We have been to Mosaic several times since it opened, and every time the food has been fantastic! This place has a very classy feel with warm, stylish décor. The food is wonderful — I cannot stress that enough. I always get the lobster mac and cheese, but I always try everyone elses entrees as well. I have never tasted anything that I didn’t like! They do have a nice lunch menu too. Come in the warmer months and eat on their«patio».

Worst service ever. Had made a reservation for 7:00pm. We were there at 6:45pm and let the hostess know that we were early and were going to be in the bar. Had to wait for about 15 minutes for someone to even notice us in the bar. The waiting area was cleared twice in pretty quick succession. We were hoping that they were just seating some late reservations. Went up to the Hostess at this point to remind her that we had recervations and had been waiting. Could see into the dining room from the bar and saw at least 4 tables that were empty but hadn’t been cleared yet. The hostess, who was a teeny bopper(complete with gum chewing and gum smacking) told me that it would be another 15 minutes. No other explanation. After another couple came in and was seated almost immediately, I was done. It was about 7:45 at that time. Tried to catch the bartender’s eye so I could pay for our tab, and continued to be ignored for another 10 min. I REALLY hate walking away from a tab(even if it is totally justified, such as this instance) so we waited. She finally came over and asked why we were leaving. Advised her of the very apparent terrible service. She had the decency to comp our drinks. The only food related comment that I can make(since I DIDN’T get any dinner… no food service at the bar) is that their wine list was lacking. Wouldn’t ever go there again. You couldn’t make me.

What a treat in the Meridian area just east of I-25 on Lincoln. The dark windows make you think no one is at home, but the inside is very contemporary and fun. Spiral shaped gas flame fireplace, fun but classy table settings and the wait staff really knows the drink and food menu details. Excellent quality food — no greasy or fatty dishes. High quality ingredients and reasonably priced. Would cost twice as much downtown. Recommend coming for drinks but splitting an entrée and salad to pace the evening well. Definitely recommended!

Loved Mosiac! Odd location for this type of restaurant but glad we tried it! The lobster mac ‘n cheese was SO delicious!!! Everyone in our party of 12 was pleased with their entrees and all the apps were yummy too, excellent mussles and calamari. The wait staff and bartenders were extremely friendly and very helpful. Only downfall was that it was a bit expensive…

My hubby and I were looking for something new for date night and decided on this new little restaurant. We were both very impressed with the décor as it’s very contemporary and cool! I loved the bathroom…:-) The menu was vast and there were a lot of choices. I had some nice wine recommended by the waiter and it was a great choice. I had the lobster macaroni and cheese… it was awesome! Something I would have never thought was good and WAS! I don’t remember what my hubby had, but I know that he felt that the price we paid wasn’t worth the food. However, I said I would like to go and try it again. We went not long after it was opened and we were one of a few tables even being served, so I would be curious to see if it’s gained popularity. It’s in a rather strange place for a restaurant of this caliber. It’s survived in Parker, so obviously others are finding it good as well. :-)

After passing Mosaic on numerous occasions, and being really curious about the fire inside that we could see from Lincoln, I made a reservation on for a Tuesday night. This Tuesday night was our second wedding anniversary and by the few reviews of this place the food sounded great. First the the interior of this place. Very cool décor with an upscale and modern twist. True to its name, mosaic tiles and patters are found throughout. The bar area is very cozy and swank reminding of a miniature Ultra Lounge. The spacious patio looks great for dining and the indoor seating area is convertible with rolling doors allowing for open air dining. Very cool spot. The fire tube in the middle of the restaurant is a cool atmosphere thing. Three tubes of streaming fire rise through the restaurant and keep the place cozy and warm. Food…oh the food. The fried wonton appetizer accompanied with a creamy dipping sauce was a real treat. My wife opted for the dry aged rib-eye with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled veggies. A perfectly prepared steak with mashed potatoes your mom would be jealous of. I ordered the pan seared salmon with mango chutney and risotto. WOW! Excellent flavor and an amazingly large salmon steak. We didn’t partake in dessert on this trip, however the the chocolate cake sounded excellent. Finally the service of the staff was amazing. Never have we been so well taken care of and can’t wait to get back to the Mosaic.

I’ve only been here for drinks and for a meeting with muchies… but WOW, the appetizers here are to die for! The staff is excellent the design is very trendy and sharp, I’ve had the sirloin sliders & shrimp appetizers and both were just outstanding. I’m planning on going here for 5280 week. I can’t wait.
