Filthy, hectic atmosphere. Slow service. Walked in to open stock boxes and chairs being used to hold stock, blocking the walk way. Open gallon of milk was left on the pick up counter being used for both customers’ coffee and barista espresso drink use. Kid making the blended beverages was really nice and trying his best to keep everything moving along.

Its was my 3rd time here. They are out of half the items and don’t post signs, then when I tell the girl she should she gives me an attitude and says«I like to tell people» really? That’s just ignorant. To top it off with kids in store at 6:40 pm she yells«let’s close this damn place and smoke a fat blunt!» Just wow

Store has recently finished its renovation which effectively reverses the flow of traffic, line now starts in the back of the store and moves to the middle. It’s a nice upgrade, and in theory improves the layout for longer lines instead of piling at the door. However, many come used to the old layout, and rather than place a sign directing people to the back the baristas grumpily tell patrons to keep forming lines in the back. I think signage would help the legacy queueing issues. Speaking of the baristas, every Starbucks has its range of friendly and not so friendly staffers, and there are some nice ones here. But I get the vibe of people grudgingly working here or something, people won’t look at you, don’t smile and if you say hello or thank you, it’s like talking to a wall. The most memorable interaction was when I brought back a s’mores frappuccino because it tasted strange, and the barista dude told me its vanilla syrup. I told him the graham cracker syrup makes the drink, and he curled his lip, stares me in the eyes like it was some sort of personal challenge and with the sassiest condescending tone said«we use vanilla syrup now. Because corporate.» And walks away. I walked out of the store with my mood killed for the rest of day, thanks guy with chip the size of a boulder on your shoulder. Starbuck’s official(and much nicer) response was that the drink had seasonally ended. To the Barista: maybe just let me know you can’t make them anymore rather than passing off a fake drink and getting indignant when I notice. Granted everyone has bad days but for example the Route 4/Fort Lee(near GWB) store is consistently friendly and you feel very welcome.

Came in after not being here for 6 – 7 months. And of course, the best barista in the world, Ernesto, remembers my name! Love this guy-give him his own store!

I’ve lived in Bergen County for 4 years now and started going to this Starbucks 2 years ago. I stop at this place between 640−7am Monday — Friday’s on my way to work. Sometimes there is a short line, sometimes I walk right in and out. This is one of my favorite Starbucks, likely because the people they have working there in the mornings over the past 2 years are great. They are friendly and smile and are helpful if you have a question. They just renovated it 2 months ago and it looks great. I can’t say that parking sometimes stinks like others because I go before 7am when everything else in that location is closed. However, everything parking and traffic wise is Bergen County stinks so I can assume The parking here does also when the stores are all Open.

Love Starbucks but the lines at this location are just nuts especially in the morning. I will avoid this location unless I am desperate!

Just wanted to say that the young lady working the cash register greeted me so cheerfully with a smile that it totally put me in a good mood! Plus my chai tea latte was served quickly and tastes awesome!

This one is located off route four and early in the morning the team is always on point and ready to get you caffeinated. Service is sometimes inconsistent and not everyone is the most pleasant but the drinks are made correctly. The sometimes ask to heat up your pastries but we’re always happy to take them anyway.

I stop at this Starbucks location once in a while because it’s near my job. I was extra tired a few days ago so I decided to grab a cup of coffee. I asked for the Veranda Blend but they said it was still brewing so I could either wait or pick something else(there were 2 other choices). I don’t like trying new coffee so i decided to wait. Less than 1 minute later, my coffee was ready. I noticed that the ‘barista’ handed me a small card with my coffee. I read it when I was back in my car– it was for one free cup of coffee! I thought this showed excellent customer service. Even though I chose to wait, they still gave me a little something for waiting. Thanks, Starbucks!

While this is a small Starbucks, there is no excuse for the early morning lines. Staffing is not sufficient nor able to deal with crowds. Coffee in the morning should not be so difficult.

This Starbucks is on the smaller side with a limited number of chairs & bar space available but the drinks are pretty consistent with what I get at other SBs. It’s also conveniently located on route 4 so I can stop by and grab something before hoping on Parkway South.

Ok I am a Starbucks shareholder, I LOVE Starbucks. I always defend them against any«fast food coffee» accusations that I hear. But honestly, this location is the WORST. I’d say the accuracy of drinks received here is sub 50%. The employees always seem to have a chip on their shoulders and are contemptuous. You guys are killing me. If it’s an off peak time and you can get parking, do yourself a favor and go to the one in Target in the Bergen Mall.

Decent Starbucks for my early morning coffee runs, though the lines could get large especially if people are ordering a box of coffee. Service is ok and the people are friendly.

It’s on my way to work, so pretty much it’s a plus! it’s small Starbucks not for authors with laptops, they have big parking lot because of the small plaza with other stores. They make my Iced tea and Latte pretty good :)

Below average staff… standard place but the staff just isn’t well trained or managed or maybe just an off day, but the other reviews seem to agree with me… below average Starbucks. They tried to charge me for a drink I didn’t get, no biggie, it happens, but when I told them they couldn’t care less. A small, ‘sorry about that’ would have been plenty… instead silence.

Who hasn’t had Starbucks? Lets just say I haven’t had Starbucks in some time and I always pass this location never bothering to stop in and get some of my favorites(caramel macchiato or white chocolate mocha). Well it did the trick. I stopped in on May 28, 2013 determined to get myself a nice hot cup of caramel macchiato with extra caramel and whip cream. And it did the trick. The drink was so hot that I couldn’t drink it for almost a good 5 to 10 minutes(just the way I like it) but the downside was it wasn’t as sweet as I would have liked. No complaints the service was fast and good.

I didn’t find the employees to be very friendly. We were greeted but without a smile, and kind of annoyance written on his face. My drink was awesome however.

Good location, right before route 17 entrance. Quick service(as long as they aren’t training any newbees) Funny cashiers, likable and good with the customers.(Shout out to Julia) As per the usual: Free wifi, free refills with app purchase, and clean bathrooms. Gotta love your local Sbux
