Been here several times for lunch with different people since it came under new management and its definitely a much improved place. The new owner is young and very inviting. The food was good and the service warm and friendly.
Evenings used to be closed for private parties but they’re open now with Happy Hour from Tues — Fri from 4−8pm… I can definitely live with that… LoL. The live band varies but if you put in a request with Joseph… He will find the entertainment make it happen.
Overall, always had a good experience since it transitioned and would definitely be back again.

Imagine a land of overpriced, terrible food, where orders are botched, and the insides of the place smells like an old apartment. That not so magical land in Pasadena is called Bento Factory.
It’s located at the intersection of save your money and frustration ave.
Seriously everything about my meal sucked. The quality was terrible, they completely missed an item my coworker ordered, and my coworker’s food when he got it was bad too.
We complained and got our food for free, so props for that good bit of service, but I cannot recommend this place in good faith.
