I have been training with jessica for 5 months now and she is simply the best, fun and tough workouts, she guides me on nutrition and what to do the days that i don’t train with her. Hi, my name is Mimi and I have been working out with Jessica since the summer of 2014. Each workout has been challenging and fun. Jessica really pays attention to your goals and helps you to achieve them. She’s also outstanding at teaching correct form for each exercise/move. She detects weaknesses and makes you work to turn them into strengths. Even though I was already quite active, I was having trouble kick-starting weight loss. Jessica helped me to set up a meal plan and chose workouts to boost my metabolism. In the first 4 weeks of training, I lost 7lbs and 4% body fat. It has been several months now and I have lost a total of 25 pounds and I feel much stronger, especially my core which was one of my goals. Jessica is friendly, professional, passionate, and tough! I’ve had different personal trainers throughout the years. None seemed to keep my attention, because I get bored easily, nor did they listen to what I was looking for from a trainer. That or they kept cancelling or forgetting we made an appointment, and when I would show up they were with another client! Quite unprofessional! I was recommended to Jessica by a friend of mine and I’m not going to lie, was a bit skeptical because of so many years of bad trainers. She is hands down THEBEST trainer I’ve had. Not only did she listen to what I wanted from personal training but corrected my stance and posture while we worked out. NONE of my other trainers did that. She is friendly, professional and her work outs kick my ass. Even when I’m tired and don’t feel like coming in, her awesome personality makes the difference of working out. I even have my boyfriend training with her now! And he will say the same thing. Jessica, you are amazing and I don’t know why I ever wasted my time with anyone else. Jessica is an amazing motivator. She has an incredible energy that is contagious. I really wanted to get in shape but found I was lacking the motivation to get myself there. I have worked with a few trainers who just got me to gym for our sessions but could care less about what I did outside these sessions. Jessica checks on me often and makes sure that I have all the tools necessary to get me to my goals. Knowing that she cares about my results makes me more motivated to get there. Jessica always makes my workouts challenging and fun and I find that I’m always looking forward to what she has planned for me next. I have trained with five trainers and Jessica is by far the best trainer I have ever worked with. Her goal isn’t just to get people in shape. She changes lives. She immediately identifies where your weaknesses are and she works with you to get you strong from the ground up. She will never waste your time. Every single exercise, stretch or lift she asks you to do she does to make you better. She cares about your goals and she is dedicated to the mission of getting you exactly where you want to be. Her positive attitude and compassion make you feel like you are in a partnership but she still kicks your butt. I am one of those people who gets bored easily but I have never been bored once with her and now that we have incorporated Olympic lifting into my routine I am gnawing at the bit to get to my next session. All I can tell you is don’t waste your time wondering if she is the trainer for you. Jessica rocks and working with her is the best decision I ever made.

I have been coming to Jessica about twice weekly since January 2014 and I must say she is probably my favorite personal trainer to date. She is professional, engaging, and complimentary, but also kicks my ass! I am always excited to start my workouts even when I am tired, and I always leave feeling great about myself. Jessica is very knowledgeable about different exercises and techniques. She is patient and will always make sure you can comfortably practice proper form before moving on to heavier weights or repetitions. Each workout is fun, different than the last, and increasingly challenging. Not only are her workouts fun, but she produces results! Since starting with Jessica, I have lost 5% of my total body fat and have lost inches to my entire body. Jessica is highly recommended!

Jessica is the coolest trainer I have ever come across. She’s super knowledgeable and actually tells you WHY you’re supposed to do something a certain way. I’m a longtime runner, and haven’t really ever had much interest in heavy lifting, let alone Olympic style lifts. With her Jedi ways, she convinced me that Olympic lifting were the droids I was looking for in order to improve my running times and master my newly found love for obstacle course racing. She was very patient with me(I get frustrated easily when I don’t know how to do something correctly and fail repeatedly) and kept encouraging me to keep at it and that I would get the proper form, which I did! Kudos to her for convincing this stubborn mule to keep on going. Needless to say she is a motivating force and I highly recommend you go see her for all of your fitness needs. The center is very clean, not crowded at all like those big name gyms, and everyone there is super nice.

Hands down the most fun I’ve ever had training with a personal trainer. Jessica motivates me and really know how to get the most out of me. I wasn’t sure how I would feel about having a female trainer, but she kicks my butt like no other and Iv’e never felt more healthy. The facility is clean, big, and always enough equipment for us to use. We’ve never had to wait for a bench press or squat rack. If you want to get in shape and have the energy and strength to do anything, from a long hike, bike ride or a spartan race she is the trainer you need.
