Absolutely the worst Mickie Ds anywhere. Always 12 deep both lanes in the drive thru. Thinking of going in to save time? Dont bother you will stand in back of 8 – 9 people, since there will only be one cashier. your order will most likely take 20 minutes, so fill up on the room temp coke that is flat. When your meal is ready decide if its worth trying to fix whats wrong. In my case I cut my losses and took the dine in tray home since the order was to go and even that was screwed up. Look at the other posts on this place. I dare the mgmt to respond to any of us. Meanwhile, my kids and I and everybody we know on hilltop will go elsewhere!

You guys need to fix your schedule given that you are not open 24⁄7 anymore. Underage drug deals happening in front of customers. Cussing in front of kids. Full of apes.

If I could do zero stars I would. We spent 45 minutes in the drive through. At one point we hadn’t moved in almost 30 minutes and if we weren’t blocked in, we would have drove away. This is the SLOWEST drive through on the planet. Get it together! I hate McDonalds in general, but when forced to eat here, I *hate* having to stop at this location.

I would advise not ordering at the drive through if your intent is to eat the food the same day you order it

The worst and slowest service of all time. Corporate consistently understaffs this store and can’t keep the drive thru lanes operating. Horrible!

Too bad I can’t give them less than 1 star. SLOWSLOWSLOW! I spent 30 minutes in the drive through last time just trying to get my son one cheese burger. This time I go inside instead which was quicker but not quick and the personnel act like they hate their lives hate you and don’t care to serve you.

Slow service, cold food, wrong orders. Won’t be back at this location. I’ve never spent 15 mins in a drive thru. Employees need to stay off their cell phones too. Super annoying.

If I could give negative stars for this location, I would. It’s my neighborhood McDs and I always have high hopes of quickly running through it, I don’t want much, just a coffee or breakfast sandwich or McNuggets for my kid. But apparently that’s too much to ask for and every time I curse my decision. This is most likely the worst McDonald’s in America. Drive thru wait times at all hours of the day are 15+ minutes. I don’t get why they can’t get it together and implement the concept of fast food. I will never go to this location as long as I live. And you shouldn’t either.

This is the worst McDonalds on the planet. It is consistently dirty, crowded, the food is always luke-warm to cold, and the order is wrong nine out of ten times after a ten or much longer minute wait. Recently I went to the drive thru and waited my typical 10 – 15 minutes in the drive thru. Checked my order, missing hash browns, no butter for pancakes. When I informed the drive thru clerk that I was missing an item and got no butter for my pancakes she looked extremely confused(the exact reason some people make 7.75 an hour) she walked back and told what I assumed to be a manager, an older lady, that there was no butter and something was missing. The clerk brought some old, expired looking grease soaked hash browns then I asked about the butter, she then again went to the older looking manager lady about what to do about missing butter and she told the clerk there was butter in there. There must be some butter bandits on the loose because you would of thought I was asking for a spare kidney from these two. She returned to the window and said it is on the bottom of the bag, I told her it wasn’t and showed her the bag. The window clerk then went back to cranky manager lady to ask to tell her there was no butter in the bag and then the girl returned with butter, dropping half of them on the ground between my car and her window, so I ended up with one pat of butter. Then I asked for the owners number as old manager lady is truly inept — then crabby manager lady(*again, the reason people make minimum wage — it’s the aptitude if you can’t even do a job a brain dead rat could do — these people seriously protest and think they are worth 15 and hour) come to the window. At this point I did not want to talk to crabby manager lady. Crabby manager lady was rude and condescending. I asked crabby manager lady for the owners number that when she tapped on the drive thru window with her acrylic 3-inch, bight red, crud incrusted nails at a sticker with the phone number. It is unfortunate that this Location gets so much business but there are not many choices in the area. This location never gets an order correct — even when you show them the order is wrong, the food is usually cold, the wait is usually 10 – 15 minutes if you have any choice at all, choose to go some place else as this place is consistently bad and maybe a shot in the owners pocket book will straighten this bad location out but I doubt it.

For lunch this is the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been too. Not sure if they don’t have the required staff or an inexperienced staff. The corporation needs to step in to train management and staff

I go here because this restaurant has the best coffee in the town of Parker. The staff is very friendly and acknowledge their frequent customers. The managers are great. I can tell they work hard and take pride in their little fast food restaurant.

