This is the worst Pizza Hut ever. Every time I order pizza from this place they happen to never have what I ordered. Then they call you when you pizza is suppose to be delivered telling you that your order you made is not available and you have to wait an additional time to get another order. They are very unprofessional at this location. This is why I just order from dominos now.

I tried to order food for my teen kids, while I’m at work and pay with my card, which I’ve done 3 times before and today the manager wouldn’t let me. Interesting how bad customer service is at this place. I only offered because it was convenient, but as of today, never again. I’ll also be writing to corporate office. I’m a paying customer, not asking for free anything. Your customer service sucks and you need to learn not to be rude. I literally just hung upon her and got on here to review. Not good at all. I placed my order online with all the correct information and I received a confirmation email that my order was good to go. After more than an hour and a half had passed, they still have not delivered my order so I decided to call to see what happened. I spoke with the manager who stated that I had put in the incorrect information. I double checked and the information was all correct. They continued to blame me instead of attempting to correct the situation which I thought was completely absurd. I cannot believe the service they gave me especially when the manager did not fix the problem. This became a blaming game which I thought was completely unprofessional. What type of franchise allows this kind of management? Gave them One Star although they ultimately deserve none. What’s worse? This was my «go-to» pizza place. They have messed up orders in the past which I would«let-go» because I did not think it was a big deal. They crossed the line with this latest incident. Sorry(not sorry) for losing a recent loyal customer.

Placed my order right before I jumped in the shower. When I got out, I had 2 missed calls from Pizza Hut. Called them back and they told me my order had been cancelled because I didn’t verify my information with them.(I had entered all my information online when I payed for the pizzas). Wanted to place the order again and tried to remove the deal I had on my previous order. Who would of thought ordering a pizza could of been so complicated. I hope Pizza Hut changes something in their franchise because. This is not the only location with 2 stars

Stay Away from Pizza HUT!!! They really deserve 0 stars. If you have complaints, here is the information for their District Manager, Jackie Roman. Her phone number is: 562−761−6614 and her email is: This is the second time my husband and I have encountered«customer service» that can only be described as horrendous, rude absolutely inconsiderate at this location. On Tuesday night 10/27/2015 my husband placed an online order. Along with our confirmation number we were promised a delivery time of 40 minutes. That would put delivery time at 8:20pm. By 8:45pm, we called to follow up on our order. The female employee would not give us her name. We asked for the status of our delivery order. We provided our information and her response was essentially«Of course you have not gotten it, delivery time is still going to be an hour and ten minutes». We were literally told to wait until 9:30pm becauase that’s the«normal delivery time», according to the employee. Despite the fact that our confirmation said 8:20pm. Why did we not receive a courtesy call informing us of this DRASTIC change from 40 minutes to almost two hours if that was the case? When we were informed of this unpleasant change, we asked to speak to a manager. We were put on hold for well over ten minutes and the call was hung up on the store end. We called back a 2nd time, and were unable to contact a live employee, as the prerecorded message kept playing for again, almost 10 minutes again. A THIRD time(keep in mind we still have NOT talked to a manager by this point) we called, the pre-recorded message played, and it was obvious the phone was answered and hung up! At this point, we no longer wanted these pizzas. Thankfully, we had opted to pay cash because of the previous bad experience we had at this location and made that change from cards to cash BECAUSE of the bad impression Pizza Hut left. We called back an additional 3 times(that’s a total of 6 calls now) to try to cancel the order but we still could not get through. This has been another example of completely incompetent, lazy employees that have no concept of what customer service is or have no knowledge of what a good business model is. This is no way to manage a business, but more importantly, treat a customer. After multiple incidents that obviously do not get addressed or rectified, why should this business be entitled to our hard-earned money with practices like that? That’s completely insulting that we gave Pizza Hut a second chance and were more disappointed than the first time. And the delivery driver arrived at almost 9:20pm and still had the nerve to call us more than once to tell us that she was waiting outside with our order. Are you kidding me? We were inconvenienced, disrespected and had to keep our family hungry as we waited. We will NEVER do business at ANY Pizza hut location EVER and will urge every single person we know to do the same.

I ordered bone in mild buffalo wings and all I got was waay undercooked chicken as shown on the picture. Come on guys you need to pay more attention to the quality of food your serving ESPECIALLYCHICKEN! Will never come to this location nor will I recommend to anyone else. I’m so pissed. I ordered 2 pizzas via the online service at 5:30p. The time on the pizza hut website counted down for an hour for my order to be «ready». Got an email confirming my order. 7p rolls around and still no pizza. I call and speak with manager Joel who explains that because the ticket printed out as «new customer» that they had to call and verify my order(my cell never rang). Also, I’ve called and had pizza delivered before from this location. Since they couldn’t get a hold of me the ordered was cancelled. This protocol was not on the website anywhere. Not on the email confirmation either. Not ever ordering from this location again. And I will be contacting corporate.

