Chick-fil-A

Food and service were awesome, as with any Chik-​fil-​A. Food was fast, hot, and fresh. The only downside is that I was kind of disappointed at the fact that they don’t carry creamed corn.

Everyone raves about the service here but I did not experience it. We were ignored after we got our food while other families were given tableside service. People kept checking up on how the people in front of us and behind us were doing but we were ignored. We needed more dipping sauce but we had to go to the counter.
We also had to go to the counter for a drink refill.
The food was decent and tasty.
This is not my regular Chick-​fil-​A and I doubt I will be returning.
Let me clarify, I believe that my wife and I were discriminated against at this location because of our sexuality. Everyone else (straight couples, single diners, and families) all received tableside service while my wife and I were not approached by any server.

Always a fan of this chain, however, this Parker store goes over and beyond. We really appreciate as a family how they do so much for the community. Great service, thanks!

I love when businesses put people first before the all mighty dollar. I’ve heard so many great stories about this company. On this dine in one of my coworkers shared his wife’s experience at a local restaurant in AZ where she went in and ordered and when it was time to pay she realized she didn’t have her wallet. Instead of cancelling her order they told her not to worry and gave her the order for free.

This is one of our fave fast food places and we were impressed that they came and refilled our drinks while we were at the table. We will def be going back soon.

Typical chik fil a– excellent service, great food and clean location! Customer service is very attentive and aims to please. Very refreshing to see and a shame that other stores do not emulate them! No matter what CFA I go to I am virtually guaranteed the same level of food quality and exemplary customer service.

Just had to drop a note that I experienced great customer service here the other night. The wait was a little long as it was the middle of dinner hour, but clearly everyone was working really hard to get the food out and all the employees I interacted with were so courteous, friendly, and apologetic about the wait. They’ve got some sweet kids working here… kudos.

There are a few things which keep me coming back. Their food is pretty damn good for fast food, is consistent from location to location, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I also like that they are a family owned company and have remained privately held for almost 50 years. This is a rare thing in today’s business environment. Hats off to a company which sticks to its guns in their beliefs and remain closed on Sundays.
I usually order the spicy chicken sandwich. It is always full of flavor, my waffle fries aren’t soggy, and sometime treat myself with a chocolate malt. Somehow, I just feel like I am eating a bit healthier here, even though I probably am not. Sometimes my daughter and I hit the Castle Rock location and they treat her like a queen.
Thank you for good food, great service, and remaining solid in your beliefs.

I have been to this CFA many times and I am always happy with the results. These folks know how to handle the dinner rush by placing an order taker and a cashier outside to handle the flow. Works perfectly. Service is always friendly and never had an issues. The other CFA off of smoke hill could learn something…

Top-​notch Customer Service!
I was headed home after shopping at Sprouts and decided to stop at Chic-​Fil-​A. This was at about 9:30pm and they close at 10.
Ordered my food everything is going fine. Get to the window, pay and promptly receive my food. I begin to leave the drive-​thru and after a bit of the ways out…
I see an employee flag me down! The same guy who took my money! So he tells me that they forgot my Chicken Salad Sandwich and he’s going to bring it right out. How cool is that?! He literally ran and caught me and gave me the sandwich they forgot. How many other places do that? Not only that, this sandwich was for my GF and would have been a total bummer to get home and see it was missing.
THANK YOU ELIJAH. GIVE THIS YOUNG MAN A RAISE.

Very friendly staff here. They are always very quick and accommodating. This place has a tight lot due to drive thru. If you park do it on the east side to avoid delay due to the traffic. Remember they are closed on Sunday.

As a Parker resident, I frequent Chick-​fil-​A often. I justify the higher priced meal by the meal quality, fast and courteous service and genuine interest on the part of the employees that I have a good lunch. The place is fairly clean the drive-​up line always a wraps around the building but the employees are outside even on the coldest of snowy days, with their iPads, taking your order and making sure that your service is quick. Of all the cleaning I have seen, I have never seen anyone clean up the play area as often as it should be clean, kids are messy and germs are spread easily. The bathrooms are usually clean, I am always greeted with a welcoming hello, thanked for my patronage and when my order is messed up, which it rarely is, but I have received a coupon for a free meal. Totally unnecessary, but genuine on their part. The management team is available and participating in the customer service which is quite refreshing to see you. I would also like to thank Chick-​fil-​A for their extremely generous contributions to local schools and organizations. They are very charitable and I support their Sundays off so that they could be with family and have time to worship if they wish. and who doesn’t love Christian music in the background, I know I do. A very relaxing experience!

Delicious. Great service. Everything you would expect from a CFA! Made the mistake of ordering «a #4» thinking I was getting a spicy chicken biscuit, and I got a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich instead. Oops! Next time I’ll be more mindful to ask for the breakfast meal instead of just ordering by number. Otherwise, fresh, hot, delicious.

A large group of us showed up at the beginning of lunch rush. We were warmly welcomed by the manager who very willingly rearranged tables so our group could sit together. The employees kept their cool when we were ordering and we received our food quickly. We are in food service and were all impressed with the service we received. Very impressed!

What can you say, it’s Chick-​fil-​A?! Service is pleasant and food is fresh. The dining area and bathrooms are always neat and clean. There are some nights when it is PACKED, especially when they’re hosting a fundraiser.

The customer service is outstanding. The food is delicious. They do a great job of catering to families. We will be back with our daughter. Loved the mix of self service and catered service. Our drinks were continually offered to be refilled and our trash was cleared for us. Kudos to the staff and management team.

Here’s my bullet point review of Chick-​fil-​a —
–The product remains consistent throughout the metro area.
–The staff is friendly and genuinely willing to help you get what you need.
–The dining area is well maintained and clean, as are the restrooms.
–Plenty of parking (including a small bike rack), and a drive through.
–For fast food you could do a lot worse.

I do not come to Chick-​Fil-​A that frequently. This is mostly likely because (insert first world problem here) I typically seem to want it on a Sunday, which is verboten in Chick-​Fil-​A land. It seems a bit odd to be closed on Sundays, but if the employees enjoy it, and the owners want to do it, then so be it. If you don’t like this, or you have political concerns (no comment) you are free to take your business elsewhere.
That said, although I generally like the food here, it does not seem like you get a lot of value for your dollar versus other fast food franchises. The basic chicken sandwich seems boring and overpriced to me. I do enjoy the somewhat spendy waffle fries. Perhaps my favorite menu item, is the diet lemonade. It is extremely tart, and rather tasty.
A final complaint. The design of many Chick-Fil-A’s (including this one), means that the drive-​thru circles the whole building. This means that walk-​in customers, have to dodge cars (and vice-​versa) no matter from which side they enter. It seems illogical to me.

This Chick-​Fil-​A has some of the best and friendliest employees. I stopped by to use my free breakfast coupon and was treated as well as if I had spent a thousand dollars. My kids and I enjoy it here. The play area keeps my little one entertained while I sip some coffee and use their free Wi-​Fi.
Yes, it’s fast food. But for fast food, it is pretty good.
BTW: I respect their decision to close on Sunday.
