Lazzoni Furniture Paramus

I bought a dresser and coffee table here. I love the look and the quality. The dresser arrived within a week but the table took a long time, weeks beyond the estimate. That’s more a result of the overseas warehouse not the Paramus retail location. I would shop there again.

This is my first review on Unilocal and I am compelled to write this because of the terrible experience I had. I was purchasing a wall cabinet with shelf using a Gilt City voucher and the remainder to be paid on my credit card. Since it was getting close to the experation date on the voucher, I was advised by Massi to sign the paperwork on the order so I would not lose the voucher and he would hold off putting the order through because I was not sure of color scheme. On the order, Massi put a color he thought might look good and I made an appointment for him to come to my home with the wood samples and also fabric samples for a future purchase. 1^st appt– never called the day before to confirm and when I reached out, he said he forgot. 2^nd appt– I called the store just to make sure he was coming, and with all the samples, and was told he was not in yet and they would relay my message. Massi called 30 min before my appt. time and said he had car trouble and was waiting for his Über car. Now I am sympathetic to his situation but I would have expected Massi or someone to reach out to me earlier so I would not be inconvenienced yet again. Against my better judgement, I made a 3^rd appt. Massi called not long before he was to arrive at my home to confirm my address, and it went downhill from there. I asked about the samples and he said he did not have all of the wood samples. Really, this is the entire reason for the appointment! Had I not asked, he would have shown up without some. At this point I asked to speak to the store manager and he said he would have her call me. Made multiple calls, no response. Received my credit card statement and Massi went ahead and put the order through. I am working with my credit card company to resolve this matter along with filing complaints. Awful service and the worst customer rep ever.

I wish I could give them 0 stars because of the awful service I’ve received. It’s been 18 weeks since I ordered my furniture and two weeks ago they told me that the chairs for my dining table cannot be made (after waiting 16 week). They keep saying they’re trying to help me but it’s been three weeks since and no resolution has been made. I’m completely disappointed and would never recommend them to anyone. (Written by Preeti)

The most stylish and sleek furniture I’ve ever purchased. We furnished our first apartment with nothing but Lazzoni products, and my fiancée and I are on cloud nine. As for the shopping experience: The young woman in the showroom, Ms. Can, was a delight and helped in choosing pieces for every room according to our specifications at every step of the way. Also, hands down best service for delivery, prompt and professional. 100% recommended to those in the hunt for new furniture.

Buying furniture should honestly be treated like buying a car… not something you should be buying constantly, especially if you buy the right one. BUT you are using it EVERYDAY (unless you are an old school european/​middle eastern family who has a room with plastic on their furniture and no one is allowed to sit on it.
Lazzoni is like the luxury car dealership… flashy. clean. and not that cheap… but there is a reason why you are paying that amount. Their furniture is built very well and meant to take a beating.
In my opinion it is a great place for someone who likes the modern/​contemporary look. Its very European and downtown NYC style but is very functional and useful.
I haven’t been to the Chelsea store but this store is honestly one of the nicest (and cleanest) showrooms I have seen.
I purchased the Luka Sectional and it is honestly the best investment we have made. It was a very tough decision but the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable (PS — I also enjoyed a nice espresso while shopping). The manager was very sweet and went out of her way to make sure our experience was wonderful. She also showed us things and ideas that we did not think of and was willing to work with us (even though it took us 3 weeks and 4 visits to finally chose what we wanted).
The showroom design was very interesting as it helped us get different ideas in how we could decorate and style our living room.
My overall experience was one that I was not expecting, the last thing in the world I wanted to do was spend my precious time shopping for furniture, but the team here made this experience quite enjoyable.
I have sent many friends and relatives to this location! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new look in their home with excellent well crafted furniture !

Recently went into Lazzoni in Paramus — not only do they have beautiful furniture but their staff is friendly, informed, and accommodating. Andrea helped me and I found her to be extremely knowledgeable on not only the product but also in interior design field. She helped me decide what would work best in my space. I would highly recommend this store
