family.

Always good never disappoints. Get me that pitcher of drank! And the TV make it liveeeeee baby!

Went here for a graduation party, service and employees were very friendly and helpful. Food arrived in a timely manner, employee at the prize counter was courteous as well.

My husband is addicted to the pizza, but I have such an issue with the service! Everytime I order to go, they tell me 20 min, I end up waiting 45 min. So ridiculous. I always think they are going to change, or maybe it was a busy day, but they do this everytime.

I’m giving this Shakeys a 3 star due to the quality of service. Very poor, we had came to our daughter school night fundraiser and had to wait for close to an hour for the food my wife had order I had arrived 10 mins after she and the kids. I had order an additional pizza and the pizza I had order came to our table right away, my wife’s food didn’t come to close to 45 mins time. In which we complained to the manager and she had assured it was coming right out… Another 20 mins went by until we asked for our money back and I complained that I was gonna give a bad review on them in which then they gave us a free pizza on our next visit… Really!!!

Food took a little while but that was ok it was fresh and they were really polite about it that’s one thing I have to say about this shakeys they always have very good service at this location.

Well… went there for lunch and slipped and fell from the grease that was coming from the back of the restaurant. It was all over the street and gutters surrounding the complex. There was another accident that happened right before my accident occurred. So needless to say, the fire department was already there. There was no explanation to why there was so much grease on the street. Took about 45 min to figure everything out. After my clothes were completely ruined along with my wallet. We did get «free» food but the experience ruined the day.

Cool place. Chill vibe. Good atmosphere. Beer on top, all good choices! Arcade for kiddos. Ill be back! Best wings Ive ever had!!!

SINCE WHEN does Shakey’s have dessert pizza! I must say Shakey’s is always consistent with their service & food they have it down to a science. My decorating OCD instincts makes me want to give this place a remodel though. Why the red lamps and carpet
Any who we paid 7.99 each for a buffet style lunch which included my favorite crispy mojos and salad bar.
This is a nice treat once an a while on a cheat day. But if you’re counting calories steer clear from Shakey’s.

This isn’t the shakeys I grew up with.
The pizza and mojos aren’t the same. I don’t know if it’s because of management or maybe all of them have changed but this one feels more like a chuck-​e-​cheese and the quality of food isn’t what it used to be.

We went to Shakey’s for a school fund-​raiser event. This was, without a doubt, the WORST pizza on Earth.
I know because I have been around the world and have eaten pizza from hear to Japan to Ireland to New York and back. The crust tasted like cardboard, the cheese tasted like bland rubber, and the sauce… well that was in a class of yuckiness all its own!
The sauce was so sweet, that it tainted the entire pizza with a cloying sugary disgustingness. It was as if pizza, desset, and vomit all got together and had a baby in my mouth. If I didn’t know better, I would swear that Shakey’s ran out of sauce and substituted ketchup thinned with corn syrup.
Don’t bother with Shakey’s if you are looking for anything edible-​you won’t find it here!!!