Very bad service. Zero communication with customer. Made me wait for my order 40 minutes and wasn’t concern if I ate dinner. Decline my card for using a pre paid card, even after I showed proof of my CAID. Zero recommendation. Very upset. Never will give my hard work money to this place. And to finish it off, that it will take 3 – 4 days to refund my money! Why if I never received my food; that’s ROBBERY!

Placed my order at 10:38. Pizza arrived at 11:27. Almost an entire hour. Delivery driver was very nice and apologized so I let it go. However, I opened the box and the marinara… Where there was almost nothing inside of it. Like they put a tablespoon of marinara in this giant cup. Pizza, breadsticks, and cinasticks were cold. Not happy.

Worst customer service ever. I placed my order at 7:06pm with an actual manager that took my order she said my order will be delivered in 45min. Its 8:10pm and my order was still not here. So I call them to find out where my order is and they said they never got an order from me. Mind you I placed my order with the MANAGER. Then they said sorry can I place your order again. Like really! I told them I will file a complaint with their corporate office and he said he didn’t care. My opinion this place needs to be shut down. The people there including the manager are incompetent. They seriously need some training and to hire a new manager! Will never order from them again.

So, I decided to give them another try… BIGMISTAKE! I ordered online…5 Large Pizzas &1 Big Cookie, according to my confirmation email my order was to be delivered around 6:30 pm, finally at 6:55 pm it arrives. Once I pay the $ 72.00 bill I set all the pizzas down searching for the Pepperoni with Extra Cheese for 2HUNGRY kids. Ok, so instead of that I got Pepperoni & Jalapeño… not gonna work for a 3&6 year old. And the Pizza I ordered for me to munch on… Thin Crust with Easy Cheese, Chicken & Bell Peppers turned out to be half Pepperoni & half Olives. WTF! So I called them immediately & asked for a Manager & a mombiling girl picked up who identified herself as «The Manager» apparently with no name. Once I informed her of their mistake she repeated my correct order & said it’ll be at my door in 15 minutes… NOFUCKINGAPOLOGY! So, 25 minutes later I’m still waiting & the kids are still hungry… I call back & this time I get a guy who claims he’s «The Manager» I said, isn’t the Manager a girl? He said, I’m the Manager now. I said well whatever I was told my correct order would be here 10 minutes ago & he replied with oh yeah my driver should be there in a couple minutes she messed up(as he giggled) & put it as Pick Up. I said, oh is that supposed to make me feel better, you fucked up my order again? He said, like I said the driver will be there in a couple minutes, your issue has been resolved. I said, no its far from resolved, I’ll be contacting Corporate. He said, go ahead, we’re not Corporate & hung up on me. Yeah, I’m waiting for Corporate to contact me back & it better be quickly. I will not return to this location ever again. Wait til you see the Pepperoni Pizza the kids had to eat!

I’m writing this because I have ordered pizza from the market location and it sucks! This place does NOT. It is so good!!! The pizza is made with care. I went this week. On Tuesday.(4÷1÷14)… They made a bomb ass large pepperoni pizza. Whoever was making it … Made it perfect!!! Here is the pic to prove it! Anyways, perfect amount of cheese(enough) and a lot of pepperoni!!!(Yay!) me and my sis were impressed —- since although it is as generic as Pizza Hut… It was different and definitely much BETTER than at market(don’t go there!!!) Oh yeah Pizza Hut — always been my fav pizza chain ;)

Order from somewhere else. ANY other Pizza Hut is at least decent, except for this one. it truly has the worst service. They were 40 minutes late on the delivery(ordered at 8pm, promised delivery by 830, someone showed up after 9), & for the location being so close by, my pizza was less than warm. As if the service wasn’t enough, the pizza had a floppy center that had a better chance at being a wet tortilla than the stuffed crust I ordered. Oh. &Whoever cut it used a plastic butter knife because any slice was impossible to pull apart. I keep giving ‘just 1 more chance’ but the staff seems to do more wrong than right. Wish I could get my money back. :(* I’ll pass on the $ 10/$ 20 credit at this shitty store. I’ll take my chances at a Pizza Hut in another city!

Incompetent staff. How am I going to eat my breadsticks without my marinara sauce? I literally have to wait 15 mins for it before i can eat, by the time the delivery guy gets here my breadsticks are cold, and I will have to eat microwaved breadsticks? Seriously?! I was told i could get a $ 5 credit on my next purchase, but i’m sure as hell not ordering from this branch again.