My McDonald on Parker Road in Parker Experience at 5:00 pm on June 4, 2015. Tyjohanna McD GM of Parker Store . William Farnerth Supervisor of Parker and Aurora stores 303−305−9420. We pulled up and waited. Finally we were asked to wait. When gentleman came back he said what did I want. I made a comment that I had been waiting a long time. He said you wouldn’t have been able to move ahead anyways. I said a car has gone ahead of me in the other lane already. He said oh so a car has gotten ahead of you oh no. I said well now another car has gone ahead. He said so now two cars have gotten a head of you oh no. Then he said oh so are you going to order or what. I said I am coming in. He said come on in. I asked his name and he said his name was Fred. I came in and found out his name is Albert. I came in and asked for the manager. Then they brought Fred/Albert. I asked Albert if there was another manager. I talked the Shift Supervisor. Then I talked to the GM Tyjohanna. As I was leaving Albert made a point of yelling have a good day. Come back soon.

Last week, we were headed to the airport at 4 am for a 6 am flight. Decided to stop here on our way. At the speaker we were told they were on lunch taking cash… was that of with us. Didn’t explain why, but we said fine. We were told to drive up to the window to place our order. I took FIFTEEN minutes to fulfill the orders of the two cars info to of us. Our turn, we ordered. It then took 15th minutes for our 2 sausage Mc muffin, no eggs meal. Transacting the order took 3 attempts… for a total of 30 minutes with cars on the whole property. Find somewhere else to go. This location is pathetic and shows absolutely no signs of change!!!

Didn’t check my order so you could say it’s my fault. Ordered Big Mac, cheeseburger kid’s meal and six piece nuggets. No cheeseburger. Always check your order if you get something to go from this location.

Nice house but nobody’s home. They seldom get an order right I have to wait for my food and a separate Lane often even when they are just moderately busy. Arguably the worst McDonald’s I have ever experienced.

** Another update ** No, I have not returned to this location in over a year. BUT after nearly 5 years of living here, I think I have the problem of this location figured out… especially in relation to the other two(both great, IMO) locations in Parker. This location is staffed by Douglas County teens who seem like the only reasons they work there are two-fold. First, their parents made them get a job. Second, it was the only place that would hire the lazy, unmotivated youngsters. So I think it’s partly their fault, but it is for sure the management’s. I do feel for them, having been a restaurant manager myself. The poor owner has to take what’s available to him, management wise. All the managers I have seen there are just as clueless as the teens, and way, way ruder. In comparison, the other two are always on the ball, get you out quickly, don’t make mistakes, and clearly value your business. Most of the team members are adults who seem satisfied with their positions. I have also concluded this is the worst McDs in the USA, not just around Denver! ===== I’m back for a second update. I went to this location the evening of 2÷10÷15. Don’t ask me why other than I had a sore throat and wanted something mild — chicken nuggets — and was in a hurry and the location is on the way home from my meeting. It was 8:41 p.m. when I pulled up to the drive through. There were ONLY two cars ahead of me — one at the speaker and one at the payment window. No one was in the second DT lane. The order taker was horrible — talked too quickly, mumbled, and acted put out that I was there. It took *8* minutes 47 seconds to reach the payment window after I ordered. Apparently the front car was at the pick up window waiting on some type of beverage. But, as usual, they did not have that car pull up and park to wait so the rest of us could get on with our service. So after 8 minutes of watching that car at the window, I finally see the employee hand them a cup. Before that, the employee was standing there juggling a wad of trash or something… just waiting. When I did get my order, my nuggets were cold, my fries were horrible(cold, no salt, not fresh) and, they forgot my sauce. When I drove around the building to exit there were now 10 cars in line. I felt like telling them to do what one great reviewer wrote here — take a nap, wash the car, post it online…

It bears repeating, service is slow, slow, salooooooow at this location. Avoid…avoid…avoid And the food, well.. . it’s McDonald’s after all. Play area is adequate if you have kids but not always a good idea when they’re super busy.

Slow and dirty. This McDownloads is very slow. With around 15 people inside, and 5 people ordering, it took around 15 minutes to receive our order. It’s also dirty! Fries on the floor, napkins everywhere, tables not cleaned off… not good. Other than that, the food tasted like any other McDonalds.

On paper, this McDowels has a lot going for it. Location, two lanes for ordering, they actually use the two window system, all new electronics and menu boards, etc. But what they can’t put into their feasibility studies is the staff and their speed. At this location, it’s so slow you could place your order, turn your car off, take a nap, wake back up, wash your car, change your tires, change your oil, vacuum out your car, put an ad on Craiglist to sell it, show it to a few potential buyers, sell it, walk down the street to a dealership, look and test drive five or six models, buy one, drive it back to McDowels and your order might be ready. One time I waited 22 minutes from order to food in hand. Last night it was only 8 minutes but still, that’s 6.5 minutes longer than their goals. If it happens to you and you complain on their website you’ll get some free meals out of it.
