I ordered a cake online for my husband because they hardly ever have the flavor that he likes. I go to pick up the cake and the girl hands me an ice-​cream cupcake… which if it didn’t look like a cake for a 5 year old I wouldn’t have minded. I show her a picture of the cake that I ordered and she tells me «we don’t even make that cake at this store» I provided my email address, phone number and ordered the cake 3 days in advance and you mean to tell me nobody could have contacted me so I can come in and choose a different design? Talk about customer service! I went home with an Oreo ice cream cake. (That was the only flavor they had) My husband doesn’t like chocolate, and on his 30th birthday he didn’t even taste his own birthday cake!

This place is not very clean. The girl that was working at the time Adriana was very rude! I walked in and she’s the only person working. I walk up to the register she looks at me and doesn’t even acknowledge me. She just started taking a drink of her water. Took her sweet time while I watched her and waited by the register. Then she comes over and I showed her I brought my 8 year old daughter for her free ice cream scoop that I received via email on my phone. She said no she needs me to go print it out and bring the printout. She looked at my daughter and said you can come tomorrow. I was like tomorrow is not her birthday. We walked out and went to the cute little yogurt place next door. Which was clean and better customer service anyway.

It is called hand packed for a reason!!! I would have ordered a double scoop if that’s what I wanted!!! I thought it was a one off but it seems to be how they train the employees. I ordered a hand packed quart and seriously got three scoops in it. Not happy at all. I will spend the rest of my gift cards at a different location.

Ice cream at baskin robbins is always delicious. I went for ice cream fest. They were trying to give me 3 children sized scoops for $ 3.00. i read the promotion and resolved their missunderstanding. Adult scoops were still very small but larger than children. I probably will not return. ice cream was good..

PISSED OUT THAT MY ICE CREAM FELL ON MY LAP AND ALL THE WORKER SAID WAS «Sorry about that». I mean if she knew that a sugar cone can’t hold the ice cream she should’ve said so in the first place. She seen my ice cream all over my hand and she should’ve at least offer another one. What a disappointment. A waste of $ 3 :(.

Almost forgot how much I love this place. How can you go wrong with 31 flavors. Can’t wait for a few extra dollars to start getting some of the pre-​packed quarts.

$ 1 Scoop Tuesdays is the shyt.
This location has $ 1 Tuesday scoops, but they lose one star for not mopping the floor in this bia.
Little kid sticky shoe prints are visible.
The teeneager from the band room works here too, and he rubs his eye while asking you what you want.
Nevertheless, $ 1 scoop Tuesday is the only time i go and its the shyt.
